I was finally able to sell my business and it was thanks to the Andre at UBI. Finding buyers was a huge challenge and he was able to do it. What made this sale even harder was the fact that just as were were about to open escrow the coronavirus decided to crash the party. Understandably the buyers were then becoming hesitant and wanted to hold off the opening of escrow. Despite all of this, Andre worked tirelessly to reassure the buyers and ensure that the sale go through and in fact it did, I couldnt be happier with the service I received. For me communication is important and its something that I really appreciated from Andre, he was in contact with me almost every 2 days to provide updates and to check in. If youre trying to sell your business I highly recommend using UBI.

Andre helped us out tremendously in acquiring our first tavern. He went above and beyond of what was expected of him. He was always very profesional and a very sharp dresser.
