My first experience at True Jewel was great! The front office staff and the technician, Nichole, were amazing. They were super friendly and informative about the process. Nichole took time before my appointment to find out about my history and what I was looking for in terms of my treatment. They even followed up the next day to check on my progress. I will definitely be going back

Outstanding patient care experience!I had a great experience with Dr. Partovi and his welcoming staff. He took the time to listen to my concerns to educate me on my options. The staff is friendly and professional. Jasmine did a great job checking me in and empathizing with my concerns. It’s a gorgeous office, free parking, and a fantastic location. I highly recommend. I absolutely love this place! The practice is extremely beautiful and clean! All of the workers I have encountered are super kind as well! I have been there for 2 laser sessions and each time the PAs made me feel comfortable and safe. Bonus: this is one of the cheapest places in LA for laser hair removal!

I get anxiety whenever going to get Botox and I felt more at ease at True Jewel Cosmetics than I have at other places. I felt treated like a human and not a number. I didn’t feel pressured to do more than I wanted. Customer service- friendliness- is huge to me and the gal at the front desk- Laura- was awesome on the phone and in person! Chaya is the one who performed the service and she was so wonderful! She was so patient and sincerely listened to my needs and concerns. It was my first time at True Jewel so I had a lot of questions and thoughts to share on what I wanted to achieve. I also felt she was honest with me in what she was administering. She has a calm presence and I highly recommend her! We are doing the procedure in a few visits and so I have yet to see full results, but my experience so far has been awesome!

Its been such a great experience so far coming to true jewel. Ive been here for couple treatments such a vein removal. Nicole was great at explaining everything In detail as a professional she is. They are now offering new services such as Morpheus for skin tightening in which Im looking forward to trying. As if right now my facials maintain my skin clean n clear, Vanesa takes care of my skin, shes very gentle with her touch n leaves my skin feeling great !. Honestly I recommend this place . Everyone is very attentive n snacks are great. Such a happy place, they also will accommodate you with booking appointments n reschedule if necessary with out charging a late fee if you call in advance.

Ive had a consultation for laser hair removal and my first treatment with Chaya. Both experiences could not have gone better. I went for Dysport injections to treat my TMJ. The staff was absolutely fabulous. Everyone was very nice and the doctor made me feel at ease immediately. I just had my procedure a few hours ago and I am feeling such a difference in my jaw muscles already! I truly recommend it. This place really is a Jewel!

I came to True Jewel before my destination wedding, as the reviews were promising online & I thought I would give them a try since they are so close to home. I guess that was a mistake to do before such an important event. My doctor friend who had done amazing work the past few times, had moved out of LA. I have had Dysport & Botox many times around LA & this was the first time I didnt see any changes. Whats even more shocking, was this was the most amount of dysport & highest price point I have ever received. I am not new to this. My wedding photos showed so many hard wrinkles in all the parts I had pointed out & I am seriously crushed. I hate leaving negative feedback & usually only post positive, but something wasnt right here. I know that these products require to be diluted a bit, but I also know that some places will over dilute theirs, in order to get more out of their inventory. Not sure if this is the case here, but if so, shame on them. They were a friendly & clean office, as this is the two stars I will leave.

Its hard to get an appointment, been in a waitlist since Feb 16, 2024 and no one has called me back ! Its nice to try for the first time but to make a follow up treatment, its hard even if you have to pay or retouch ! Never again !I received a call from your Management Feb 22 (1 attempt only) but i was at work and i didnt get the chance to get back on your calls. I have no against on your treatment botox Nichole did a great job perhaps i just need a retouch an am wiling to pay, however i did it already in other company. I was not happy with your response like all day i was waiting last February 16, a courtesy of calling that you cannot handle or accommodate me i understand but leaving me as waitlist is not right, remember there are so many companies like yours are more responsive. I just hope that you didnt do that with other customers.

I am going to hit a milestone birthday soon and wanted to get some Botox and filler before the big day. I did some research on some local spots, and True Jewel surpassed them all. I was easily able to make my appointment online. Parking is easy, there’s a structure attached where the first 90 minutes are free. Once I walked in I was greeted by a friendly hello. The PA that assisted me was so sweet and took her time in explaining everything to me. She broke treatment and cost down for me. I’m so happy with my whole experience here!

I came to True Jewel to have some micro needling done for bad acne scars that I have had for years and it has been a wonderful experience! I was getting these treatments done at another establishment but the price was about 4 times as much and the treatments had been painful. My experience here is that the price is significantly better and the staff and doctor has been so kind and patient with my concerns. I have lived in the marina for 2 years now and have been searching for a med spa that is trustworthy and reliable. Finally I found true jewel from yelp and instagram.The location is about 1 minute off the 405 and easy to find. Parking wasn’t an issue at all as their is street parking and a garage.Its very clean and ultimately aesthetically pleasing and inviting.Nicole (my injector) actually saw me walking in and opened the door for me.I was treated with a warm welcome and then escorted into a private room where Nicole went over my ultimate desires and reason for visit. Nichole PA was super sweet and actually listened to my concerns. I decided to go with the Morpheus 8 treatment, it was a little uncomfortable and I appreciated how she took her time and checked to see if I was okay numerous times. Today was my first time visiting this center, and I am so impressed. I do not recommend getting Botox here. First it’s done by a nurse and not a doctor. When you get there, they immediately (force) you to take pictures whether you want to or not. I feel this is inappropriate and unprofessional. If a customer declines taking photos, their request should be granted. They claim to use the photos for their internal office only, but you never know where the pictures will end up. They charge a flat rate fee of $125 so you will not be able to come here just to get a few injections. The nurse is more focused on taking your money than your actual needs.

I came to true Jewel because I found it on Instagram, I’m a man and of course I didn’t care about fillers and stuff, but I tried Morpheus 8 for skin tightening it’s more natural in a way and I’m 58 now and god know I need a little help for my skin. The Physician Chaya recommended to start with 3 treatments, one each month and so far I did one . I heard it was a little painful but honestly I didn’t feel much. Laura from front desk was very attentive and numbed me for about an hour and they utilized the laughing gas while the treatment and honestly everything helped . Girls let me tell you I’m excited for my upcoming surgery this Sunday with Dr.Partovi. The surgeon has informed me all about the surgery I’m Interested on and I feel so confident and excited! Update Today I had my first appointment for Morpheus 8. I was nervous because I heard it can be painful. Vanessa and Caroline both mentioned that they had both had the procedure done and told me about their experiences, which helped me feel less nervous. They used a strong numbing cream, they also said I can have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) while I had the procedure done. Chaya is the best, she made sure I was doing ok during the whole procedure. I cant wait to see my results!!!!

I went to True Jewel for the microneedling treatment. It was quick and painless. The office was super clean and new. The front desk had me fill out some forms and they took me in right away. I bought a package so I will be coming back for my second session of microneedling. I am excited to see my results after the next few treatments. My skin already looks more even and feels smoother.
