Terrible customer service, will ignore you all month then jack up your rates over 200$ over night no email no notice just 3 months after I removed my second car the day I put my new car on now I owe 300$+ dollars for the premium back charge from the 3 months I had the car removed. And that adds 104 dollars plus now I don’t get my 2 car discount so another 100$ right there like it’s my fault my ex husband abandoned his family! State Farm’s hates single mothers and that obvious ! They want 500$ a month for a 2018 Honda and I have one ticket from 22 that apparently just destroys my driving history. What a joke

I have been working with Tyler Beck for the better part of the last 15 plus years and he is as good as it gets when it comes to insurance agents! He always does the right and best thing for the customer and it shows. If State Farm has a particular niche that fits one of my customers and saves them money I make sure to send them to Tyler. I know theyll be taken care of the way I like to take care of my customers.

We have been with this State Farm office for many years with different agents and Tyler has been just as great as the others before him. Tyler, Monica and Wayne are all very prompt and friendly on requests and make us feel like important clients. It is especially helpful when we get a home visit to review our policies and make necessary adjustments. We highly recommend Tyler and his team!

Tyler was so helpful! He took his time to ensure I was able to ask all questions I might have as I was switching over from another insurance company. I didn’t feel pressured at all! His communication style made me feel comfortable. He is very personable and you can tell he believes in the services offered by State Farm and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. Thanks so much for making this such an easy and enjoyable experience.

I have been a customer of Tyler and his #1 customer service rep since, well, before Tyler took this office over.He has been very good at providing the insurance I need, Home owners, life,and auto.Monica Scoggins is always there with a level of customer service that is always the best..Far better then just about any where else.They always have correct information at a moments notice, and are therefor me when I have a question or need a certificate.I recommend this office 100%,5 stars, and a comet thrown in for good measure.

Tyler and his team take great care of there customers. They ask the tough questions to make sure they understand your unique situation and recommend the correct policy for the person or family. I was impressed with all of the different situations that they can help people with right at their office. I am going to set up an appointment for him to review my life insurance.If you are in need of a great agent give them a call.
