I visited the Uber Greenlight facility for an appointment, but unfortunately, I had to wait for over 2 hours. Its important for them to respect scheduled appointments. However, I must mention that the staff was really nice and helpful throughout the process, which made the wait more bearable.

Uber is scam, hire CS support don’t speak English and DO Not understand US culture and use Inappropriate language to customers and hand up your call and block your number so you can’t call. Do you know why they begin make money? Because they scam driver and customers money refused refund, no matter you reach them out in X or instagram or call them or email. This place was racist towards me because I didnt speak the language and didnt help me. They fired me. The employees in this building are lying. Liars to me. They said my account would be opened 2 months ago, but then when I came they said there was no such thing. I am complaining about these. I said I wanted to complain, they didnt even give me a form, they treated me with racism, which I dont speak, and fired me, but I didnt do anything, I just wanted to find a solution to my problem, please let the managers see this.

They are making people pay for their carelessness. Call those who want to open an account to meet at your offices. It is not a very difficult thing. I visited here a few months ago and just needed to comment on how well put together this site is. From the CSRs to the TL Tiffany, it was a great experience. Everyone seemed so happy and willing to help the drivers. As someone who eats breathes and sleeps Uber It means a lot to me to see such a refined young woman running the show there! Great job Tiff.

My experiences with the employees here have been positive. Appointments tend to be short and efficient. My main complaint is about business hours. The app allows you to make appointments on days where this location is closed. It happened to me today, and it was not the first time. Several other people showed up with appointments the same time I did, only to be surprised that it was closed. Please fix this. Its extremely annoying and a waste of gas and time.

Service is quick but employees do not smile, very rude, raise their voice when answering question like we are stupid. Mechanic is on a break but sitting on his desk like he is on duty. When ask if he was the mechanic, he does not look at me and just say 4 minutes and continue play with his phone. Not a good environment, but get the job done.

After I called customer service on the phone, which pretty much they won’t do nothing for you over the phone, especially for Uber black platform accounts based on my experience for the last 10 years.So I had to drive from South San Francisco to Uber hub in Oakland. I arrived there at 3:25pm on Friday 7/28/23. I went to try and activate my account and resolve the problem! I don’t know what else is missing, considering that all of my documents and background are updated.So I checked with a filipino dude and he didn’t even check my account status. Instead he told me “oh you have to wait up to 5 days or go to San Jose hub” !I said please I came from south San Francisco all the way here and it looks like I have no documents missing on my account.He then said, “ I come from Vallejo every day”!!!!I told him it’s for your job !!!Bad attitude!!!

Quality dropped all around. From riding with them to driving for them. Trying to do an inspection in Sacramento and actually pay for it...good luck! Hub is closed permanently (I guess hardly working finally paid off for those guys). Went to pep boys, same thing, 12-2 is their working hours for Uber inspections, not even taking money to do it if you arrive outside those hours. So...time to go back to real work.

After Covid I got right back up with Lyft driving. Uber had some internal issue around my DMV clearance, and five months later all the support calls and video calls have led to nothing. They even conflated my personal rider app with the driving one and so now I can’t even use the rider app. They closed the greenlight hub near Sacramento and stopped doing video calls so I have to wonder if this company isn’t just going under? Meanwhile, I drive for Lyft whenever I want.

Today I was in Oakland uber hub office.After long waiting in the front desk line to register, he told us we have to be seated until our name is called, and he told us the waiting time is about one hour. Then some of us decided to go grab a cup of coffee from the nearby Starbucks. Once I returned after 30 minutes, they closed the door, but still they were serving for those who are inside. Once explained the security I was her and I was told I will be assisted after one hour and I returned in 30 minutes, she told me she will ask them and returned and told now we are closed, so I have to come on Monday, the worst thing she started to push me and telling me come on Monday.This office they have the worst customer service. They have to learn to respect their drivers.

Quick service. You want to turn into the second entrance that says Uber, they share this building with another company and I accidentally almost walked into their door instead. Once I did go inside the Uber area there was lots of seating in TVs on for your convenience as you wait. I did not have to wait a long time but I thought all of these amenities were really great

I was phished and lost a good amount of my earnings. I tried to explain with Uber agents for so many times and they all just sticked with the excuse that it was my fault except Najia. Its uber, so keep your expectations low. They dont care at all about drivers, but many of us need some kind of gig to get us through rough patches... This location had false hours posted. It says open til 6pm on Saturdays. They close at 2pm and wouldnt let me in a couple mins after just to get an airport card... Now I have to turn down rides to the airport after a rider has ordered and waited for me to arrive. Hope no one misses their plane because of it... Further this place is poorly maintained. They ran out of water last time and no one switched the jug. There are LONG wait times...I just submitted a photo of the correct Saturday hours and suggested the edit to Google... Hopefully, as a driver I will have assisted to prevent other drivers from wasting their time driving to a location that has posted its open when its actually CLOSED... Youre welcome Uber... Not sure what you pay your employees to do, cuz that wasnt hard at all, but it DID earn you a 1 star review... And Ill never update it after having my time and gas wasted. You truly do suck.

I signed up to become an Uber driver and have completed all the steps required to do so. After having my vehicle inspection I was given a brief once over (what to expect) by an Uber associate I was told it would take 5 days for the background to clear before I can hit the rode to become a driver. After waiting 7 business day I called to get status because the downloaded app is still not activated. I was told it would take 5-10 business days and today is day 12 and now Im being told it could take up to 15 days or more. Dont believe the hype that the back ground check will only take 5 days. Ive been waiting to get started for 12 days. I know my background history is good and Ive had them done with previous jobs and never, ever has it taken this long.

Avoid this location for vehicle inspection. Other staff might be assistive but the inspection staff there is a huge guy and with another lady and a guy with a cap were indeed super rude and foolish. They were checking my new Camry to try to find an excuse. They couldn’t find anything then finally I had black film on my roof, they had me remove it then second time they rejected me for a minor dent. I then went to Daly City location. Thanks to the Daly location. They are very professional as respective. They will value you. I hope the top management kick in some humanity into the Oakland location.

I had to drive 2 hours to get here, I wish Uber had a closer green light station. Its in Oakland, its chill. Oh and as a tip, dont forget any necessary paperwork and documents...like I did. If you do forget, you can still get your car inspected so do that!
