Our machine was serviced very quickly and was functioning again. Jose is always so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and completes service requests efficiently. Jose is always a joy when he arrives and we always know we can count on him and the professionals on the phone when we make a call. Everyone is always so nice, helpful, and efficient. Thank you.

Christian, the on-site technician, came in and solved not only the issue I had that initiated the call, but a print issue I had been experiencing for some time. He explained how that particular problem presents itself as the machine ages, and what was necessary to correct the problem. I was able to get the job printed that was waiting on the repair, and it printed at a much higher quality level than it would have had Christian not been there to service the machine. He explained everything as he went along, and made sure I was satisfied before he left.

Friendly customer service. Customer service representative informed me a technician would contact me within an hour, they did, technician said they would be out to service equipment with the hour, they were. Technician was friendly and informative, told me what was wrong with machine and went on to fix the issue in an efficient manner. Very pleased with the service, all promises were kept. No long service (wait) windows), how novel.

Whenever there is a problem we are helped in a timely manner! The technician is the same guy every time, he is very kind patient and helpful. He always get the job done quickly and clearly communicates to me what the problem and how he fixed it and how i can better use the machine or prevent another issue like the one we had! We are very lucky to have such a helpful tech.

At Hall Ambulance Service, Inc., we are so happy with the Ray Morgan Company and their sales representative, Rodney Moyer. Above all, I am thankful we selected Ray Morgan because of their products. I dont remember having any problems with the equipment we selected. They check on us regularly, and if we do have a problem (which is rare), they come out to make sure it is not the equipment. Thank you, Rodney, for your excellent work and the excellent product you have provided for us.

I was surprised with how quick a service technician was sent out to solve our problem. The technician was very professional and kind, he showed me what the problem was that i could not figure out. He not only fixed the problem he cleaned the printer and made sure we had ink refills as well. Thank you for your service -Jesse Calderon
