Let’s just start with I am a 49 year old weekend warrior that took up the game 2.5 years ago. With that being said, Simon (Master Fitter) was phenomenal to work with. He presented every viable option for my swing and was able to use data and experience to make this old hack gain 25+ yards across my bag. If you were ever wondering if getting fitted is worth it, go see Simon.

This place is the real deal! Ive been on a few year long hiatus from golf in recent years but have played since since I was an early teenager. I decided to jump back into it a few months ago and desperately needed to update my bag, each club I had was at least 10 years old. Club fitting is essential if youre looking to take your game seriously and excel as much as possible, and Simon is an excellent provider of the service. I had a model of iron that I was heavily interested in, and I hit it well, but he gave me a number of different models to hit and we found some that added 30 yards to each club. Incredibly worth every penny, I urge anyone in need of some bag upgrades to give Simon a visit. Thank you mate!

Simon is an expert fitter and made this a very valuable experience. Even as 20+ handicapper he helped me find ways that my current set could fill gaps in my bag and then got started on fixing anything that needed a more specific tool. He is super knowledgeable and isnt focused on upselling, just being objective and exploring whats best for your game. Worth every penny with Simon, even most high handicappers will probably benefit whether its consistency, distance etc.

Came in for a fitting and was not disappointed. Swing was feeling off due to moving the day prior but Simon was able to spot the issues and gave me amazing swing tips. Gained 20 yards across the board with a tighter dispersion.

This please is incredible, more incredible is there team, specially Simon .I when there for a putter fitting and I get way more them that. Simon take 20 minutes of his time just correcting few of my problems with the putter and them with all the technology help me to get the correct putter for me. One of the big part was I don’t feel any pressure at any time . This please is the best for feting, trust me, I don’t have the same experience at Club champion the I have here . Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!Simon at True Spec went above and beyond.Booked my appoint for a driver fitting, after some conversation and a few warm up balls we changed to an iron fitting. Simon in good faith couldn’t have picked a better driver for me with what I already had. Getting fitted here at True Spec Golf in Beverly Hills was truly an amazing experience. Wow! Top notch studio with 2 bays and so many options and combinations of golf gear for you and your club fitter to pick from. I worked with Shaun, who has fitted every type of player out there. Shaun was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and easy to work with. It was such a great experience and treat to be fitted at True Spec Beverly Hills location. My goal was to find a set of irons that would give me more back spin, which would give me more height and minimize my draw for better dispersion. I had a really great experience getting fitted for new irons. Shaun was extremely detailed and patient throughout the process, and the results speak for themselves - gained an extra 30 yards alone with my 6 iron. Ended up going with the TaylorMade P790s, but the cool part is arriving at that conclusion while trying a variety of different club heads, brands and shafts. Cant imagine Id find a better club fitting experience in the greater LA area.

This is a truly professional-level golf club fitting place. Simon has the most comprehensive combination of club heads and shafts, along with patient and professional service. Three words Just Do It. For those who enjoy/love to play golf getting fit is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your game. If you can eliminate one part of the equation(equipment) then the end results are you the user. If you have a great day at golf it was you, if you had a bad day at golf it was you. Why not use golf science to your advantage to help you play the game you like/enjoy. Longer distance, tighter dispersion what more can you ask.Simon at True Spec(master fitter) is the man. I had a chance to schedule a 2 hours fitting with Shaun at True Spec. This was an amazing informative experience. Shaun is very knowledgeable and informative. I ended up hitting about 20 yards more with the spec clubs. I ordered 14 total clubs, all custom spec cant wait to receive them. I also had a small lesson thats helping my short game, thanks Shaun.Overall AAAA+++++ service and experience, highly recommended. In regards to price you need to see value in the fitting and stats. You get what you pay for if you have a good fitting master.

Fitting was great but after the fitting I felt pressured to buy from them instead of getting the irons built elsewhere for much cheaper. Fitter was relectuant to help me with the build specs post fitting because I wouldn’t be buying from true spec. Left a salty taste in my mouth.

Shaun helped me tremendously in finding the suitable clubs and shaft for my type of swing. Kept my driver in my bag, but changed my whole iron set and replace a 2 utility iron into a 3 fairway wood for better results and gapping between all the clubs. The whole process was smooth and took 3 hours (didnt feel that long) for the whole bag (except putter). Will definitely recommend TSG with Shaun as the fitter for you to min-max your golfing performance.

A wonderful experience with Simon. My brother went for a fitting after getting disappointed with another company. He and my son were completely satisfied. Simon was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He explained everything in depth and gave them both an experience with fitting that they will not soon forget. As a beginner golfer, many of my golf instructors stressed the importance of having clubs that were fit for my swing which led me to True Spec. Simon (at BH) made the fitting experience enjoyable and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Sean did an excellent job explaining and figuring out the best alternatives from the clubs, to the shafts, to the weight of the clubs and to my own comfort with the feedback the club was providing. The follow up questions were answered quickly and with detail explanations. My only criticism was there was a defensive attitude when asking for clarifications and further detail. It was like I was insulting the fitter by questioning a decision. If this was smoothed out and just providing great service was the objective I could have easily given a 5 star review.

I have had all my clubs fit for me, except my putter so I wanted to see if what I was playing was best for me. Shawn quickly showed me the data of my current putter and how I can improve quickly by changing length and the head shape (mid-mallet was demonstratively better for my stroke than the blade or mallets I have used in the past.) Shaun is a good dude who is knowledgeable about both the golf swing and club fitting, an especially helpful combo for a fitter. However, if you expect to hit every popular shaft/head available, think again. They didn’t have a few Ventus models, any graphite design other than their own custom model, or the Paradym TD. Also, be open minded about what brands + shaft flex/weight works best numbers-wise because you might be surprised.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I have never had a fitting in the 30 yrs of me golfing and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Shaun is the man!! Shaun is one of the most professional club fitters around and from the moment you walk in, he’s building a personal relationship and what you get is a very holistic, soup to nuts, golf fitting experience. Always been an avid golfer but have never taken formal lessons before. I’m descent but definitely not scratch. Shaun Fagan, my fitter, could have easily said “to improve your game, go get a swing coach... it’s not the clubs,” but he didn’t. In all seriousness, Shaun was amazing at explaining the consistencies (and in consistencies) with my swing, and breaking down the details of how certain equipment/equipment modifications will really improve my game... I must say, the numbers didn’t lie. He is a true professional and really cares about his clients needs and desires. I went in for an iron fitting and was very happy with the outcome! I tried a wide variety of iron heads, and Shaun (my fitter) did a great job catering to what I was looking for in new irons. After trying a bunch of irons, I wasnt quite satisfied with the offerings of one single brand across my set, and Shaun was very accommodating and supportive to my idea of having a mix set of P-7MC from P to 7, and T100 from 6-4. Overall, I would 100% recommend this experience for anyone looking to get fitted for new clubs.

I was worried walking in that I would get talked into buying super custom clubs that only True Spec could make but never once did Shaun make me feel like I needed to buy anything. He did a great job of simply standing back, reading my numbers, explaining my numbers, and giving me different clubs to try and make his recommendation based on how I was hitting. I told him from the start that I pretty much only wanted to go with Stock options of clubs and get fitted without the true spec guarantee and he did not push back or make me feel bad, simply found the right set of clubs for my game. My fitter, Shaun Fagan, was amazing! Im very aware of what I am looking for in my golf clubs and the performance that I expect. Shaun was a joy to work with. He explained his thought process and we constantly exchanged information on how the different setups felt. The computer information confirmed what we both saw and we systematically worked our way through the bag. The putter fitting amazed me. This was my first club fitting ever. My wife organize this as a present to me. Shaun was very professional and friendly. I really enjoyed the whole experience! My master fitter Shaun was very knowledgeable and I really liked how he helped me make intuitive sense of all the numbers that the tracking system was putting up. We were quickly able to identify the biggest drawback of my current driver ( swing shaft weight) and because this was a brand agnostic fitting, we were able to look at different heads and lofts after narrowing down on a shaft. At the end of the fitting I came away feeling like it was an hour well spent and while the price of my custom driver was not cheap I felt confident that we had dialed in the right club for me. Michael absolutely made a dream come true for me - I was gifted a full-bag fit as an experience Ive wanted to do for years now. I hit drivers, 3-woods, irons, each with different shaft combinations to get me dialed in to the best spot with each. Came in to retrofit the shafts on my zx7s... hit a handful of warmup shots while chatting with Mike about my golf game, what i currently disliked with the Modus 120x shafts, and what I was looking for in a new shaft... kickpoints, weight, etc... and he instantly knew 5 shafts that he wanted me to try out albeit not without trying a shaft in the direction he knew I wouldnt like, just to be sure. the experience was great and Mike is a personable guy. He is professionally knowledgable about the products which was helpful in helping me understand what shaft would fit my swing best, but also feel best. all in all a great experience....if you are curious about where to go for a fitting, i would highly recommend TS Beverly Hills. I would also make sure you are in a good place with your swing... i had no idea how much shaft profiles affected ball flight... example i was using the modus 120x which has a softer mid and went with the DG X7... the stiffer mid section in the DG took off almost 1000rpm... anyway... mike went above and beyond in order to make sure i received my clubs ASAP!

True Spec is where you need to be fitted and Shaun is exactly the person you need to fit you.From beginning to end, the experience exceeded already high expectations.Shaun is so knowledgeable, but what makes him the best I’ve ever seen is he dives into the data, knows what he’s talking about, and most importantly, explains it in a way that’s understandable to the golfer, depending on their knowledge level. I already knew a ton from my own research on club fitting and data, but I felt like I went back to college with Shaun and as he explained his methods and theories, things clicked and I learned so much.Shaun also cared for the little things and was just an overall great person. My fiancé attended the session with me to watch and do some work... Shaun made sure she had everything she needed, from wifi passwords to water. Their technique was different than your standard swing speed, height, and hand size as the only variables in the fitting. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity for a fitting with Shaun here at Beverly Hills TrueSpec. I stayed for 3 hours or so and Shaun let me play around with different clubfaces, clubface angles and shafts for primarily the 6 iron, driver, and wedges. All the while a Trackman was giving me analytics on approach, ball speed, yardage, and Shaun was there to walk through precisely how my individual swing and the different clubs were contributing to the patterns shown on screen.It was a masterclass in learning who I am as a golfer and what I need in order to perform more confidently. Like Shaun told me, its about having ownership over your clubs. Every time Shaun came out with a new combination of shaft stiffness and club face I believed he was doing so in order to make me feel like I had power and control over where the ball was going to end up. Ultimately, thats what I paid for and thats why I walked away with some custom fitted clubs. If that is what youre looking for than I recommend looking no further.My only suggestion is that the location needs to provide fittings for Left Handed Putters.

Shaun was a very professional and down to Earth person to work with. He told me like it was, didn’t try to push anything on me, and let me take as many swings as I wanted to leave no doubt on the table. All final decisions were left to me, and I was never expected to pay anything other than the fitting fee ($350). I will say though, I did not go ahead with a putter fitting at this facility as they were not equipped to install grips, so I cannot give my take on that aspect.Now, if you’re serious about golf and want to be 100% confident that your clubs were built for your swing/game plan, then True Spec is for you. Not all fitting facilities will be the same, just hitting into a screen, testing a bunch of shafts and heads to see what goes straightest or longest is not a fitting, that’s just having fun. In True Spec’s fitting, you are paying to have your current set analyzed for any deficiencies, you are paying to compare the current numbers of your set to an extensive combination list of different components by other manufacturers, and you are paying for the knowledge and time of someone that knows how to interpret said numbers while also putting you in equipment that they believe will genuinely help your game.Once the fitting was over, we first discussed the final selections to make sure they were what we determined were best for my game (there were over 180+ swings, so we had an immense amount of data). Shaun already had it prepared for my viewing on his computer, and we only had to add the grips into their system.Before we get into the pricing, you’ll need to be aware before going in, True Spec builds the set up you are fit for at a centralized location and then they ship that agreed upon set to you. This means they have the heads, shafts, grips, adapters, and everything else in one place where someone hand builds your clubs once the order is approved. After the build it goes through a designated number of tests/quality control to confirm the clubs you will receive are exactly built to your specs in the fitting. This includes frequency matching, puring if you pay for that, and assembly of clubs to your specs. Ultimately, that means you are paying for each individual component built to the tightest tolerance. You won’t get that from buying at Roger Dunn or directly from the manufacturer, I confirmed this when Shaun tested my irons and driver. They were playing close to frequency, but they were not on point to where an X Stiff was stable through impact as a shaft should be. Frequency matching guarantees that all your clubs will play to the exact specification and will be fully stable (if you are fit into stiff flex in your irons, your irons will play at a stiff flex, not all over the place with the 6 iron being a stiff, the 4 iron being a regular, and the Pw being a senior flex).Now for pricing.. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED OR EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THE CLUBS THEY RECOMMEND. The clubs they recommended will be based on YOUR numbers from the fitting and you will already know how it performs, or you are guaranteed your money back by their policy. My whole fitting for 13 clubs (did not do a putter fitting) with puring, shipping, the fitting fee, all components added in, and tax came out to $5,500+. It caught me by surprise a little, but it’s to be expected when they are building the clubs in house and then making all the necessary controls to ensure you are getting the optimal performance out of the recommendations. I am unsure if I will get a set pured again ($30 a club), but this was my first time having a full fitting, so I learned a lot from it and after I play with the whole set I can decide if it’s necessary to make a purchase like this sometime down the road. Overall, an unmatched experience. True Spec exceeded my expectations.

Shaun was great, True Spec facility BH is very nice and convenient from self parking. My concern as a lefty was having options available and being familiar with LH equipment; no worries there, plenty of head options and a bazillion shaft options and familiarity with how the hosel adjustments work for lefties.Getting to see the numbers i was getting on my current clubs and talking them through with the fitters was very enlightening. Was definitely worth the fee just to understand what i wasn’t getting out of my current clubs and why. The set i had my eyes on pre fitting (purely by browsing) would’ve been more of the same; ended up in a mixed set i can’t wait to get out on the course with (agonizing build time from manufacturers). I did end up purchasing through True Spec as well, prices were at retail but with true spec inspection and very convenient. Sourcing used lefty clubs can be difficult and i really wanted exactly what i hit in the bay or i may have taken my numbers and shopped around a bit, all in all the price was high but fair for all new current model clubs.

UPDATE: I was contacted by True Spec three different ways with statements such as Our goal is 100% satisfaction, if we were unable to do so please let us know how we can make it right. Since responding to each of these, and leaving this review (which was requested by the company), I have heard nothing whatsoever from them. It would appear if you do not feel their service was up to your standard, theyd rather sweep you under the rug and respond to five star reviews. Truly disappointed in this manner of doing business. If you are going to claim you strive for 100% customer satisfaction, stand behind your words.Overall, it was a decent fit. It just wasn’t worth the price of admission. For that much I feel like I should have been able to try a lot more combinations of shafts and heads. My fitter got locked in on making an Accra shaft work for me because I already own one, which I appreciate, but felt like we should have tried different combinations to find the best overall fit. I felt rushed near the end (after 3 hours), and would have appreciated trying more woods and hybrids (we tried one set up for each). With the myriad of options out there, I drove an hour and paid a kings ransom to try everything I could and do not feel like that was what I was able to do. I mentioned a few times that I’m open to other shafts and heads, but the fitter was locked in on a select few. When I asked about trying ventus, it was not even available to hit. This felt like a solid fitting that I’d have happily paid $100-$150 for, but was not close to worth the sticker price.

WOW!!! My experience was absolutely *expletive* amazing!!! For context, my 1st time ever with a fitter and one that is independent (i.e. NOT connected/tied to a golf brand or a golf retail shop). I did the full bag fitting. Been golfing on/off for 15 yrs & my index fluctuates 12-14 range. The knowledge/data that Shaun & the entire experience provided was absolutely mind-blowing. We made significant changes to my bag. I wont go into those details. But I will say that the changes, for me and my swing/game, will easily lead to a 5-7 stroke improvement (minimum). Translation = me getting to a single-digit index is now a much more reasonable & attainable goal. And its because I will have the correct tools. I was always hesitant about going to a fitter bc of: 1. Cost, 2. What if my swing changes? If youre in that boat, then jump off of it and get on the True Spec Train. Theres a reason numerous golf publications say Get Fitted. And theres a reason True Spec has > 150 5-star reviews. Shaun & his team are the real deal. Great experience at True Spec Golf being fitted for irons and wedges, but first some personal history.Having been fitted for a driver at one of the So Cal giant golf retailer, I was happy with the driver I was fitted for, but I felt I had been railroaded into the most expensive one.This was partly due to the hassle of changing the shafts I felt, and the fitter didnt want to be bothered. Also after it was purchased, he did not set up any of the customizations (hozzle, head weights). I was told to play around with it ans see what works. This left a bad taste in my mouth.After reading about True Spec and their agnostic approach to club fitting using there proprietary universal hozzle system, I felt it was worth the few dollars for my next fitting.First, the Beverly Hills location is spotless and modern. Everything is organized. Shaun was professional and friendly, asked me about my golf history, budget, and wants for my game. He inspected my current clubs (old Taylor Made RAC), then I started hitting balls.The only drawback was myself, I was very rusty and cold, so it took me a while to get my swing tamed. Shaun never rushed me.We started on finding the shaft that was right for me, and Shaun helpfully chose some shafts that are options as stock on many of the big name clubs. Nippon Modus Tour 120 S shafts.He pulled out some iron heads or me, and he grabbed two more brands that I was interested in (honestly, I was jonesing for Mizunos). Getting the ball in the air is not my problem, nor is power/distance, but mis-hits, rushed address, and bad follow through (open club face/steep angle of decent) are my issue.I was surprised how using the exact same shaft, how different the irons felt and performed for me, and the Taylor Made 790s won out. With the forgiveness of the mishits, I was even hitting them longer!We then went with through wedges, and the Titlist Vokey Wedges ( I was already hitting those) were still the winner.Winn Grips Dry-Tac 2,0 Mid-Size grips to round it out (I have arthritis).Shaun put together a package that had all the bells and whistles. I requested less bells and whistles and decided to leave the wedges for another day. Shaun rewrote the order (with no pressure on me) and it came in to my budget that would keep me from getting divorced. So 2021 TM 790 I4 - PW, stock Nippon Modus 120 shaft (by Custom Order) assembled at the factory +1/2, grips to be installed by True Spec so they can do a quality check for me. It was not anymore than if I had gone to a big box store.Fantastic experience, I highly recommend for anybody looking to get fitted and have a truly tailored experience.

Amazing experience! I’ve been fitted for clubs before, or I thought I was. Shaun was great! We started by testing out my own clubs to set the standard. Then we we started testing out shafts. I must’ve tried 7 different shafts. A few I took one swing and Shaun told me that’s enough that’s not the right one. We settled on two different shafts until we dialed it in with a kbs tour shaft. It was 15 grams or so lighter then what I’ve been using. Instant results. We moved on to the heads. He chose 6 different heads to test out. After quite a few swings per head we identified the top two heads. One the srixon 785 and the other my top choose the Taylor made 790’s. I went in open minded. After hitting both I was torn. The srixon which I would’ve never thought to hit or the 790’s. After talking it through with Shaun I chose the 790’s. Shaun was terrific. Shaun Answered all my questions gave me suggestions on what he saw in my swing and what he thought would work for me. I was also fitted for the taylormade wedges. My suggestion for anyone forget their competitors. These guys are true professionals. Thank you Shaun for a great experience.

Thia is one of the best things ive done . I always knew the tools you use really make a difference and Michael buell did a phenomenal job because Im new to the sport with less than a year. I can hit the ball batter than ever with lots of consistency. Im a very particular person and really wanted the numbers to do the talking and cared less about brands and truly got a custom fit. the custom clubs that feel just as good as the numbers say. Mike really understood what i wanted. And that was a full bag of clubs that worked well from top to bottom. I know its not cheap but when you calculate if I try this driver or that iron or that shaft of that grip you end up spending 2x 3x or sometimes 4x the amount through out that journey. I just didnt want to go through that. Now I have a new love for golf thanks to Micheal and His experience and knowledge really helped my game. Now its up to me to break 80 with less than a year of golf experience.And thanks for true spec on communicating club delivery and just being professional. I always tell people where I got my clubs and to get fitted because it makes a difference especially when I out drive them by 50 yard.

Had a driver fit and an iron shaft fit with Shaun F. This guy knows his stuff. I mean sheesh I thought I knew some stuff from watching a bunch of fitting vids on YouTube, but this guy is next level pro. Not only did he pinpoint the gear that was absolutely perfect for my game (proved by data), he also was conscious of where I wanted to go with my game. He manages the fit extremely well by pacing your shots out without you knowing it and giving you the info that you need to get the most out of it (without overwhelming you). Such a laid back, low pressure, easy going dude as well. Seems like their sole focus is helping you improve. 10 out of 10 would recommend.Had a wedge fit with Tom. He absolutely nailed it. With different shaft combos he dialed in my awareness of the club, my strike and trajectory. He was very perceptive to what improved my feel. I also never felt pressured to buy and never felt like anyone was trying to upcharge me/sell me on something exotic that I didn’t need.

I had a putter and iron fitting with Tom Ludlow. Scheduling was very easy by calling True Spec directly. Their prices are very reasonable, similar to their competitors. But, what was awesome was the promotional offer they ran, FREE full bag fitting for first responders through 7/31. So generous of them and can’t thank them enough even though I didn’t take full advantage. They also have promotions and discounts, just call and ask.Tom Ludlow was awesome; super knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The fitting process can be different for everyone and well, that day, you may not have your best swing...happens. We came up with some options but Tom recommended I come back again, free of charge and give it another go. I worked on some things, came back a few weeks later and it was night and day. Was fit into an iron set that maximized feel, trajectory, spin, dispersion and of course distance!! I can’t recommend Tom enough and if you want a real fitting, skip the big box stores and even Roger Dunn for that matter. True Spec is the real deal. These guys know their craft are passionate about it and you’ll learn quite a bit.As for the putter fitting, I took my gamer and a back up, both blade styles. He said he couldn’t fit me into anything better (granted gamer is 11 years old). Yes, they are honest and aren’t just gonna try and sell you something to make a buck. He greeted me at the door and offered me a tour of the facility which I really enjoyed and was extremely impressed with ( very clean and super organized just to mention a few). We briefly talked about what my goals and expectations were before we headed to the bay to get fitted. I had an amazing time and an amazing experience. Michael was very knowledgeable and very patient and created a “WOW” with his great approach and hard work that completely exceeded all of my expectations. I gained an amazing 30+ yards of carry with the new driver a Callaway Epic MaxLS with an Oban Kiyoshi HB stiff shaft, my ball speed and swing speed also increased and gained extra yards with the rest of the clubs as well. I had a fitting with Michael when he was at the San Diego location, but I know hes based out of BH. It was a fantastic experience. I have been playing golf for a while but have never been fitted. What I learned that day changed the way I look at golf and equipment. Michael nailed the shaft on the first pick, and we tried a few different heads. Then we tried a few other shafts on the head that worked the best, but the first shaft he picked was the winner. Michael was conscientious to build a set that stayed within my `budget too. The experience getting fitted at Tru Spec surpassed all my expectations. Shaun was a great communicator and his knowledge was very deep. He knew the lofts of my current irons even though they were 8 years old. We went through a progression of clubs to find the right head and shaft combination and he understood my goal of distance versus fairways. In the end I was able to pick up a Driver, 5W and 3H in my woods fitting session and he even encouraged me to not get a 2nd hybrid saying that it didnt fit the gapping. I appreciate that he did not not sell me as many clubs at the highest price possible.In all honesty, I had lost complete confidence in my game before going to Tru Spec. Every driver shot in the last 4 months was left with a hook and only flying 220 yards on a 150 ball speed. I was sure that I had major issues with my swing and that no fitting would be able to address my Out to In swing path. The first thing Shaun did was show me on the GC Quad that my swing was actually In to Out 3-4 degrees and explained that my current driver and shaft were not a good fit for me. It was so soft that it was snapping the ball left with hook spin. After trying 4 driver heads with many different shafts I was hitting a gorgeous push right with a draw to the center carrying 260 yards (My actual intended tee shot). He was very amenable to keeping a 3W out of my bag and we toyed with a 4W and 5W before settling on a 5W with a slightly longer shaft than standard. Finally we moved on to hybrids and he immediately suggested that we drop my 4H and stick with a 3H which would give us room to add something in the bag like a 3W or another Wedge in the future. We ended up with a mixed sets of club and shaft brands that fit me perfectly. I ended up going from 4 hooky clubs with a carry of Driver - 220; 5W - 195; 3H - 185; 4H - 175 to Driver - 260; 5W - 210; 3H - 195.The one thing I would warn about is the cost. If youre not really invested in your golf game this may not be the right process for you. It seemed to me that they only carry the current line of each brand and do not have anything from 2 years ago even if there are minimal differences between the years. If you are expecting to do a fitting and pay bottom dollar for the clubs I would say that this probably isnt the right place for you. However, if you really want to hone your game and be the best golfer you can be I would 1,000,000% recommend Tru Spec and Shaun to you.

True Spec provides you with a comprehensive list of information ahead of one’s club fitting. I had a few questions that I called the day before the fitting.. My club fitting professional called back to answer my questions. Upon arrival for club fitting a few minutes early, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The club fitting process started immediately. The fitter started by asking questions to understand my golfing background, including information on the current set of clubs that I played. The reason for wanting to have a club fitting, and the objectives of this fitting were then discussed. After a few swings to warm up, the fitting then started. There was a plethora of shafts and club heads to choose from. Each shot was measured and data used to compile an impressive list of combinations and their performances. A couple of most promising combinations were then hit several times again to confirm the choices and to narrow down the final choice. This process was repeated from irons to driver, then to hybrid. The whole evaluation took almost three hours, with over 120 hits of golf balls to complete.A list of selected clubs, with each club’s specific head, shaft, and grip, was then presented. Costs for each part of each club were clearly displayed. Any questions were answered, and there was no pressure to purchase this highly customized set of clubs.All in all, this was a very enjoyable experience. Furthermore, I came away with an abundance of additional information on golfing, and most of all, a confidence that I am going to enjoy golfing for a long long time.

My first time being fitted for clubs so you can imagine I was really excited. It wasn’t nervousness it was eager giddiness like a child waking up early on Christmas. I booked with Tom Lindow, due to his high praises from the reviews online. It was an amazing experience, from start to finish. Tom wa so credibly professional, honest, and personable. His methods and insights were very helpful. To give you an ide how thorough he was I was there for 5 hours and have a putter irons and a hybrid locked, 9/14 clubs in 5 hours. Talk about detail, most people would not have the patience with someone but I could tell you time flew. About 3 hours in Tom noticed fatigue and for my benefit scheduled a follow up to finish.
