After my mothers passing we had to make the decision to sell the house that was trusted to me and my sister, after several months of trying to find the right representation, my sister met Holy St Germain from Trust properties USA at a open house for her law firm.After reviewing the to good to be true brousure, we set up an appointment to meet up with Holy, immediately you knew you had professional, trusting, knowledgeable and most importantly a caring agent. From the first meeting Holy handled everything from making arrangements to get our house renovated with no money down. Contractor Frank from Fullhouse did an amazing renovation. The renovation was done fast and in a timely manner. It helped us get the maximum amount for our home. Trust Properties USA was referred to me by my estate attorney when I was finally ready to sell my mothers (and my childhood) home after her passing. I was put in the position of Trustee after Grandma passed away. I contacted Trust Properties USA upon recommendation from my attorney. Only after being in contact with several real estate agents who proposed expensive out of pocket repairs to grandma’s house. I decided to put my trust in Paul and Larry of Trust Properties USA. I met with Paul at the house who immediately put me at ease. I was told that they could certainly take care of the entire clean up and repair / renovations of the house. All cost paid by Trust Properties up front. The end result was more then I could have hoped for. The home went from a dark musty cave to a beautiful bright open living space with beautiful landscaping front and back. The buyers were lining up within hours of being put on the market.And this was All done through the 2020 pandemic safely!

Trust Properties was recommended to me by my attorney. My parents passed within 6 weeks of each other and I was left with my childhood home. I live on the other side of the country and couldn’t stay to make it through the clean up and selling process. Paul and Larry made a plan for getting the house not only cleaned out but renovated to meet today’s standards. This plan had no out of pocket cost to me (I couldn’t believe it!!). Doing all these renovations made it so I was able to get almost an extra $100k when the house was sold. The renovation plan even stayed on budget which I was just blown away by. Being on the opposite side of the country created some logistical issues that Larry sailed right through. I was able to handle 90% of the paperwork and approvals online. If I had a question he was always there to answer it. Trust Properties made what was really an emotional time easy and calming. I cannot thank or recommend them enough.

I was introduced to Trust Properties USA from a friend after my fathers death last year. We had our childhood home and we (my sister and I ) and needed to sell it, and it needed some work. We both had our own homes and my sister was moving across country.Started out talking with Roberta Marr and made an appointment to have the house looked at, very easy and very pleasant. A very thorough package of the work needed and in depth analysis of the market in our area and evaluating our properties worth and potential with what they could do for us was great!We needed to clean out the house still and TPUSA was patient and understanding, as soon as we turned the house over to them, they got to work! the repairs and upgrades were of high quality and done professionally, and in a timely manner, especially with each of us on opposite coasts. Greatest thing, no out of pocket expense, headache or stress! Yes they front the money and do all the work and get paid, ALL worth it!!! Everything is spelled out and kept up to date, with constant communication. They increased the value of the home on the market and increased the value my sister and I would receive, not leaving it for someone to take advantage of. This is an excellent review for helping me out of a difficult situation. I was appointed executor for an estate where a reclusive family member had died at home and was not found for months. I had no idea what needed to be done, it was overwhelmingly awful. Trust Properties USA was referred by my attorney, and they definitely saved the day. Larry Bovshow met me at the house, we discussed what needed to be done, and then their team took care of EVERYTHING: arranged biohazard cleanup, cleared out the house, got it cleaned up, arranged minor repairs, evaluated whether or not we should fix it up or sell as-is, got it on the market promptly, and got it sold for a reasonable asking price. They kept me well-informed every step of the way and I did not have to make multiple trips to the property. We were referred to Trust Properties USA by our attorney regarding a very difficult estate situation involving three separate estates being entangled in one property. The property was being held captive by rental tenants who leaned very heavily on the renter’s rights laws of Los Angeles Count, and refused to depart, even with the property being in deplorable condition and in much need of repair. After speaking with Paul Hargraves and Larry Bovshow, a plan was developed and executed to have the tenants evicted, following all necessary and legal means, resulting in the property being vacated. A major clean out of the 2-story home, to include removal of several abandoned vehicles was executed following the removal of the tenants, resulting in a fair assessment of the property value being conducted. All handled (Eviction process, court proceedings, legal affairs associated with the property) by Trust Properties USA with no up-front financing being requested. Trust Properties USA stood with us throughout the entire process, meeting their company mission of ensuring our family did not leave any of the equity that our great-grandmother worked her lifetime to achieve being left on the table. We followed the suggestions and recommendations from Paul and Larry, which in total, provided us with an all-in-one solution for a problem none of us could have imagined how to tackle or deal with on our own. I used the excellent professional services of Trust Properties USA earlier this year and highly recommend them. I became the trustee of a trust upon the death of my cousin. As the trustee I was responsible for selling his home in Los Angeles. Although the house was located in a good neighborhood it was not in the best of condition and needed modernization. After a review of the house and property, a plan was proposed to renovate the house and yard to be paid at the time of the sale of the house. I approved this plan and was pleased that it would be overseen by the realtor as I live in Alabama. I was kept informed of the progress and any necessary revisions.
