2024-06-28 23:03:02Why do you people even set up appointment times and call with a reminder that you have a phone appointment, to only make someone stay on hold for 2 hours and NEVER talk to anybody? And you wonder why people go postal on you.

2024-05-15 00:16:46Waited over two hours and they were still arguing with me that they called my number but they never did. They are always mad like they are that ones the provide the benefits. They are working with people they should be more friendly

2024-02-24 00:56:49Not what I needed. I was desperate for a job, any job. All they wanted to do inside of providing solid job leads, was to tell me how they would take months to teach me how to write a resume and such. I am 67 years old, I know how to apply for a job. What I, and most people need are job listing for solid job opportunities.

2024-01-17 20:50:34Year after year, the same old stuff. Call in over the phone, wait over two hours on hold, and get hung up on without talking to anyone. Try again wait another two hours, get hung up on again. This is really getting old. If they want their jobs they should actually do their jobs. I sent in paperwork for calfresh and they didnt complete it for 7 days.

2024-03-05 16:38:07What is it with them something is going on that at the end. after hours waiting .the line dropped . One day lost at the end you didnt get the chance to talk to a live worker disappointed to say the least they didnt earn the one star why is this happening and thats Everytime.

2023-12-26 23:58:24Internet and phone number statedsocial services was open. When we arrived,It was not. I tried calling and the automated message said, The Tulare County Social Services were open until I went through the options to get connected with the Porterville branch. Then the message stated they were closed for the holidays. The automated message system also stated the branch would be open the next business day.We came from the mountains and drove for an hour to arrive with limited resources to receive assistance and were misguided.Thank you for your time,Josh F.

2024-02-13 19:05:41On hold for an hour. I dont know how theyre this busy when I called exactly at 8am. Hung up called again and still on hold for another hour. Doesnt even tell me where I am in the queue. Ridiculous.

The staff is helpful and understanding, and they provide valuable assistance for those in need. I appreciate their support and the services they offer. Highly recommended!
