I never want to make a move without the Turner team again: from the first phone call with the office to the last handshake after the move was completed and the bill settled, every single member of the team was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and even sensitive to all the emotions of moving day—each and every person on the Turner team exceeded my expectations! I called Turner Moving and Storage to move two heavy large electric recliners from family room to the living room. They had to take them out the sliding door and around the house and up 6 stairs to the living room. They were very professional and arrived exactly on time. Great team, great service. Highly recommend this company for all your moving needs.

Turner M&S has moved me multiple times in the last 30 plus years. They have always made the moves as easy as possible. The same was true with my last move a week ago. All contacts with their employees were very positive. On moving day, the movers arrived a bit early and all were personable and professional. The move out was done rapidly. The move in was much more complicated. It involved the third floor and relatively narrow stair wells. They managed to get everything in safely and damage free while remaining positive in attitude. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. If possible, I would always userTurner for any moving needs!

We used Turner for an out of state move. On the positive side, the office staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. On the negative side, we had tens of thousands of dollars of damage to our belongings and to our house, and many missing items. We bought full insurance but we were only reimbursed for a small fraction of what we lost. Overall, we did not have a good experience and I would not recommend them.

The moving crew was exceptional! They worked quickly and asked for clarification on items to be moved. Office staff was equally exceptional. They worked with us to reduce cost and in the end we were pleasantly surprised. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Turner Moving and Storage was not the cheapest mover but, beyond a doubt the best and most professional moving agency Ive ever been involved with. They are a family owned business for many years and every aspect was very detailed and professional. Their warehouse storage facility is very clean and organized. Our furniture was handled with extreme care. The communication from the office staff was excellent and very responsive.

The whole procss with Turner Moving & Storage has been smooth as silk! First an appraiser came to the house to see what we would be moving and a date was scheduled. Because our new home was not yet ready to move into, Turner Moving worked with us to change our plan and arranged to store our items until a later date.On moving day, Brandon, Russ, Juan and Abraham arrived on time with the moving vans. They walked through the house with me for an overview on what to pack and what not to pack, then they got busy! It was amazing to watch them work! They were all so pleasant and, if they were unsure about something, they came to me and asked for verification, something that I greatly appreciated!The first day was packing boxes. The next day the trucks were loaded. The guys went the extra mile by loading up the outdoor furniture in the back of the truck and delivering it to the new house where they carried it UP all the stairs and placed it around the pool! In my opinion they went above and beyond and they were so wonderful to work with!Everyone was just wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive, (Joel who came out to do the estimate, Shalyn who handles the office and communication and all the movers), and I am so happy that we chose Turner Moving and Storage to handle our move!

We sold our home of 44 years in Napa to move near family in Virginia. Our new home is under construction so Turner is storing our belongings until they arrange shipment across country.Everyone at Turner, from the estimator, through the office team to the packing/moving team were extremely professional and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the Turner team and highly recommend them.Our new Virginia home has now been completed and our belongings delivered after they were stored for 6 months to Richmond Virginia by their driver Pete. He was as friendly and professional as the rest of the Turner team. They made a difficult cross-country move much easier!

Explained things well in terms I could understand. Shalyn was the best!The estimate was spot on (the actual cost came in a little less than the estimate).The packing crew was there two days. Efficient, friendly, guys. Very pleased.Likewise, the loading crew. They loaded the truck in 3 hours. Scott, our driver, was great as well.They also transported one of our cars.Our stuff is in storage in Albuquerque right now (though we picked up the car), as the house we bought here is not finished and were in a furnished rental. I hope the Albuquerque company is as good as Turner when they deliver our goods!Highly recommended.And worth every penny!

Everyone I dealt with at Turner was competent, diligent and professional, including the Receptionist, the Estimator and the four Men on the moving crew. The best thing about our move was the mover! We had a very complicated move with multiple buildings, high-end art and furniture, and various items going various places. Turner was amazingly good through the entire process. Even our being evacuated during a forest fire did not phase them. I recommend them without reservation. They are a wonderful family-owned business.

Easy to work with, Covid issues were easily handled and well done. I was moving into a house that was not ready when my furniture arrived - no problem for Turner. Had some delicate stuff, all handled without issue. Live in the mountains and access to my property a challenge - no problem for Turner. High on my list for service and quality of personnel!

We were shipping some furniture to our Granddaughter in Mesilla Park and to our daughter in Monument, two different remote locations in New Mexico. The loading of the furniture was very efficient and professional. Both our granddaughter and daughter raved about the delivery and set up of the furniture and how great everyone was. Turner moving was a joy to work with from the start. Advice given on the first visit when we obtained the estimate was so helpful. Their pricing was in line with interstate movers, and I believe a more accurate estimate than others we obtained. I would also have used them for a local move, since their systems ensured no loss of our goods and was organized and efficient.Shalyn, who supported us from the office during each phase, is an angel. Every question, change in schedule, scheduling, etc, was handled so professionally but also in a supportive manner. Doing a move during the pandemic is difficult, but they made it as easy as possible.We moved from Calif. to Colorado and put our items in storage there with a local company. Shalyn continued to support us even 10 mo after the move and out of storage. I can not rate them highly enough for their work and personally want to thank them publicly for all their many efforts.

Turner moving and storage was selected as our staging warehouse and logistics provider for a product line show we did in the napa area, and they were amazing to work with. We had last minute deliveries with no heads up, and we were concerned that we would not have the products in time. Turner, however, preemptively suggested a solution where they would send a truck to pick up the units from the local carrier depot and were able to deliver our products on time! They went far above and beyond their requirements, and better yet, they did it with a smile on their face; Ive worked with a lot of logistics companies before, and Turner has been one of the most satisfying and pleasant to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again for any future projects in this region. Thank you, shalyn and the entire team!!!

She put together the A team who got the job done first thing the next day with smiles, care, and efficiency. It was the best part of my week working with this company. Well, where do I start? As my husband and I continue to unpack our precious items, Im finding broken items. Did we pack it? Yes, and did one hell of a job and spent a lot of money on newsprint, bubble wrap, and air pillows. Not to mention used ALL of our blankets, pillows for even more extra protection because we moved out of state so we wanted everything to make it safely. I believe this all happened during the packing because we were sharing the truck with another family going to Montana which we didnt even know about except by over hearing a conversation. They did even get a price cut for sharing the truck or ever a straight answer when we inquired about it. The cost for the whole move was over 12,000.00 dollars. Anyway, back to the loading of the truck. Alot of our stuff was marked up and boxes smashed or busted up. Yes, we signed the completed paperwork but you really DONT see much until you start unpacking. Longer story short...they crammed our things in and many things were damaged or destroyed. Scott, he was good but your packers are not. For 12,000.00 should have been better AND should have gotten a price cut for sharing the truck with another family. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
