HORRIBLE REPAIR WORK!!!! EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Go elsewhere for repairs we learned the hard way. My child took his phone to get repaired here and trusted the staff to get the job done. Not only did they lie to him about products supplied for repair, they also damaged his front camera and took 0 Responsibility. My son has pictures on his phone showing his camera was perfectly fine 1-2 hours prior to taking to them for a screen replacement and after they returned his phone the camera screen was blank. My son called to have them check the problem and fix it. They not only refused to address the issue they denied any wrong doing on their part. They also refused to refund his money now my son has to look for a new repair shop or get a new phone. Lesson learned read the reviews!!!!!!! Manager and staff can easily look into what’s going on and help with this problem however they prefer negative feedback online. GO ELSEWHERE

I scheduled an appointment Saturday evening when my phone screen stopped turning on but it would still vibrate with notifications and connect by bluetooth to my car. The earliest time was on Sunday, the next day, at 1pm, so I took it. They told me they could fix it same day, but I told them I wouldnt be available to pick up before they closed. They then said its possible to pick up the next day if they have the parts needed. They were able to diagnose what’s wrong with my phone and offered me options. It was low pressure and were able to tell me what needs replacement based on just looking. They said they’ll call or email if they find other issues. Very upfront and gave an estimate. They showed options available for replacement parts and offered other options that would take a few more days to order and ship. They only had white and ight silver available for the back glass of my Galaxy Note 10+ but also offered to order a dark blue to match my original for same price but would take another 3-5 business days for it to ship. I opted to use whatever was on hand since I needed my phone ASAP. They communicated by both email and another phone number I provided. When I came to pick up the next day around 11:30am, it was like picking up a new phone! I would recommend this place to others.

Wow I wish I had thought about this place instead of waiting for a week to have my phone fixed. Phone went in water, and I took it in a week later. They told me they could try to fix it by changing the screen, and I would only pay if the phone was working after the repair. If it didnt work I would only pay $50. And it worked, they fixed it! I was extremely surprised that the phone survived and that it just needed a new screen. They did tell me that most likely this phone is now somewhat compromised and wont last as long as it should or could, but I really needed to retrieve few things in there so I was happy to have it back. They (Jonathan and Ben,) took their time to explain to me beforehand all what they would do to try to fix it. They were genuinely interested in my issues and why I wanted to get my phone back. They cared about my problems and in what they could do to help. They kept me updated during repair and were super friendly. I thought they really genuine/straightforward in what they could do or not. They also gave me the rundown of what to do if a phone would get water damaged, which is turn it off right away, place it in a good dehydrator, bring it in ASAP. :-)Thanks much for your work, care, help and ultimately the repair, must appreciate it!

Amazing, fast, professional. I love that they have a cheap option to put on a temporary screen and allow you to copy off your files while youre in store. That was a LIFE SAVER! I will definitely recommend this service to friends who have dead phone screens but need info off their Pixel phones.

I needed the battery for my Pixel 4a replaced as I had a very poor battery life after 3 years. I called this location to get a battery, they said that they placed an order. I called a couple times that week to check on the status, was told that the battery was on its way. Then the last time I called was told that they had no record the battery was ordered, that I would need to come in to place the order. Annoying, but OK.The battery was delivered, I dropped off my phone mid-day and picked it up in the evening. I paid, the phone was handed to me, no information regarding the repair or the status of my phone.After getting my phone home and inspecting it further, it became clear that the adhesive gasket for the screen was sticking out of the seam, and the screen itself was protruding about half a millimeter from the body of the phone (significant for phones this thin),enough that I could see thru it when looking for the side, I could pull it off with my fingernail if I tried.I brought the phone back the next day, explaining the issue. The employee acknowledged the issue and took the phone back to correct it. After a day of leaving the device at the repair shop and not hearing back, I showed up to check on the repair. The phone was returned to me with the adhesive no longer visible, but the screen was still proud of the phone body, enough to see the edge of the glass when viewed from the side. I was told this was the best they could do, and to not get my phone wet because it was no longer water resistant. They offered to perform a non-OEM gluing of the phone, which I rejected.The state of the repair and the risks were never communicated or agreed upon. If I had known my phone could have been returned in its current state I would not have paid for the repair service, I would have saved my money to put towards a new phone instead.

Just had a diagnostic visit with Juan at El Camino location. I needed a 2nd account on my computer (sounds simple, but wasn’t) -DONE! I also did something to my iPhone that screwed it all up. He sorted it out and now it all works. I’m not at all computer savvy so he really saved me!

The people at uBreakiFix were very nice! They fixed my phone and even informed me of their in house membership! Which, tbh, is worth it if you need the discounts on things you need for your phone! They fixed my iPhone 11 to like-new condition! I am so happy they fixed it before the expected time frame as well!

I had low expectations for my phone (due to its condition) but I was very pleased with both the customer service received and the service performed on my phone. My phone had experienced extensive water damage but thankfully they were able to fix the parts that were affected and revive my phone. The staff were very patient and informative about the process and helped fix my phone in a very timely matter (dropped it off at 1 pm and got my phone fixed by 4 pm the next day).

Was super easy. Felt like I picked up a brand-new phone. So far so good. Thankfully I had phone insurance with my AT&T wireless account. I had a chipped screen on my Samsung Ultra 22 Note.They repaired the screen within a few hours.

Brought my ps5 for repair on a Tuesday. The only call I received was on Friday asking for payment and was told by Daniel that it would be ready that same day. I come in Sunday and it’s not even ready. No call or msg to let me know of any updates or inconveniences. Then I was told to come back before closing to see if it “might” be done. Came back and still not done. Was told their drives aren’t downloading the necessary updates to complete the process. No call or msg again. Now I have to go to another store to have it fixed. Safe to say I will never go back to this location with their bad business practices.
