2021-10-07 00:00:33I brought in my Janome for maintenance. The gentleman who works on the machines was very nice and professional. Did a fantastic job and even showed me how to run her.. Reasonably priced to. I am definitely planning on bringing him my other machines to work on.

2022-11-10 20:36:27Dave serviced three Janome quilting machines for me and provided missing parts so that I can sell them. Did a fantastic job and the price was more reasonable than the local shops. He also serviced my Bernina that Im so excited about! Dave provides a great service to sewists. Hes dependable, fair-priced and has a fast turnaround. Thanks, Dave.

2023-07-17 19:00:08My 65+ year old Singer sewing machine (which I’ve had since high school) was not working for some reason. Usually I can trouble shoot and determine what’s wrong…not this time. I looked up sewing repair servicing and the only one that mentioned Singer was Twice as Nice. Called and David said to bring it up that very day, which I did with no expectations. He took one look and knew immediately what the problem was…fixed it right there on the spot with no charge. He even gave me lubricating oil and some other small parts. What a find!!!

2021-10-21 04:14:18At first I was unsure about a business run out of someones house, but David is the real deal. I brought my sewing machine in thinking that I had broken it. Turns out it wasnt broken after all. David explained what was really going on, and gave me a lot of good information about machines and how to accomplish what I was aiming for. I look forward to bringing him my machine when I break it for real.

2020-11-24 19:42:02Dave serviced my Janome in less than one week. Excellent service and very responsive to my request for a larger thumb screw for my Babylock. He is also an excellent teacher - he was very thorough in teaching a class (pre-COVID) on how to clean and oil a Featherweight machine. Prices are very reasobable.

2020-03-08 15:10:57A dedicated multigenerational business that loves what they do. The very best for Featherweight machines for both parts and service. They can repair almost any featherweight and use and sell vintage parts (at lower prices than a better known online store). The reproduction parts and accessories they sell truly fit and work properly. When they have both, they explain the pros and cons of each and treat the customers decision with respect. Theyve also developed their own useful accessories.
