This project took much thought because I was torn between two companies to purchase a shed. Finally, I decided to purchase from Tuff Shed because William Wentworth provided great service, which included putting together a computer generated design very quickly to my specs. Also, I like the fact he did not pressure me. He stated the facts, allowed me to move on and make a decision hassle free. Furthermore, he kept me apprised by email instead of the annoying phone calls. The one thing I liked most about this company is that they paint the shed the color you want. I dropped off the paint and they applied one coat. The installers then applied the second coat.When the shed was being installed, I did have a scare because the initial coat was not good. (Note: The install was conducted by the Ontario location because I resided in their service area.) I started to panic because that was one of the negative reviews I saw. I instantly called Tough Shed and spoke with Diana and Chris Wheeler on one occasion. After texting Diana the photos, she explained that is the initial look and that the installers (Ricardo and Raul) would put a nice, heavy, second coat. I am pleased to say they did not disappoint. The installers were incredible. They consulted me on each step to ensure I agreed prior to them moving forward. At the conclusion of the install, they cleaned up exceptionally well and they ensured I was satisfied with the job. Not to mention, unlike the negative review I saw in which one of the issues was the installers did not protect the purchasers new concrete from paint, these guys laid clothes to protect my new concrete. The shed is so nice and of such great quality, I am considering making it a man cave/dog house. LOL!!! Albeit, I am very pleased with the decision to purchase from Tuff Sheds.

William did a great job explaining all the various design options we could use to make our shed work within HOA guidelines. We were even able to supply house color-matching paint for the plant manufacturing process. Tuff Shed planning department was patient with the site prep time I needed to be ready for installation. One recommendation I would make is using a thin foam insulation or adhesive/sealant between the floor and wall baseplate as an insect barrier.

I have been in communication with Bradley Lüssenheide about a year. I shared with him that I would let him know when we were ready to buy. He sent us monthly emails letting us know all of the deals and discounts available and last week we pulled the trigger. We are so excited. Our experience dealing with Annette at Tuff Sheds was excellent! From the moment we received her warm welcome at the door until the final papers were signed Annette was great! She is very professional, knowledgeable and she helped us through the design process. She was patient with all of our questions and was accommodating to our needs. We were impressed with the quality of Tuff Sheds product and feel that we are going to have a functional shed that will serve us very well for a long time. The speedy turn around time from time of purchase until time of installation is much appreciated.27 Jan 2023We werent able to get the install done on Jan 16th because of the weather but we re-scheduled without problems for Jan 25. The installation crew showed up on time and with all the necessary equipment. Right from the time they showed up until the left, I was impresses with their professionalism and their ability to do the job without delay. They completed the install in 2.5 hours.There was a color problem, somewhere down the line the main color of the building and the trim got reversed. They immediately contacted the scheduling desk and arranged for a solution. I talked to Annette Rojas and Diana and came up with a solution which will be resolved next week. In addition, the window in the door was the wrong one so they will rectify this as well.Again, I cant say enough positive comments for the installation crew. Youre all 5 Stars in my book. I understand that things will go wrong once in a while. The point is that Tuff Shed will make it right. Thanks

I purchased a Tuff Shed for a number of reasons. I am impressed with the fact that the foundation is made from steel beams not just pressure treated lumber. I like that the shed comes painted when it is installed. But the main reason that I bought a Tuff Shed was because of the knowledge and professionalism of the sales consultant, Bradley Lussenheide. I had a very specific application and I needed a custom shed designed to my specifications. Bradley presented a number of workable options, explained how each would serve my purpose, detailed the cost of each option and finally showed how each configuration would actually look by taking me through several model sheds that were on their site. We ultimately designed a shed that was perfect for my application and will serve my needs very well. Bradley is very knowledgeable of the Tuff Shed product and is excellent in listening to his customers and designing exactly what they need. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed as a company and wish to acknowledge the complete customer care provided by Bradley. I went to Tuff Shed in Murrieta to buy three storage sheds for my property in Temecula. I had used the online shed building feature on their website prior to arriving and had a very good idea of exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, I met one of their salesmen, Bradley. I sat down with Bradley and explained what I needed. Bradleys vast knowledge of the Tuff Shed products absolutely amazed me. Bradley explained options and features that I didnt even realized were available or existed. The features and upgrades that Bradley recommended were features that I really needed to make my shed fully functional for the purposes that Im buying them for, but never would have realized I needed them without Bradleys recommendations. Had I not had the opportunity to work with Bradley on designing these sheds, I would have received a product that ultimately would have looked great, but not had the added features that Bradley educated me about. I left there feeling that I purchased a product that far exceeded the basic design that I went there expecting to order, and I owe it all to Bradley. I cant recommend Tuff Shed of Murrieta enough. If you are looking to purchase a shed anywhere, you must go and talk with Bradley, he is absolutely amazing and will design a shed that far exceeds your expectations due to his incredible knowledge of the Tuff Shed products.

Everything was explained thoroughly and I got to pick all of my colors, styles, sizes and accessories like windows and double doors.We designed it on a Thursday and I had the shed delivered and completed by the following Tuesday! My wife and I arrived at the Tuff Shed facilities unknowingly after hours. Despite that, Bradley Lussenheide came and immediately started to help us. I was impressed right away by his being so friendly, inviting, knowledgeable and passionate about his job and product. He even invited us inside despite it being long pass his time to clock out! He became even more passionate during the design process and we ended up with a product we were excited about! We never intended to purchase same day but Bradley was a whiz at creating just the right design for a “she shed” so we left with a design and a reasonable payment plan. Brad was awesome and stayed past closing even though I offered to come back in the morning. We went to the Murrieta location a few times looking for a shed that my wife could use for her fused glass studio. Brad L. was very helpful. He wasnt pushy, he listened to what my wife needed and showed us different sized sheds with a number of options. He illustrated each option on the computer screen and/or his IPad. The crew was very professional. Im sorry I didnt get their names but it was a father and son team. He called me and let me know what time they would arrive. They arrived on time with the shed and got to work immediately. He explained the process to me and let me know how long it would take to install the shed. Both men were polite and answered every question I had. They even left a little paint for touch-ups. I am very impressed with the high quality of the material used in building the shed. But most of all I was very impressed with the professionalism of your sales staff. Annette Rojas was very patient with all my questions and answered every one of them. After having our backyard swimming pool removed we wanted to add a storage shed(s) to our back and side yards so we went to Tuff Shed in Murrieta, CA. I walked around the very large facility with 15+ sheds on display and then met with Bradley Lüssenheide in the main office. Bradley explained that storage sheds up to 120 square feet do not require a building permit so my husband and I eventually decided on a 12’ x 10’ storage shed for the backyard and a 18’ x 6’ Lien-To style shed for the side yard. Bradley explained the overall process to me regarding the purchase, design, engineer, build panels, delivery, and assembly. Bradley also provided great information on various colors, roofs, siding, doors, and monthly sales specials in effect at Tuff Shed. Recently I purchased a Tuff Shed from Annette in the 251 store in Murrieta. I bought a barn type shed for my nephew Troy. I wanted you to know about my very excellent experience with her. What a great employee. She was friendly, answered my questions and explained lots to me about Tuff Sheds. They are new to me and and I needed help. Also when was kind and helpful to my nephew who came to choose the colors and see inside a shed. She also helped to put in to expedite the building and delivery as we were in a time crunch. The shed is sturdy, looks very nice, good paint job, and the ramp fits well according to Troy looking at it finished. The guys that delivered the shed had to back into a driveway that was about a half block in order to set up with no complaints. Set up was fast....about 3.5 hours. Terrible service. I messaged on offer up. Kept getting delayed msg response. The saleswoman promised to call me but never did. I decided to just go there. The saleswoman did not even acknowledge us. She was with a client but seemed to purposely ignore us. We finally tracked her down and asked for assistance. She told us to take a flier and wait. 45 minutes later we gave up and left. I messaged her to call me. Never got a call. How do they stay in business operating like this. Talking to Tuff Shed Corona and Ontario now.
