The technician was absolutely wonderful. Our office is very dirty, despite cleaning and dusting it regularly, just because of our location and what we manufacture here. He went above and beyond and cleaned our machine and checked to make sure the dust wasnt causing a problem with functionality. He was great.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rick and Ms. Shirley in my years with SUSD. Both technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. I can always count on them to resolve our copier issues and take the time to explain what they did. They have both given us tips for future use and left our copiers running great.

When we call for service from the time we place the call to the tech showing up is so fast. Your staff is always on time, courteous and professional. They go over what they did and and ask if they can help with anything else. They check in and out. We always look forward to them showing up as we know our issue will be taken care of. Thank You for being such a good reliable company. Not many of those around anymore..

Javier was very courteous and professional. He not only fixed our fax issue, but he looked further into any other issues that were taking place with the printer and noticed we needed a replacement part so our printer would print clean copies. His professionalism is definitely operating at 210%. Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expectations.
