My Ride Share account was high jack by someone who cloned my devices years ago. I have been to several Ubers trying to get help to recover them, but instead of help, they covered up the crime and asked me to leave at some location.Some of the people who are taking over drivers accounts shouldnt be driving ride-shares at all in the United States.

Uber is one of the greatest scams for drivers. 2 years ago we we were making about double pay, after inflation everything got more expensive but Uber driver rates have dropped to half. And just this week, as if they thought they were generous, they cut out another dollar off every ride. Corporate greed is endless.

They steal money from drivers with what they call Upfront pay means no more metric based on a rate cart per mile and per minute. A black ride from BH to LAX that used to pay $60 drops to $30 and their answer is you can reject if you don’t want it. Basically take it or leave it. As for prop 22 they don’t honor it since in this year it has been super slow to the point that black car makes only $200 a week with 80 hours apps availability but no riders and they are supposed to compensate base on minimum wedge they don’t. You call they said you must email and you email they send you an irrelevant answer. Meanwhile they impose expensive cars, commercial registration that will kill the value of the car and we can’t even obtain street permits parking. They ask for TCP cost an arm and legs for insurance and obtaining it. You e-mail bring the pay problem and prop 22 up. you will receive an email that your account has been permanently deactivated. You asked why, they say for privacy reason we can give you details. Is ut have to do with my last email and criticism of not honoring 22. They refused to answer. There’s no governing body who oversight them. It is a dictatorial corporation who can treat drivers like slave with nobody stopping them. Too much for equal rights and freedom of speech!

Driver named Alen A, Armenian guy in a white Toyota Corolla was being very weird and inappropriate during our ride. He was giving us, specifically my female friends major creep vibes. Uber needs to hire more professional people and keep the safety of their customers in mind. Very disturbing experience.

Wanted a Placard of LAX. Took a appointment via Uber App and the next day went there. The agent was very professional and helpful. In less than 30 min l had my Placard. There was two persons at the reception whom were a bit lost, but the rest was perfect! If you have to go to Uber Greenlight Hub, its preferable to take an appointment and bypass the reception.

Thieves and scammers...Someone in this office was arrested for stealing Black and SUV Reservations and was giving out to a guy with huge amounts of fleets and cars. Then I heard FBI got into this, and made arrest.After that incident I have stopped getting Reservation requests as before, and it has been 5 months +. Because I opened my account in this location, right after that incident I have stopped receiving any reservations...

They need to be trained how to handle drivers complaints. I went there earlier this afternoon to see why my account is not active even though my documents and background check have already cleared. One of their supervisors told me background check is handled by a different team. I asked to talk with a supervisor within that team! Result: I was escorted out! Uber customer service is an absolute joke. My son left his cell phone, drivers license and debit card in the back of an Uber at LAX airport. The driver was very kind and took the items to the Uber Greenlight hub in Burbank. We have spent 4 days trying to retrieve these items. We have provided Uber with a shipping label and the items still sit at this Burbank location. We have photo evidence from the driver of our phone, with the lost item report at the Uber Burbank front desk. We have chatted on Ubers customer service app at least 10 times and we get the same standard response EVERY SINGLE TIME. No we wont contact the Burbank Uber office, be patient and we will let you know if theres any problems. Ending the chat now. We are tracking the item via the 2 day mailing label we provided Uber and the items have still not been shipped out, 4 days later. Weve tried to escalate the issue to a manager and the Uber app customer service refuses to do anything. We are beyond frustrated. Ubers customer service is an absolute JOKE.

The office is amazing. I was assisted by Yaz. I remembered her from the redondo office. I Was so glad that she was able to help me. This woman really knows her stuff. The office it’s self is comfortable. They could use a little more sitting seeing as there are no gentlemen left in the world willing to give up a seat and let a lady sit down. The parking can be a slight pain when it’s packed since there’s not much of it. Overall I had a great experience

In all honesty I had excellent service when they were open over a year ago.Unfortunately now I have been waiting since January 8th 2021 for my background report that I have already received but my app shows pending. I have called at least 5 times and everytime they tell me they have to forward it to a different team member department and its 3 to 5 days. Here I am over 2 months later and still not able to log in. I lost my apartment and had to move in with my daughter because I am disabled and Uber is the only job I can do.Uber....please get it together!

I was the first one in the parking lot, half an hour before they open. I was the 2nd one to check in, but it still took over 20 minutes to be seen, people that were last in line while I was waiting, were already being seen. So a few times I went to the counter to check to see what the issue was. The gentleman upfront was very nice and kind. I appreciate him, but some how the system failed and I had to check in twice... When I finally was seen, the lady that I spoke to was very rude and condescending to me, right from the start.. It threw me off so badly that I could barely think straight to get what I wanted to across to her. I began with something along the lines of Im sure you are familiar with all the new changes with uber and the quest and the service fees. She responded yes seeing as to how Ive only worked for Uber for an hour I could hear the cold sarcasm in her voice. I knew right away something wasnt right. It continued on back and forth, her attitude getting worse and worse as I tried to explain what I was there for and what I needed to be explained to me. Her attitude was so bad that in the end she asked why I was even driving for Uber. Lady... if youre going to ask that kind of question to a customer than what are you doing working for uber??? She made me feel like my issue wasnt important. She made me feel like I just wasted an hour of my time to fix something that she cares nothing about. She made me very sad inside. I confronted her about her attitude, I told her that this was going the wrong way and I would like to speak to someone else. She said no I cant speak to anyone else, then I asked for a manager. What made it worse is that she told me she wasnt condescending, that she didnt have an attitude, that I basically had no choice but to suck it up and work with her... THIS IS HOW I WAS FEELING, AND YOU BASICALLY TOLD ME WHAT I WAS FEELING WASNT REAL... I was told there IS NO MANAGER!!! and that I would need to sign in again and wait again if i wanted to speak to someone else. When I started recording the conversation they asked me to leave...to the lady that was not kind to me... You treated me worse than any other person in service has ever treated me. You should be ashamed of yourself... Your management (Yes I know the lady in the back office in the corner is your manager...) should sit down and talk to you about your garbage service... your service to me was garbage... SHAME ON YOU!

Uber began to steal a tip. Today I drove a customer, my order came out $ 76.34. he left me a 25% tip. I have to get a $ 19 tip. I received $ 5.75. I personally saw how my client clicked on 25%. As a result, tips came out 4.38%. Uber could not say anything. I figured it was so with all the trips where customers left a tip! Ubers place for drivers. During the pandemic, they have setup a drive thru area to get inspections and other uber driver business. The inspections are 20$ and are done by independent mechanics, make sure to have registration and online payment ready. They had me go onto a special uber website to pay with my card, and then I could take a picture of my inspection paperwork and upload it to my driver account. It was quick and it easy. I didnt need an appointment, but there is a place to make one (just not sure where to find it ahead of time.)

Im not going to get tired of denouncing these rats and scammers that Uber is abusive and they pay a pittance for each ride and they keep more than 70% of the profits when its the drivers who do all the work when Uber just stops. Ami they are incriminating me with all kinds of things for example saying that I am drunk or drugged driving when they are the ones who send their bootlickers who work for them to incriminate you, in Houston recently there is a black man on a motorcycle who hides and waits for me in the street or interceptions and he suddenly crosses my path to tell the police that Im driving badly, hes also driving a black Tesla, something Im sure he works for some of the following pirate companies that Im going to mention are prologistix, doordash, bastrop sand supply, uber or lift all these companies are angry with me because I report their bad practices and they dont let me see their stupid face on their part because they are doing all kinds of set-ups to incriminate me, be very careful with them, dont trust them and report them, dont stay silent because only a few publish like me here on their pages, the majority dont and even so they have more bad reviews than good ones, all companies are scammers and never trust the police because some are corrupt, not only in There are corrupt police officers in Mexico, there are also corrupt police officers in the USA.

I went with a problem in the app and they couldnt even help me because I didnt speak English. How could I explained the problem to them and they still didnt help me. They ignored me. Thats the respect that Uber has for its drivers.
