Wow! Just wow! I had a great experience from start to finish. Randy was awesome help setting up my cleaning and Abraham who did the actual cleaning blew it out of the water! He was punctual, professional and really had an eye for attention to detail. Overall great experience especially after having gone with 3 different companies before. After using TurFresh I will never look back! Already set up my cleanings for the rest of the year!

Easy to book, amazing customer service, and most importantly a great product! The turf looked brand new after Tony made some minor repairs, scrubbed the whole area, and treated everything with great smelling cleaner. I have used TurFresh at two different homes and they always do an outstanding job. Abraham was here today and he was quick but thorough. We have dogs and the turf smells great when they are finished and all the dug-in debris from nearby trees that seems impossible to get out is gone. Highly recommended and we will use them again.

I messaged for a quote. For a very small backyard they quoted $389/mo for monthly maintenance. I told them I was not interested.Then I received a message from a manager via text who asked if they could call to discuss. I had no interest in negotiating, so I said no, I would no like a phone call. They then called to try to negotiate. I asked them not to continue to contact me via phone.I sent a text to the original text I received and requested no further contact. The manager continued to try to contact me via text, after repeated attempts to ask them to cease messaging with me.Aside from the price issue, they just cant take no for an answer. I would never do business with them after their repeated violations of my request for no contact. Terrible business model - I hope they think first in the future.

My yard looks brand new. Totally worth it to go with this company. Pet and kid safe. Workers super polite, on time, hard working. Yard smells and looks way better. They even put back my furniture I had moved before they arrived and organized it hetterthan I used to have it and put the pillows back all nice. Highly recommend. I do not recommend this company. Aside from being super expensive the product didnt really work. In addition I signed up for a two treatment contract to reduce the price and was harassed about scheduling the second treatment so they could collect the money. I didnt even need the cleaning right now and was trying to schedule it closer to an event I was having. Horrible customer service. Enjoy that last bit of money, yall lost another customer. I found a local guy who will do it for a fraction of the price and uses better products.

I’ve had turf for many years and always struggled trying to keep it clean smelling and looking fresh. The blades naturally get trampled down and we have three dogs in our family. TurFresh did an amazing job for us from start to finish. They were easy to work with, have great support technology, and the end result was beyond expectations! Our very professional technician was fantastic and worked through the steps of the multi part cleaning and application process on a hot, 114 degree Phoenix day. My turf has been installed for about 5 years now. I have 2 dogs and a couple years ago I thought about removing the turf due to the smell. I tried cleaning it myself and used various products but was not happy with the results. I have used TurFresh a couple times a year for about 2 years now. After observing their multi-step process and than seeing (and smelling) the results, I was very impressed and I have no doubt that the service will greatly extend the life of my turf. It certainly has allowed us to enjoy the yard throughout the year. This is a true deep cleaning and treatment process that leaves my turf looking like new and smelling better than new. TurFresh was awesome when they serviced my front and backyard. I moved into my house about a year ago and the previous owner had large dogs, so the backyard never smelled right. I would hose it down and treat it with all sorts of recommended products but the smell was always back within two days. I have two medium size dogs so that doesnt help either. TurFresh was here all day and I can honestly say that I am so impressed. Not only does the grass look amazing but my backyard smells wonderful even a week later. My dogs were not loving all of their scents being gone but they are getting used to it, although they are really only going in one area of the yard now. Which is awesome! I would recommend TurFresh to anyone with artificial grass; you wont regret it.

At first I wasn’t sure if I needed this service for turf cleaning but am very glad I chose to do so. It’s only our side yard but their service is great, they accommodate timely service, and the turf looks brand new and zero bad odor from the pets. I have 3 German Shepard’s and I have artificial turf. I was keeping up with the maintenance on my turf for a good while but then I wasn’t. My turf was horribly smelly. So smelly that it was hard for me to enjoy a breeze when I left my bedroom Windows open. The wind would blow and all I could smell was urine! Yuck!! I tried a few product to take care of the smell but nothing seemed to work. So I decided to find a professional to clean it and get rid of the that urine smell that was so strong I couldn’t enjoy my backyard. I googled turf fresh and read the guarantee and figured what do I have to lose. I scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time and ready to go to work. I watched the technician from my kitchen window and was hoping that this was the fix I needed. After about a hour I stepped outside to see if what he had done made a difference, to my surprise the nasty urine smell was gone and my turf looked brand new and it had a nice fresh clean smell. I am so happy with the work that was done. I was so impressed that I purchased some of the product he used so that I could maintain that fresh smell. I am so glad I called turf fresh, they were a nose saver. I plan to stay on top of the cleaning, but, if for some reason it starts to smell again I will not hesitate to call them. These guys are top notch!! Randy was super quick to communicate when I requested to schedule an appointment. They are located in CA, but come to AZ as well. I actually received a coupon in the mail for $50 off and thought it was a great time to have our turf area cleaned. Its been three years since we had it installed and weve got 2 small dogs and 3 cats that are on it all the time. The sweet guy that showed up did amazing with social distancing, which was a great relief. On time, did an amazing job, super happy with it! If we had room in the budget I’d be having them come out every few months. It looks better than when it was first installed, and the infill is worked in more thoroughly than the original install too! And smells delightful, which it definitely didn’t before they came lol. The only thing I was hoping for was more of the hard water calcification to be removed, but it was a lot of buildup by the hose and probably more than a single service’s worth. But seriously, I keep going out to look at my gorgeous lawn, I’m so happy with how good it looks now after a year of wishing it looked better.

We have a small area of Turf in our backyard- less than 300 sq feet- we have 1 small dog and once or twice a week our children bring their dogs - I’ve tried to keep our turf fresh smelling by using a power washer and Simple Green turf cleaner. Unfortunately I was unable to get rid of the urine smell. I searched online and found Turfresh - although it was expensive - one day later No smell! Not sure how long it will last. Service man arrived on time, very sweet man, 5* for sure, picked up the dog waste and discarded it. Began working by using a rotating gas powered brush. I could not believe how much dog hair and leaves, etc were down deep into the turf! He completed that step followed by new granules spread over and brushed in the now new looking turf. Next he sprayed this amazing smelling spray (think of a babys nursery) all over the turf and even onto about 6 feet of the patio adjacent to the turf. Im telling you the service was well worth the money. Signed up for quarterly service and saved quite a bit of money. The turf looks brand new! Would highly recommend TurFresh!

Scheduling the turf cleaning appointment was very easy and I got a date that wasn’t too far out. I got phone, text and email reminders. The two workers arrived before the scheduled time and worked carefully and thoroughly for about 90 minutes on my 400sq ft yard. They were professional and friendly and did everything they said they would do.What I didn’t realize was the bacteria-killing deodorant has a super pungent floral smell that lasted for days. My allergies were triggered by something in it. I also didn’t realize that the infill they use is white. I thought it would be green, and didn’t think to ask ahead of time. Now my back yard looks like it has dandruff.I’ll book them again when the time comes but will know to ask about alternatives to the things that weren’t what I expected.

This company, from the time I contacted them, until now, has been fantastic.My artificial turf was not installed properly about a year ago. The tech arrived a little early but that’s perfectly fine and our preference. He measured and asked if this was the same as I measured? I agreed and he started. He was very nice and let me know he didn’t need anything else from me. (It was very hot and he didn’t want me standing outside). He completed the scheduled work within about an hour. Everything was clean when he left and our yard looks like the day it was installed. The smell of our three dogs was completely gone. We will definitely be an ongoing customer.

I love artificial turf for my dogs but the urine smell can be terrible at times even with regular hosing down and deodorizing with store bought products. I hired TurFresh to help with my problem and their service technician was on time, very professional and did an awesome job cleaning and deodorizing the turf in my backyard. We took a gamble on this — getting our turf cleaned. There was about 10 years of dog pee/hair/dirt build up and it got to the point we couldn’t even sit outside because of the smell. We invested in some bio fill from amazon and that really helped but having it really deep cleaned has taken the smell away completely and the turf (no joking) looks brand new. The person who did our yard arrived in a uniform and arrived early. This wasn’t a quick clean and then gimme my money company. They did do much! First they did a top level clean which was a rake and blow off any leaves - that made the yard look nice but that’s when the real work started- they used that brush machine and picked up a small bin full of stuff. I was blown away. Then they used bio fill and then a pet deodorizer solution, then more raking etc. We had a family member install turf new recently and ours looks just like hers now. This company also actually listed to us and focused on more high traffic areas. I would most certainly recommend them!!!!

We have two large German Sheppards and yard that has a small portion of grass and flower planter that these two beast like to do their business. If you have dogs, especially big ones you know it is a constant battle to keep the area clean and almost impossible to keep the smell down. Even with daily pick ups and weekly wash downs the smell of urine could be smelled have a house away. I have been using TurFresh granular treatment for over a year both on the flower planters and the grass. It has has no effect on the plants but the smell is gone. So to begin I have to say I was a little put off by Randy’s insistence that we pay up front. I was a first time customer and they there was no way I was going to pay on the phone never having met them. He settled for allowing me to pay the minute to he driver pulled up. Again weird. We almost cancelled. However; Jesus arrived promptly at promised time and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional! Loved him! Service was excellent and our turf looks and smells amazing! I found out that the men/ women who do the service Travel long distances. That would explain the need for some sort of payment up front so they don’t get stiffed! I have 3 dogs and the yard was smelly. I tried everything then I found Turfresh. My yard is small, 370 sq feet.Turfresh did as advertised. They showed up on time, explained the process, measured the yard and went to work. I watched as the turf was brushed back, granules and deodorizer were applied. The technician even went slightly passed the edge of the astro to help with odor.
