We have been with Triton Communications for over 15 years. They are always there to help with all our communication needs including our phone systems, paging systems, and now phone service. Louis, Darrin, Jason and Nora have always looked out for us here at Southcoast with offering better pricing on phone systems and service and making the transition smooth with little to no down time. We appreciate all there help throughout the years and will continue to use them in the future!

Over the last 20 years plus our phone needs have been handled by Triton Communications. We recently upgraded our phones and the crew at Triton made sure that the transition was as smooth as possible. They are always available for any questions we may have and if there is an issue they handle it in a very timely manner. We are so grateful to them for that and definitely give them a thumbs up in our book.

Our new phone system and service from Triton Communication revolutionized our day to day operations. Louis listened to our needs and recommended a customized solution that fit our company perfectly. The quality of the VOiP phones is excellent. But the level of personal and friendly service is even better. They are always available to answer questions, troubleshoot concerns, etc. Try getting that from a big box call call center. Worth every penny!!

Our office has had service with Triton for 15 years +. They are very responsive, and have excellent customer service. Whenever we have an issue they are quick to come out and fix the problem, we can always depend on Triton to add they are very knowledgeable when it comes to our phone needs. Nora is great, she records all of our office greetings for holidays, or in general. No need to call Triton I just send an email and they take care of all of our office phone needs right away. All of their team is awesome - Highly recommend their service to anyone.

I would give 10 stars if I could! We engaged Triton Communications to help us improve our communication system to better adapt to todays work-remote environment. Their service, helpfulness, patience and follow-through were outstanding. They made the transition so easy for us and they helped us reduce our monthly fees by 60% with added and improved services. We have been using Triton Communications for years and most recently for a transition from an old PBX phone system to a new internet based VOIP phone system. They have been so helpful during this process and have stopped by our plant multiple times just to make sure everything is working correctly. Any issues or questions we have had they were quick to take care of for us. I could not recommend a company any higher. If you are looking for a company to handle your telecommunication needs, you owe it to yourself and your business to contact them.

We got our new phone system from Triton just a month or so ago.They did a great job!!! From calling and asking for someone to come out and check our old system to see if it was still working to installing our new system. They were very efficient and got it done very quickly. All the installers were professional and very nice. I would recommend them to anybody looking to get a new or refurbished phone system.

After our ancient PBX system failed, Triton was very helpful in getting a temporary fix in place so that we were able to continue taking calls on our office line. Since then they have updated us to a VOIP system that allows us to integrate our mobile phones to take calls and messages. We are very pleased with the prompt and professional service from everyone at Triton.

I called several companies in search of my overhead paging/phone ringer needs and boy am I glad I found Triton Communication.Where do i start....1. Darin, one of the owners was very up front and willing to take a look at my needs before blindly quoting, unlike other companies i called. He was also quick to respond to calls and emails.2. There was one issue with hardware and they quickly resolved it without me having to push the issue.3. The techs, Jason and Dominic were very professional and easy to deal with.At the end of the day, Id use them again and would recommend them in a second.Thanks Triton!

I work in a customer service industry and am very aware of the value and importance of both customer service and loyalty. It is clear that these are as important to Triton Communications. A few months ago, Darrin and Jason helped me navigate through an office move successfully and without interruption. This week, Darrin spent over two hours on the phone with me and another vendor of ours to help solve an urgent matter. He had nothing to gain from this time given the issue was with the other vendor. He did this to help ensure a successful resolution to our problem-a true example of world class service.

They deserve more than 5 stars. We decided to upgrade our phone system concurrent with our relocation to our new office suite. We could not be happier with the product that we received and the service that we continue to receive from Louis and his entire staff. Everyone is very friendly, patient and responsive. They worked with us in creating the exact system that we needed for our new office, which has allowed us to become more mobile and has been a huge cost saving from our old system/provider. 5 Stars and would give more if I could. They replaced our 20+ year old business phone system with a new VOIP system that has been great. We were so outdated we needed to update a lot of our cabling ( including getting a hard line all the way to our office in the back of our warehouse) so Triton did that for us too. Between Louis, Dominic, Jason, and Nora all of our questions and issues were solved quickly and correctly. They walked us through figuring out what exactly we were paying before ( had 3 different phone/internet bills) as well as the cancellation and porting process. All of our options were laid out in front of us so we could figure out the things we needed and those we didnt need, zero pressure. The whole process was done carefully and in a way that created zero down time. Our new system is so much more functional and does so much more than what we had before plus all our employees love it. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a new phone system.

Ive been using Triton Communications, Inc. for many, many years. We get solicited all the time by telecom companies, but I wouldnt trust anyone but them. Theyre a tight knit company, which I appreciate, because whenever you contact them, theyre always happy to help, or can quickly transfer you to someone who can. They stay up to date on current technology, and are always there to update my services when necessary. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my communications needs.

A+++ This company is by far the best, most responsive and professional communications company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with as a small business owner! We recently moved offices at the end of 2020 and, often, one of the most frustrating and frightening things that can happen to a business owner when this happens is any delay in having your old phone and fax lines transferred to your new office. There was not even a single day of delay in getting everything, including all of our old phone numbers we have had for over 30 years, transferred and up and running at our new business location. This company was on top of it every step of the way and very responsive any time I had any questions or concerns. Also, the new VOIP phone system we now have in our office is amazing. I highly recommend this company and would use them again inthe future. Thank you very much!

In my personal life, I like to think of myself as easy going. But in my business life I am ANYTHING BUT. As a small business owner, I do NOT have time for mistakes, or oops, or I thought.... My staff AND my clients are counting on me to get it right the first time, and they arent forgiving if I dont.Ive been with Triton over 5 years now, probably closer to 10. We transitioned with them from regular hard line phones to VOIP, and then from one VOIP system to another as our business needs changed.Both were difficult transitions for ME but Triton got it done. They didnt quit until everything came together correctly.You cant see the future, you cant plan for everything because there are too many variables and nothing is perfect. But you can pick a Vendor who will work WITH you, who wont quit until its right, and whos dedicated, hard working, available, and helpful. Ive called these guys on the weekends and they are there. They get it done. And they dont make me feel bad for being needy, demanding, and frantic.Once Im through the transition and its all smooth sailing, its easy to forget the struggle and just move along happily with systems that are working EXACTLY the way I wanted. Again, becasue Triton didnt stop until thats where I was sitting.Special thanks go to Louis, Dominic and Nora for ALWAYS answering my calls, sounding happy to hear from me, and getting me answers to my strange, frequent, and demanding questions. The Techs were super nice, but follow up was lacking! Heck, I put a call in over two weeks ago for service and never heard back, then a couple techs walk in without a heads up from the main office. It appears to be the way a lot of companies are doing business these days.. and Its unbelievable to me. a little communication people..
