I just had my new Tuff Shed installed and the whole process was great! Sal helped me connect with people who could remove my old, rusted, metal shed and he was able to schedule my installation the following week during my Spring break. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Tuff Shed.When we began thinking about purchasing a shed for our backyard we had a hundred ideas & even more questions. We researched online and we a little overwhelmed so we decided to just go to the Tuff Shed site in Palmdale. We were greeted by Shane and within 10 minutes most of our questions were answered and the process became remarkably clear, simple, quick and less expensive than we’d expected!Shane showed us the many different styles, colors and options they have to offer. We sat with him on his office and worked up a plan for a shed that would meet our desires. We took our plan & quote home to think about for a few days, calling Shane with questions and revisions several times. We really appreciated his readiness to discuss our ideas. He was on top of everything but never pushy or impatient. Thank you Shane! You’re awesome!In just a few short weeks the team arrived with our shed!The team was very professional and obviously well experienced. We were so impressed with how quickly it all came together!! Shane was AMAZING! He helped us pick out the shed we wanted: 8-foot ceiling, loft with central opening, french doors with blinds to make it totally customized! We also got to choose the exact colors and lifetime roof shingles! The whole thing only took about an hour from start to finish. The installers were great, too! - They built it in ONE day! Great experience right from the start. Tonija from the Palmdale, CA location made my wife and me very comfortable. She is professional and so customer friendly! From taking in our thoughts of what we were looking for to applying them to the design software to give us a visual. Tonija told us of the limited time free offers from Tuff Shed encouraging us to take advantage of them. Tonjia, never pressured us, gave us the printed information to look over. After we had a rough experience from a previous shed company we decided to stop by Tuff Shed off of Ave S. We should have gone here in the first place! Shane gave us excellence customer service. He showed us exactly what we were looking for. We built our shed so quickly and they were able to install within a few days ( which we were eager as the last company kept failing us) They communicated great and the installers did an amazing job putting our shed together. Not one to write much reviews but with my experience with Tuff Shed I feel like customers need to be aware of what service to Expect out of this company at least the branch I went to.So its Valentines day after a long day at work and my wife and I were exploring Possibly purchasing a shed, being the thoughtful Husband that I am, I asked my wife if she would like me to pass by a place on my way home from work which happen to be the Tuff Shed off the 14 freeway and she agreed so I stopped by .Once I arrived at the location being that it is in Antelope Valley you could just imagine the strong winds this was around 4 PM, Despite the weather conditions I was greeted immediately by Tonjia, She walked me around her showroom which was outside .We both were tolerating the wind and she made sure I was able to see every single one of them. From there I was taken into the office, Immediately she elaborated on the 3 different types of purchasing options and when over the pros and cons of all of them, Fully purchased in the unit out of pocket.Financing which runs your creditOr the least own programOnce I was informed about the buying options she Provided me with printed quotes on the units I was interestedent in and Instead of trying to Close the deal She suggested I take the quotes and speak to my wife about the difference options plus each quote had 3d pictures on the custom sheds .By 5:30 PM that same day I decided to go back after consulting with my wife and we ended up purchasing 2 sheds with the least 2 own program .They will be installed this Friday We couldnt be more happy with our experience.Thank you Tonjia and Tuff ShedGlad we didnt stop by Home Depot

Tonjia was super nice. The product is good quality and pretty straightforward with many options on site. Of course, the sheds are all customizable. Tonjia went over the design I was most interested in and was able to give me an estimate on the spot. Prices seemed a hair high but are in keeping with other shed companies around that I have visited. They do use insulated siding that reduces temperatures inside if the sheds which is important out here in the desert.Additionally, this location is directly next to the freeway and easily accessible from the East. If you are to the West of this location, I recommend making a right after you pass the Tuff Shed location and then turn around and make a left into Ave S to enter this business.

We had a great experience with the whole Tuffshed experience. I built several variations of a shed online. Within minutes, Tonjia, the Tuffshed sales person in our area, called to ask if we had any questions about the sheds. When we decided to go ahead and purchase one, she helped us make intelligent decisions about options and size of the shed. The installation was scheduled for 5 days after we paid for the shed. The installers showed up on time with all the equipment and supplies that they needed. They were polite and hard working. I dont think they took a lunch break! They did a great job, and cleaned up the work site and shed. It rained the day after the installation. No leaks!

My wife and I were only browsing sheds and their features when Shane greeted us. He was gracious enough to show us from the smallest to the largest and pointed out all of the important features. After about 30 minutes of looking and being educated we decided not to wait and purchased a shed that day. Shane promised a quick turnaround but unfortunately our HOA took their sweet time (2 months) to approve it. I spoke with Shane that Saturday (day after it was approved) and by Tuesday afternoon my shed was delivered and installed in a few hours. Shane delivered after all! Great operation from front to back. Highly recommend Tuff Shed for excellent service and quality.

Shane and Tuff Shed - Palmdale were great! My mom and I came in on a Sunday morning just to check it out and the next thing you know, we were customizing our shed! Shane did an excellent job showing us and explaining the different sheds and options. They also have several customizations to choose from - insulation, shelving, paint and shingles. Since we just painted our house, I asked Shane if we could have the shed be painted the same color to match. Since we could, I bought and brought the paint the next day (which was a holiday and surprisingly, they were open) and install was on Friday morning. They were all super easy to work with and the shed came out beautifully. All my friends and family gave rave reviews and were surprised that it was so decently priced.

Bad sheds. The shed I bought was constructed poorly. The windows were not sealed properly, and water rained in. The shingles fell off twice on two separate occasions, and upon inspecting them, they were not installed correctly. The moisture barrier was also installed improperly as well. Due to poor construction, I do not have faith that the roof will last as long as promised and that the windows will not last as long as they could if built tough. It was not built tough it was built cheaply. I hope no one goes through the anguish I am in.

Highly recommend the Palmdale Tuff Shed on Avenue S and the 14 freeway! Shane, my sales rep, made for a trusting and great experience! He made me aware of what Tuff Shed has to offer as far as options for what you may or may not need for your shed. I ordered a custom capable shed due to the fact that I had a unique slab and sidewalk alignment to where my shed was going to be located. Shane made the adjustments by moving the door to align with my sidewalk and as we designed my shed, he was able to show the options that I mentioned above. Some places push to sell you options you may not want but not at this Tuff Shed, Shane made the suggestions of options and I was yes or no on what he showed me, no pressure and we were quickly done with exactly what I wanted in this shed design! My trip that day was a fact finding stop but I was so comfortable and satisfied with the process that I put a down payment on it that day. When I was ready for my Shed to be delivered, I contacted Shane finalized everything and the delivery service called and made the appointment for the day of my delivery. On the day of my delivery, the installer arrived within the timeframe that I was scheduled for delivery, he was very polite, answered any questions I had and before you know it, you have a great shed that was exactly as designed and will last for a long time!! Again, I can’t say enough how smooth my experience for everything on my purchasing and receiving my Tuff Shed, makes me wish I needed another one… who knows I may find a reason to order another!?

I put a barn shed in my backyard a year ago for some storage and its been incredible. When the need for more storage came up, it was a no brainer that I wanted to add an additional shed, and that I wanted to go back to Tuff Shed to help us out again. First of all, the whole process went quicker then I imagined. It took less then 2 weeks to go through the whole process and have a finished shed. We got the quote online. Shane from Tuff Shed reached out to answer all my questions and explain how it works. That was great. He was able to answer everything for me! They called me Tuesday to schedule my install. It was completed Thursday the same week. They showed up in the timeframe I was told and the shed was completed the same day. The whole process was easy overall and our shed looks great. Got the shed delivered to my house. Delivery was smooth and employees were professional. I did notice the shed has a little bit of a lean to it and one of the hinges is loose so I may have to have it inspected but overall I’m happy with the product. I dealt with Shane and he is great. After drafting a plan online, we stopped at the Palmdale Tuff Shed yard in mid May. Tonjia was very pleasant and informative, helped us work on our plans, and walked us through the model we wanted. She answered all questions clearly, and even guided us in questions we hadnt thought about. We did complete the purchase, she sent the order to their Bakersfield plant, which was closer to us in CALIFORNIA CITY. Communication was by email. We had only one glitch,(which is why only 4 stars) which was due to schedule problems with Bakersfield. The crew that installed, did a good job, even the clean up. I would recommend the Palmdale, CA site. Weve even had follow up questions and answers with Tonjia who ROCKS!!

Our experience dealing with Jonathan Malendez in Palmdale was excellent. We bought our shed at the start of the COVID19 pandemic and needed to choose the color of paint to be used and deliver the trim paint to Jonathan. He made a special trip into the office to do this. The entire process has been a great experience. We needed a shed custom built to function as our small wood workshop. We ordered the shed at 430 pm on Friday and it was installed on Tuesday morning of the following week. Our sales rep Shane McCampbell was super easy to work with, stayed in touch through the installation and followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. He walked us through all our options, costs and concerns. We were more cost driven than anything and decided that after evaluating the different levels of quality the mid level premier was the option that made the most sense. Out installers did an awesome job, they arrived a little after 830 am and had the job completed just before 130 pm. They didn’t cut corners and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the choice to use the Palmdale location for Tuff Shed and would definitely work with the on any future shed/garage projects.

I compared prices- wayfair, Lowe’s, Costco, Home Depot- and although the shed cost more it was well worth it.The company is professional, kind, patient and extremely efficient. Decided to purchase a 7 x 14 shed to store pool toys and equipment from the Palmdale, Ca Tuff Shed store. This shed needed to be attractive in appearance since the location for the shed was next to our pool and putting green area. One of the hardest decisions was the proper size of the shed and color scheme. I spent hours using Tuff Sheds Build a Quote online program to design the shed. He didnt give us much pricing when asking about options he would respond thats additional and no follow up . We asked about the display sheds and sizing he didnt even offer to show them to us or explain them. I would have really liked a thorough run down on pricing the way I want my shed so I can get everything in order and just come back and buy. Ordered the shed through Johnathan Mendez,he was very good,and a big help. It was delivered and installed on the day promised. It took them seemed like forever to level the floor,but I appreciated that,since they took their time to make it perfect.They were quick to get it up and at the 5hr mark,they said one of the skilights were broken and somehow the hardware for the shelves didnt get put on the truck,so they had to stop. Took 7 days to get someone back up to finish it. Three showed up and it was completed in about 2 hours, it looks really good,however,we did not get a set of keys to lock the door. Other than that Im reall happy with it.
