I recently visited this tire store, and I was blown away by their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and warm. They went above and beyond to help me repair my flat tire. Tom, the consultant, provided invaluable advice, suggesting a repair instead of a costly replacement. Their honesty saved me money, as they didnt charge for the repair. Im truly impressed by their kindness and honesty. This tire store has earned my highest recommendation!

Great experience. I waited maybe 10min and they patched my tire for free and sent me on my way! They will put on a tire that you bring yourself if the old one is bad. They will also be honest about it being in great shape and not needing to be changed. Their interactions with other customers were also commendable. Highly recommend.

Last week, Jimmy and Carlos flagged me down at the Starbucks on Ortega in San Juan Capistrano.Carlos had seen that my back tire was flat. Indeed it was—I was nearly driving on my rim. Jimmy and Carlos parked again—they already picked up their coffees—,and then Jimmy took out his portable pump, removed the nail in my tire, plugged it, then filled my tire.A week hence, the plug has held.Then off they went, refusing a tip, merely mentioning that they work at Tucker. I felt profoundly lucky that Carlos noticed, and deeply grateful for Jimmys selfless act of charity. Employees like Jimmy & Carlos speak SO well for this company.Thank you!

Fast service, amazing staff, great prices. They’ll also fix a lot of smaller issues at no charge. I’ve been going there for years, but this past time I brought my car in with something stuck in the tire. I got there at 3:45pm and they brought my keys to me at Toni Pepperoni at 4pm and had even parked my car right in front for me. All at no charge!

This is their new location. The men over here at the amazing Tucker Tire are phenomenal. They are experts at what they do, and are quick! They are honest, helpful, and will easily get you back on the road in no time. They patch for free but this time I had to purchase a new tire due to the severity of the nail damage and my tread wear in my tire. They ordered my exact tire that day and had it delivered and installed the very next day! Absolutely amazing. I will always have peace of mind that if this happens again - I’m in good hands. I laughed that what part of free they don’t understand!Well, karma was quick! When my car was ready they said the same thing to me! They don’t charge for that! Are you kidding me?What a nice gesture! Wow so sad what a dumb move to Aliso Viejo.. in the middle of three other tire stores.. hardly anybody in the waiting room like the other place used to be the Bays were most empty ... and nobody answers the phone at all anymore:-(literally had to drive from Dana Point.. only to find out Walmart beat them by size by $100 for four tires.. they used to be everybody all the time what a bummer..Whoever had the brain child idea to move there:-(.. wow what a bummer

The new location in Aliso Viejo is hidden. Youll turn into the shops on Aliso Creek when you see the Dairy Queen or Jiffy Lube, then you just go to the back and look for the busiest business, thats Tucker Tire. Brad Tucker and his team have been serving South Orange County for over 40 years and they are still the most trusted tire purchase and repair shop here. When they quote you a round number it may seem like guesswork, but its always the best price, always. But thats only half of the story. The more important component is the service at Tucker Tire. The installation is worked into the price. Tire balance, no charge. Fix a flat, no charge. Recommendations for best fitting tires whether you buy from them at that time or not, no charge. I swear it seems like they are even forgetting to add in the tax, but I guess its all just rolled in, and its still the best value.For my Tundra, I wanted aggressive looking tires, but I wanted a smooth ride around town where I do 90% of my driving. Brad recommended a set of Toyo Open Country R/Ts, Im stoked. Also, my lug nuts were looking a little rusted and tarnished, so he hooked me up with black replacement nuts. Nice touch. As a woman of a certain age (really old), I find tire shopping intimidating. Had found a couple of places in Aliso Viejo with great reviews, but had not gone in yet, until I ended up in a mess yesterday and needed help.Filled-up at a nearby self-serve gas station and used their air compressor (as I had before). However, the sound indicator was not working to alert you when you reached the target PSI, and driving away, the tire sensor indicated that I had two tires dangerously overfilled. Let some air out, and still had the problem. Remembered all the auto-related businesses in a center on Aliso Creek Rd, and drove there. First place I asked for help, sent me to Tucker Tire instead. Great advice!Even though they were busy, they said pull your car right up, and they took care of it (without making me feel any more stupid or embarrassed than I already was). Also, used the opportunity to get the tire recommendation/quotes I needed, so will be back to get that taken care of too.

Came here because one of my tires had a slow leak and even though my car was less than 2 years old and still under warranty, the dealer kept insisting that nothing was wrong. Tucker Tires took it in, found the leak and repaired it in just over an hour. I went on a Thursday around 10am and while there were other customers, they were not super busy. They quoted me about 1.5hours depending on what the issue was and got it done faster than that. I was prepared to pay for the work, but they did not charge me. I will be coming back next time I need new tires!

I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. I stopped by this morning to remove a nail from drivers side rear tire. I was greeted by Johnny who was exceptionally helpful. After 600 positive reviews, it is no secret Tucker Tire is the go to discount tire place in the OC. Do call ahead to verify they have tires for your vehicle. Otherwise this is a first come, first serve tire shop. Brad answered my questions by telephone and Wade met me at the counter. Both were very helpful. Average replacement time for 4 tires is one hour. There is limited area for waiting. So be prepared to stand outside or plan accordingly.

Awesome!!Best tire shop hands down. I have been going here since I was 16, Im 50 currently. This current set of tires was on the emergent side with a road trip the next day. Brad set me up with some tires for my truck (Falcon AT3) and some TPMS sensors. I wasnt to sure about the Falcons, I really had my eyes on some Michelins however they were an additional day, which is no problem most the time, I needed them today. As usual the staff was far above and beyond the rest, anti-seize on the studs, custom tire pressure and hand torque the lugs. And to make it better, a doughnut and coffee while I waited. I have been and will be a customer for life as long as we live in the area. I miss John (re-tired), however Brad is running a top notch outfit and continuing their family tradition of greatness.

Dont try and call them because you will NOT get ahold of them. This is a NO frills place guys. If you want an air conditioned waiting room and Wifi go to Discount Tire and pay more. They know their s@$t though, get the job done NOW, do quality work, and save you $$$. 4X Nitto 555 G2s put on my Mustang for $700 even out the door and they even squeezed me in at 4:30 on a Friday. FREE flat repair no matter if youre a customer or not. Thank you Tucker!

I was at Tucker Tires first thing this last Monday morning April 8th to have them check out a flat tire I had over the weekend. He greeted me right away and within a half-hour the tire was repaired (which had a nail embedded in it) at no charge as well as all other tires being checked out.I will continue to be a life-long customer of Tuckers, and their customer service, quality of work and professional is way beyond a +10 on a service and people scale, thank you!!Tucker Tires is Awesome!! Id heard a lot about Tucker Tires from friends and reviews. They fixed a flat for me gratis once and I vowed to give them a shot when I needed tires.I wandered in yesterday and caught them on day 3 of their soft opening. I was the only client there and Wayne helped me choose some tires. I returned in the afternoon to get them put on and it was clear that the reopening news had gotten out - the place was hopping!Knowledgeable staff, great prices, and great service. I really recommend them highly.If you need an alignment, I also recommend Suspension Plus right next door. Their price was fair and they were great to work with. Theyve been working with Tucker Tire for decades at the old location and now the new.

I am disappointed with Tucker Tire for not answering their phones or at least have an answering service stating the last car taken is 4pm!!! Thats all I needed to know so I dont waste my time fighting through traffic to get here on a Friday at 4:30pm to find out you stopped taking cars at 4pm! I work Monday-Friday and Tucker doesnt open Saturdays. The man seems to be annoyed when mentioned that at least someone should be answering calls or get an answering machine to let loyal customers know 4pm is the latest Tucker will take cars.

Been a customer forever...my family owns seven cars & trucks and my company owns a dozen delivery vehicles. All get new shoes at Tucker. I have never experienced any rudeness but I am a patient and respectful person sooo...I have always gotten the tires i wanted although the high end 35 Toyo Xtremes on my Ram 4X4 did have to be custom ordered in advance. Still got a smokin deal on em and regular free rotations. Need a plug? No prob. I think the 1 & 2 star people are like some of those I have seen standing in line...they went on their lunch break expecting to get in and out and guess what? Everyone else had the same plan. So maybe Monday & Friday are busier...or noon is a peak hour. Leave and come back some other time. Getting upset isnt gonna help.These guys work hard and have a LOT OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS so just go when you can be patient and polite. Ive seen where a snarky attitude gets you here and have more than a few people arrive with make-believe crowns & tiaras on their heads. Your Rolex isnt gonna getcha outta here any faster. Dont become a Royal P.I.T.A. First come-first served...as it should be.

And that was with probably 6 other people waiting getting their tires done. Great place for tires. I tried Costco, Toyota and several other tire companies. Brad was so efficient and honest. They explain your options and let you choose which tires you need with their recommendations. The tires were in stock and less expensive than everywhere else. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Great tires, excellent prices. There can be a bit of a wait since they are very busy, but even then the service is impressively quick. They clearly know what theyre doing. Additionally, they have doughnuts and coffee in the waiting room so, even if theyre swamped with customers the actual wait itself is pretty relaxed.I will caution that the parking lot can be cramped due to the design of the parking lot as a whole. Newer drivers may struggle a bit to park. Not a complaint, but more of a caution for new customers.

Great service, good prices, and polite and hard-working staff. Theres not much else you can ask for when it comes to a tire place. They have free wifi for those waiting. If you bring your car in after the morning rush, around 11am, you can usually get your car serviced in 1 to 1.5 hours without an appointment. They even offer free patches for leaks, even if you didnt buy your tires from them. Cant beat that!

I am at a loss for words for the excellent service I received from Tucker tire.I have been driving around with my tire losing air and having to fill the tire with air every morning before getting my daughter to school.I need to get new tires but have to wait another week in order to get a new set.I walked in around 8am to tucker tire. I told the gentlemen I just needed help putting air in my tire. To keep the story short, he immediately took my keys and fixed the issue gladly within 15 minutes.this may sound like not a big deal to many but it was to me. Worrying what I was going to do and how I would get to work and get my daughter to school if my tire could not hold off just another week.Good service with friendly and attentive staff can unfortunately be hard to find. I have been a loyal customer of Tucker Tires for the past 15 years. My recent visit was to replace all 4 tires on my Boxster. The Firestone tires are great, but the employee used floor jacks in the back alley to replace my tires. 2 weeks later, my clutch collapsed while driving, at the repair shop they found that the floor jack punctured my clutch line, resulting in leakage and failure. I have been trying to call Tucker Tire all morning, 12 dials in, phone is not answered, which is typical for Tucker Tire due to how busy they are. I have been going to Tucker tires for years. They are very honest and extremely reasonable prices. Took my explorer to Ford and ask prices on tires and Tucker beat them by $250 for the exact same tires. They will also tell you whether you actually need new tires or not and they will give you an estimate of how many more miles you can drive if they dont feel you need new ones. I would recommend Tucker tire for any of my friends and family that needed new tires. They are also very quick with the installation process. I was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes.

I have never had anything less than a stellar experience at this establishment. My family as a whole has been going to the store for decades and have always received excellent service and very reasonable prices. I always feel 100% confident in the work that has been done and the recommendations that were made. There is never attempt to upsell or to artificially inflate prices in anyway. They plug simple holes for free and if you buy your tires there, alignment and rotation are included as well. I strongly recommend this job if you ever need tires or service related to them.

If you have a high-end car, stay away. They dont take really good care of your rims and are a little sloppy in the installation process. Sometimes I had to wait a little while, sometimes not. I get that. It was never a problem. Until today. I took in my truck which has the spare on it because the front tire was flat. I needed help to fix a tire with a nail in it. Showed up at the shop on Saturday, just before noon. The place was super busy and it took a few minutes to talk to someone. I originally bought four new tires at Tucker - was referred by a couple of people - the purchase went fine - nothing fancy - just no complaints. A couple of years later I returned to have a nail taken out of my tire. I stood in a line of about 7 people. I was there for some time (went on my lunch hour) and witnessed several phone calls that came in - there was only one man taking care of the line of people and he was the one that answered the phones (ringing off the hook). The biggest problem was when he answered the phone he addressed each call and took care of it. He would place the receiver down, leave his station and confer with other employees as to how to take care of the phone customer. Then he would go back to the phone and finish the call. We all stood in line like a bunch of dummies. Once I got to the front of the line and explained my problem, I was told quite quickly that the tire repair guy was only there on Tues and Wed - I asked if there wasnt someone else who could help me, he just said Id have to come back another day. I left Tucker and went to Americas Tire Company on Marguerite parkway in Mission Viejo. I was greeted quickly and my car was taken back right away. After 20 minutes or so they came back and said I had two tires with 3 nails - they repaired the tires from the inside (as my mechanic said they should be repaired). I was a bit surprised that I had 3 nails and that I wasnt consulted as to what it would cost to repair. When i asked him how much, he said no charge, we just hope youll buy your next tires here. I was flabbergasted and could only think - what a smart business - they just got a new customer. I have told this story over and over to many people.

Ive loved and appreciated Tucker Tire for a whole heck of a lot of years now and I dont reckon ill stop now or anytime in the near or far future. Theres something different about Tucker now tho that will probably shock you just as much as it did me..... they are closed on the weekends now!! I pulled up and there was nobody there! There were no less than 4 cars that pulled in right after me and we all looked at each other, shrugged our shoulders and shook our heads thinking, Man, have i been spoiled rotten (by Tucker Tire) or what?! I say good for you Tuckers! What is hard work and life if not to be enjoyed when the week is done and lived to the fullest every available moment possible??!! Its a good life, live it!! Is this place still in business? I just tried calling twice with no response at all. I was about to drop $500 on some tires too. No answering message either, just went to a busy signal.Oh well. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere.If you still are in business, consider a forwarding message after 5 rings or perhaps a voice message allowing potential customers to know that that is still the case?

Came in for a new tire and left with 4 new ones. I had a stripped post a 2 missing lugs from where someone recently tried to steal a tire. Tucker Tire fixed them before I even asked! These guys know the definition of customer service and they bend over backwards to gain and retain their customer loyalty. Love this place!

What can you say about Tucker Tire. I went in the other day with a flat tire, the guys immediately jacked it up, fixed the tire and didnt charge me. Ive been coming here for 30+ years, the service is amazing, the prices cant be beat and they carry alot of affordable tires from manufacturers that your big box stores dont stock.

I went to Tucker Tire a little less than a year ago for 4 new tires on my Chevy Cruze. My experience during the service was fine, the shop is always busy and pretty crammed. The front desk seemed a little unorganized, whatever. However, since going to Tucker Tire for tire replacement, I have had to have repairs on my car TWICE due to errors and damages caused during my tire change. Apparently, when they put the new tires onto my car, they forced the tires into place causing damage on some screws on the axel. About a month after visiting Tucker, I had to pay more than $300 for a repair at Firestone and was notified that it was due to a poor job by whoever replaced my tires. Today, I found my car with a totally flat front-left tire - according to AAA and Americas Tires, there was nothing wrong with the tire but the valve stem was not replaced (even though that is routine for this kind of service). The valve stems on all four tires had to be replaced. Plus, I have not driven more than 40k miles since purchasing tires from Tucker and the tread is already showing that replacement is upcoming. Whatever you do - DO NOT go to Tucker Tire. Spend the extra $50 to avoid costly damage to your car in the future. This is a VERY shady business.

I went down to Tucker today after watching a few YouTube videos of people setting a tire to the wheel at home. Thinking i could do it but after lots of hard work....nothing. This is a tire shop that sets the bar that should be modeled after. Each person is treated like your needs come first. Expect to wait your turn, plan for it. If you are in a hurry with pressing plans, plan better or pay more at a less busy place. You can not beat their prices. If you need repairs later they make it right even if it was your fault. I could ramble on more, but those of us that have gone here for years dont go anywhere else.

Im disappointed that they told me the tires they were putting on my car were OEM and after picking up the car, Ive found that they are not them OEM tire. Thats not something thats ok to do to customers. In addition, there was a 4 PSI difference between the two rear tires. I want to keep coming back here, as I have for 15 years, but I dont think I will after being told one thing and receiving something different.

I blew my front left tire and then after I had my spare put on it blew in 10 min. Needless to say I was having a horrible day. I am a single parent on a tight budget and was extremly happy with the pricing. The guys there seemed 100% more willing to help out the customer than to make a buck which we all know is what a lot of people are there for. The only thing that was a little confusing was the way they get people in and out service wise but thats just because sooooo many people go to them. They just need more employees working the front end to help with the traffic flow but its because they have all the man power in the back trying to get everyone in and out. Overall I will never go anywhere else and will recommend these guys to everyone that I know including my mechanic to tell his guys where to go!

Ive called them 18 times over the last 9 days, all different times of day, trying to get ahold of them. Ive heard how great they are, so I kept trying. I finally got ahold of them and they were super super kind as expected. I scheduled an appointment for tire replacement and alignment on Saturday morning and was so stoked on the whole experience that the frustrations of the 18 unanswered calls beforehand didnt matter. As soon as I hung up though, I sunk and remembered I had a flight to catch that morning. I immediately called back to reschedule with no luck. Ive called 4 more times since this morning and still havent been able to reach them. No answering machine either, which is super frustrating. No email, no FB, NO WAY OF GETTING A HOLD OF THEM. So, screw it I guess? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I cant make it to my scheduled appointment and cant even get ahold of them to cancel or change it. Props to them for staying as busy as they are with phone service the way it is. Not many businesses can be that unavailable yet so successful.

24 hours before this post I was in the same position I suspect some of you are in currently. I had a blowout on the freeway and limped home on a dinky spare in desperate need of a new set of tires ASAP. I have been burned by tire shops before and was looking for a cheap set of safe tires for my car as I am planning on selling it shortly. I read the google and yelp posts for Tucker Tires with the overwhelming 5 star reports and the occasional 1 star reports and decided to give Tucker Tires a shot.I was blown away from my experience. I read about the crowds, so I headed in at opening. Still there were were 3 people ahead of me! Nonetheless I was still promptly served. I told my situation to an older gentleman who worked there. He gave me several options and indicated he had 4 used high end Michelin Symmetry tires with very little wear and quoted me $120 for the set whole (New $130/tire at walmart). Ok, so $120 for the set, so about ~$150 out the door is what I thought. WRONG, $120 was the final total, tax, balance, mounting. etc. included! They even put away my spare for me and cleaned up my trunk! They even switched out a stripped lug nut for me at no charge.This is a family owned business oasis in corporate south OC. There is a sign on the wall inside Prices are subject to customers attitudes I feel they live by this. If you approach them with respect, they will cut a fantastic deal for you with no BS! If you come to them with attitude they might reflect it back in price or service (hence the 1 star reviews posted by, I suspect, a few of the multitude of Laguna Niguel cocky yuppies who sauntered in there and expected the world in their laps...this is a mom and pop place, for heavens sake!). They are not hurting for business! I asked about an alignment, and my sales rep inspected it and indicated that without some front end work, the alignment wouldnt hold for too long, so he told me I should come back later to them after I had someone look at it or changed it out myself. We are traveling from Mexico to Canada. Tuckers tires was suggested to us to check the age of our tires and safety of them for the remainder of the trip. They inspected out tires and said we were good for a couple more years with the brand of tire we had on. He could have easily told us we needed new ones to be safe for the remainder of the trip. I like to try and give small businesses my business but I guess its back to Costco. I was told to come in at 10am to have my tires installed but when I showed up, I was told I was 12th in line. So I came back the next day. After my tires were installed my air pressure lights came on. All the newly installed tires were at different pressures. On was way over inflated, two were only half inflated and one was correct. If you cant get that right, then Ill go elsewhere.

The BEST tire store period! They do not try to upsell you. Only give you what you need. Will often down sell you to save you money. Fix flats free. One road damaged tire and most places will sell you 2 or 4 new ones. They will search their inventory for one tire matching your damaged tire that has similar life left on it to replace the damaged one. It is just a tire store but what a store!

Last Saturday I was driving from LA to San Diego. When I got off the freeway to get gas I heard this loud clicking noise that turned out to be a huge bolt in my tire. Not being from the area, I googled tire places and up came Tucker. I was kinda panicky when I called but was quickly put at ease by the calming and dont worry, we will fix this disposition over the phone.
