When in a business that requires a lot of tech work, TVG Consulting is the best option when it comes to IT services! They were very quick and patient with me when I had a tech issue and resolved it with 5 minutes with just a phone call!

I have been a client of TVG for 13+ years. All of their team members show care and concern when dealing with any IT issues we have and they work diligently to resolve my issues with expediency and always to my satisfaction. I would not trust my IT issues to anyone else. They are there when I need them and this is vital to ensuring our business runs smoothly.

TVG is incredible! All the guys, Garett, Mark, Edgar, George, etc, are awesome! Every support ticket placed is answered incredibly fast, with the issues or questions getting solved or answered within that day, or most times, on the spot. All new devices and equipment needing network support and / or connections, are set up accurately and correctly the first time, creating zero issues from then on. As an example to their immediate response as well, Mark was even available on a Saturday for some over-the-phone consultation, and George even physically came into the office that same Saturday to repair the issue at hand. These guys are great and I cant recommend them enough!!!

I work as the IT Liaison for a non-profit charity in Santa Ana. We consult with TVG for all of our IT problems and I am very happy with their performance. I have spoken with and met most of their technicians and they are all incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are always very prompt when an issue arises that needs solving.
