2024-03-20 23:44:06Understaffed, called and stopped by to make a reservation and there is nobody to help, they even have a big sign saying “get hired today, get paid today” I guess they don’t have a payroll or they’re desperate for employees

2023-07-29 18:44:26Ive been here 3 times while moving this month. It takes them on average 45 minutes to hook up a trailer. When I asked them after 40 minutes when they would have someone out, I was told its pretty busy huh. What actually happened was they forgot to dispatch my order again. There was one customer waiting for propane. And another that was there after I was getting a quote for a bike rackThats it. To top it off, the brake cylinder on the trailer was leaking. When I told them, they said they do that when its hot. I didnt know that brake systems leaked out all of their hydraulic fluid when hot. Needless ro say the trailer Brakes didnt work, my truck brakes were hot the entire time and the trailer was slamming against my reciever. The time before that the trailer had a wheel bearing fail. Rented the same trailer a week later RO 1644. Took 50 minutes to get hooked up. The wheel bearing is still gone and the same p/s front wheel was smoking on the highway.A true display of competency at its finest.

2023-06-01 20:52:36We rented a 10 ft van earlier in the day only to find that the uhaul location didnt inspect the vehicle before having it ready. The driver side door is damaged to the point that it cant close which means we need to hold it close as we drive. We took it to the canyon country location to see about getting it fixed. Nobody wanted to do their job as they left us sitting at the location for 45 minutes. If i never rent from uhaul again it’ll be too soon

2022-11-26 17:22:57Watch out contactless drop off means you get to pay for an extra day because they won’t process your return u til the next day anyway. Had my rental for 8 hours and paid for two days. No one bothered to tell us if we returned two hours before our contract period was up and used contactless drop off that they would charge us for two full days.

2020-09-12 18:01:39In advance, my wife, Minissian, M. chose this U-Haul store not realizing she made an excellent choice among many options. This store is definitely managed by a caring and empathic individual, Fernando. I’m submitting an additional review because of my excellent experience regarding the storage box rental service. I’ll admit, considering my multiple attempts to resolve my request did make me frustrated. However, once I connected with Fernando... My service experience was delivered to 5 stars. Let me also mention the extremely qualified female driver (can’t recall her name) that picked up the storage box was patient and extremely safety conscious. Please be sure to acknowledge this team member! Most importantly, in the thick of these crazy times, there is no better option when we needed to manage our storage needs. We’ll definitely reconnect if we need storage service.

2021-08-12 17:05:41The employees are nice, but something is wrong with the programming of how people can reserve storage units. I had a unit reserved (in advance) to fit my moving truck only to find out that it had been taken by someone else after I drove across the country. We were given two units to hold our items, but they were far too small to hold even half of the size of the truck. Then, I booked another storage unit to try and hold to rest of our items, and I was told that I was taking the reservation of another family. I’m not sure how customers can take the reservations of others. There needs to be a better system here.

2018-05-19 20:22:46Been here 3 times and have had great service each time. Most recently Vanessa helped us and really went above and beyond to show us that we mattered as customers. She represented the company well. Attitude reflects leadership, so Im giving the management and the employees 5 stars.

2019-03-10 18:21:50Would put negative stars, but that is not an option. Was charged $365 to move one painting to the West Side-- was gone about 2 hours, 50 minutes. Went about 70 miles, they said I went 167 miles (so I was charged for those miles, even though I had GPS proof I didnt travel those miles) and then they charged me $96 for 1/8 tank of gas (I put gas in but they said it was not enough.) I have no idea what is going on here, but this amount I paid was about 1/2 of what I paid to move my entire house a few weeks ago with 4 guys and a van 4 times the size. Completely, 100% unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE.
