I visited the Uber Greenlight facility for an appointment, but unfortunately, I had to wait for over 2 hours. Its important for them to respect scheduled appointments. However, I must mention that the staff was really nice and helpful throughout the process, which made the wait more bearable.

Uber is scam, hire CS support don’t speak English and DO Not understand US culture and use Inappropriate language to customers and hand up your call and block your number so you can’t call. Do you know why they begin make money? Because they scam driver and customers money refused refund, no matter you reach them out in X or instagram or call them or email. None of them from the corporate. They all from outside of US. I already deleted Uber / Uber eats/ postmate based on their act and careless, I use Uber everyday and now I go doordash and Lyft

This place was racist towards me because I didnt speak the language and didnt help me. They fired me. The employees in this building are lying. Liars to me. They said my account would be opened 2 months ago, but then when I came they said there was no such thing. I am complaining about these. I said I wanted to complain, they didnt even give me a form, they treated me with racism, which I dont speak, and fired me, but I didnt do anything, I just wanted to find a solution to my problem, please let the managers see this.

An account was opened in my face, I was not aware of it and I came here through the green card lottery. I am very disappointed. I cannot open my own account. They are making people pay for their carelessness. Call those who want to open an account to meet at your offices. It is not a very difficult thing. It is a country of technology and it is still a company that cannot think of such a secure and simple system

I give him three stars because the staff is Good but inside the office, No water my daughter was thirsty I couldnt find any water I went to the San Jose Uber GreenLight they had coffee water tea here Oakland UberGreen Light had nothing.

Two years in a row, I haven’t been able to access my account or file my taxes. I used the wrong email to sign up and I don’t have access to that email and will change my password in order to access my text customer service much idiots in India that are uselessand there’s no other way to contact all the idiots here in the US

I visited here a few months ago and just needed to comment on how well put together this site is. From the CSRs to the TL Tiffany, it was a great experience. Everyone seemed so happy and willing to help the drivers. As someone who eats breathes and sleeps Uber It means a lot to me to see such a refined young woman running the show there! Great job Tiff.

Drivers are great but their customer support is horrendous. I’ve been battling with their customer support for several weeks regarding a payment issue. Several times they’ve promised within 24 hours someone will contact me.

My experiences with the employees here have been positive. Appointments tend to be short and efficient. My main complaint is about business hours. The app allows you to make appointments on days where this location is closed. It happened to me today, and it was not the first time. Several other people showed up with appointments the same time I did, only to be surprised that it was closed. Please fix this. Its extremely annoying and a waste of gas and time.
