Elliot the field tech was responsive, knowledgeable, polite & professional. He answered all my questions plus showed me how to properly clean the copier as well as a few other tricks. You can tell he truly cares about his customers as well as the copier. Excellent customer service!

You were able to help very quickly (same day) and the tech sent out, Joe Santos was exceptionally knowledgeable, had a sense of urgency and was able to have a new cartridge sent at no cost due to a faulty one I had ordered previously. Joe was a delight and professional!

These guys are awesome =)Ive had nothing but a positive experience from this friendly staff.Weve been with More Office Solutions for almost 10 years. Currently have 2 small copiers leased and 2 printers. Fast repair times and any issues seem quickly resolved. Weve gotten to know our tech Steve so well he seems like family. Cant really think of anything to complain about or what could be better. Our staff very much likes the upgrade!

Every time I have contact with Ray Morgan Co they are friendly & helpful. The turn around time to get someone to our office to fix a problem has always been quick. They take care of everything from start to finish of placing a new copy machine - from install and teaching to paperwork & financing. Headache free!

Top notch company. My staff has very much enjoyed our new machine!We leased a new Ricoh with the Ray Morgan Company for about a year now. We had an one issue during installation with one of our Mac computers printing wirelessly but I believe it was fixed in 2 days. Mike is easy to get a hold of and technician and service times are fast. Our machine is still very new so we really haven’t had any serious issues but very pleased so far! A great improvement from our last company.

We have new copiers now, so we are not calling as often. But for awhile we were calling a tech out often. They always arrived on time and stayed until the problem was solved. They tried to stay out of our way, which when you are down a copier/printer/scanner you are already behind in your work. We have had techs with different companys come and lay out all the tools and take apart the copier so you had to literally jump over parts to get across the room. Never saw that problem with Ray Morgan.

I have been working with Ray Morgan Company and More Office Solutions for over a decade now. As I County department headnour machines were always kept in top shape and available. Ray Morgan company and More Office Solutions has also been a decade-long sponsor of the non-profit organization ApmSurf, which teaches people with disabilities and disabled veterans how to surf as a form of rehab. They have donated thousands of dollars worth of printing and copying to help support this wonderful program and it wouldnt be a success without them.I highly recommend this company. They deliver outstanding service and reliability with the products they sell and service. They are an important member of our community, giving back on a regular and consistent basis.-Dana Cummings

I hate leaving negative reviews but these guys earned it and I want to prevent other small bushiness from what we went through and the financial loss.We have used Ray Morgan in the past with great success but these guys are a middleman and screwed us good. Poor to no customer service, bad communication, overcharged us to the tune of thousands of dollars then refused any refund, and outright rude.From one small business to another, find a different vendor and stay away from these guys.

When calling customer service, they always answer my calls with a minimum wait time. They are always courteous and get me the service that I need. If a technician is needed, the answer time is almost instantly. The problem gets solved and the technician is very professional and always gives me a verbal report of what the problem was and how it was fixed. Thank You.
