Moving is hard, moving across country is even harder. Moving to an area with out a home waiting is the hardest and the fantastic team at TTK made our move to Palm Springs so incredibly easy!!My husband and I decided to move to Palm Springs from the East Coast and were referred to TTK by a dear friend. Before arriving in Palm Springs, we talked with Todd and Keith a few times. They got to know us & gave us the lay of the land and these conversations helped us solidify what we wanted & what neighborhoods we were interested in. Once we arrived, Todd helped us quickly find a fantastic property that ticked all our boxes and was in our price range!! With Todds guidance, our offer was quickly accepted. And then Joan took control and made the entire purchase process simple and efficient.We are still keep pinching ourselves finding it hard to believe we are in the house of our dreams and that the entire process was so effortless! The experience with Keith of selling our first home/project in Palm Desert was a real pleasure. We werent sure whether we really wanted to sell the house or just keep it, since after heavily investing on construction the asking price needed to make the sell worth it sounded a little ridiculous with the comps. We met with Keith and explained our expectations and from moment one Keith demonstrated to be reliable and eased our decision making process. We had a professional photographer at our house and as soon as listed on the MLS, we had constant visits from qualified buyers achieving within three weeks the asking price.Keith truly understands architecture and design like no other and made the process surprisingly stress-free. I was fortunate to have walked into an open house in the old las Palmas area of Palm Springs a few years ago where I met Keith Markovitz. It was an architecturally significant house with an interesting history. Keith was so knowledgeable about the house, the architect and whole of Palm Springs rich architectural history…I bought that house and have never experienced before or since as smooth a transition.I hired keith to sell the house years later for which he broke records in sale prices for it in the area… again great experience.He is so great to work with.
