I have been working with Tugboat Software for the last 11yrs, and have always had a great experience. The scheduling program works great, and whats even better is their customer service. If we have any issues they are a phone call or email away to help us. They have always been great with our company developing, creating, and support. I think they are an amazing group!

I have been using Tugboat for more than 5 years now and I love the convenience it provides! The support has been awesome!! They are quick to respond and will work with you to resolve any issues. This software is user friendly. It allows the user and their company to request time off, manage approvals, print reports and so much more, from almost any device or computer. Definitely 5 stars!!

I would completely recommend Tugboat Software for your scheduling needs. We used the company for our complicated vacation bidding. The technical resources at the company were professional and accommodating. We had the software customized multiple times to fit our business and it was done with all of our needs in mind.

I have worked with Tugboat for over 11 years. They customized the programming to cover all we needed for a scheduling process developed with a union contract.Team Members access their information and make their choices through KIOSKs on site or from home on the website. This includes a list of jobs they are qualified for, placing the jobs in the order they prefer, they sign for overtime daily and for the weekend. Submit vacation time and Personal Time which is able to be processed by them instantly so know if they are approved or not.Overtime is generated each shift and for the weekend rules. There areVacation scheduling, which is based on percentages on seniority and skill set criteria, reduced time spent and errors significantly.Attendance is tracked and step letters produced with the program.There are reports for anything you could want but also if I want a report that isnt available or just need a current one customize for my needs, it is taken care of.Response time for any request or question is usually within the hour.I highly recommend this company to cover all of your scheduling needs. I have been using this software for about nine years. We use it to manage vacations for approximately 350 colleagues. The support staff are very helpful and respond to questions promptly. I would definitely recommend.
