Roy Woolley did an outstanding job. He reconnected our laptops to the printer but also cleaned the printer as well as educated us on our current needs for the toner. Very thorough job.

I have never received such reliable service with outside vendors I was shocked when I received a call then actual booking within 5 minutes of my call. Technician came out the very next day! Amazing service!

Our technician was aware that our IT technician was in Italy. He went way above and beyond his role to help correct my problem. He contacted his boss, who pulled over on the road to try and remote into my computer but couldnt pull up the hotspot, so while still on the phone with our technician, he drove home, connected to his home wifi and together they fixed the issue preventing me from printing. I couldnt have been more impressed with their service. Thank you!

I am very satisfied with the timely manner in which my service calls are answered. My technician is very prompt in getting my machine up and running with very little down time. Explains everything he has done to the machine very professional his name is John Haas.
