This people are strange. So they sent me an email to tell me about my resume being reviewed and a time for the interview. Like I said before. Im glad I saw these reviews before attending the INTERVIEW. The job discription was very misleading. Please dont scam people in to wasting their time to go. I have learn a lot from here but I always spend a lot on gas money going to far places. Plus when I join a week later the ppl who train me quit and found a better career path then this job. The ppl here are friendly and it’s a great work environment but I wouldn’t recommend it to ppl who aren’t skilled enough to sell their products... Other then that it’s a great job.

I applied here becauae they both headlined and described that they were looking for a customer service representative. When I went to their website to do research, it was empty of real information, and very vague. When I was asked to come in, I was told that it was because they saw my resume, and felt that I qualified for the position. However, they asked that I bring in my resume. If I received the interview based on my resume, why do I need to bring several copies of the same resume you liked enough to invite me to an interview? If I didnt bring my resume, I was told that I would need to fill out my resume on a on application form provided at the office. When I interviewed, I was told, and explained that I would be selling products to people at Costco. I was told that they were looking for someone to promote very quickly, but never described the process or what was needed to advance in the company. When I explained that I applied because the job was described as a customer service position, I was told that while at the stores, attempting to sell these products, if a customer needed help finding something in the store, I would either, help them find it, or help them find a store representative to better assist them. That is not customer service, that is providing free labor to the store Im at. An utter and complete waste of time, due to falsely advertising the position they were hiring for, and the company purposely being vague. My interviewer explained to me that they are purposely vague, because they want you to come in to see if the job is a fit, and then go through 2 more interviews. Probably a good fit for someone right out of high school.

Yes, I drive a Tesla, I made 6 figures, and your workers are envious; rude comments, pre-judge stating, as I pulled up in my Tesla in your lot and I hear; ‘why is He here, and rudely laughs.’ — very condescending. Maybe I arrived with real good intentions and opportunities that I wanted to share during the meet to increase business for you because I had an idea that is of mutual benefits.In addition, Please Keep the job description and expectations very clear to prevent the waste of people’s time. Deceptive work environment, loud TV background is not a welcoming environment to attract the best talents. What can people expect when they are located in a C class building and does basic business. They don’t want the best talents; frankly, it comes across more that, they more interested in the disposing of basic talents and basic people. Easy Read.
I would say if you are looking for an office position, this would not be the job for you. However, if you’re the kind of person that’s looking for more of an entrepreneurial field then this is exactly where you want to be. The team is welcoming and very informative. They take pride in their ability to train and develop their employees, which is something I appreciated.

If you worked here be ready to not realize the full extent of the damage until tax season. They never sent my W2, even though I had updated my address before I left the job, & I called multiple times to have it sent & some girl even took my email down & never sent it.I hired a professional to handle this situation, they had to request transcripts from the IRS. When I finally got my IRS tax transcript- first thing we noticed was that this company is listed under a totally different name with the IRS AND they never took out California state tax so I ended up owing that money . Don’t say you haven’t been warned.
Genuine company although misleading job postings. I understand their goals and what type of talent they are attempting to attract. However, the job postings are VERY misleading. The market manager positions are actualy field marketing representatives, representing brands in store and selling services to consumers. The pay is directed at very entry level candidates.The recruiter I spoke with was very helpful and informative and she did a great job. However, from our first call the position seemed more of an actual marketing manager working with brands to achieve maximum ROI through marketing campaigns and overseeing several campaigns across multiple brands. Upon my second call back I mentioned I read these reviews and she was much more transparent in what the job actually was. Although theres nothing wrong with the position, it was misleading. Hence, the guy that pulled up in his Tesla(from another reviwe here) thinking it was a career advancement opportunity.The company is 100% legit and not a scam, HOWEVER your recruiting department has some work to do in presenting the job as what it is. Had you presented the job correctly, youd see a lot less negative reviews. For those seeking a first job or would like to transition from retail into brand marketing, this is the job for you. For those who are already in marketing, are managers, and have experience in field marketing, this is NOT the job for you. And to be clear im talking about the Marketing Manager position ONLY, as that was the position I was initially interested in and was in discussion with the recruiter.
Be careful!!! They advertise marketing and advertising associate jobs, but its a pushy sales job at Costco and Sams club. A serious career professional will spot this kind of bait and switch advertising as soon as you arrive for the interview. The office looks like someone is trying to look corporate. Al of the employees are super young. Apply some where else!!
I went for a job interview and I felt like there wasnt a clear view of what the position was from its posting. I drove an hour for not even a minute interview and never heard a thing. The interviewer was not interested in talking to me even before he called me back. He was walking in and out of the building on his phone, didnt smile or make contact when coming into the seating area. Once being in there I felt as if he had made up his mind based on seeing me and wasnt interested in wasting his time. He ask very generic questions and nothing about me. It was probably the worse interviewer Ive ever had.

I was able to enhance my skill set when it comes to dealing with customers, learning how to be a problem solver, and also got some management experience as well. 2019-05-25 17:29:35I was offered to schedule an interview by email and then by a phone call. When a company has to open up by glittering their business and saying that you’ll be working in the same building as the CEO, then you have to question the job already. When reading the description of the job, it made it seem like I would be working behind the scenes and helping the sales team, but failed to mention that you’ll just be a sales person. “Marketing Specialist” is a very deceiving title for a sales position job. When the lady on the phone told me I’ll be handling accounts for multiple businesses I paused and asked if it’s individual consumer accounts, as in regular people signing up for these telecommunication businesses. That’s when I told her I was not interested in sales and she responded with “Next time just read the job description, okay bye” and hung up while I laughed and said “okay than you.” Very unprofessional from this lady and it felt like a scam. Just tell people it’s a sales job and that they’ll be selling products at a booth. No need to sugar coat the position and hype up this business’ reputation. Trust the reviews on here. Shady place.
