My company has been using Trumpia since 2018. It was one of the best services we have added for our clients. We heavily utilize their text message services. Their service has makes it easy for our clients to opt in and get notified about new products we are releasing weekly. We have never had an issue with the service or customer service. If you want to be able to engage with your clients in an efficient way and respond in a quick manner, you need to add Trumpia to your business.

Trumpia is the best fit for our non-profit after searching through almost every other similar platform. We do not have any developers on staff and Trumpia provides a robust and easy to use options for sending text messages to our community of stakeholders. We are able to customize our messages and create a custom flow for different types of responses. The tracking is easy to use which helps us do our work!

Our company switched to Trumpia once the pandemic hit. I didnt understand how to use it in the beginning (Im not very techy) but they have a great team of people that will walk you through everything no matter how big or small the issue. The product works great and their support team answers questions in a timely manner, no waiting three-business days, they respond right away! My account manager is always checking in so thats a plus, it shows they value their customers. I love this product and wouldnt see us using anything else. I highly recommend their services!

Trumpia is a great tool that my company uses to keep in touch with our customers, especially in times of outages . The text message option is a good tool to reach out to your customers. The account managers have always been helpful and the pricing is fair.

We have been a customer of Trumpia for years and love their level of engagement to make sure we are getting everything out of the product possible. Trumpia is a great company. We utilize their API services which we have built on top of to support our clients SMS needs. As with any tech company technical issues can occur, but when they occasionally do, Trumpia is supportive and responsive to come to a quick resolution. Great group of people and happy to be doing business with them.
