Someone was there on the weekend to answer questions and set up appointments. Konstantin came out-he was so knowledgable and patient in explaining the inner workings of my dryer. He knew exactly what the problem was. He installed the part when it came in and tested it. Very happy with the experience.

Triton is wonderful! It was so easy and quick to make an appointment. Service technician Veet was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. My oven is back in operation and dinner was on the table that day evening. I definitely recommend calling Triton for appliance repair!

Apprehensive about getting my refrigerator repaired but decided it was the right thing to do. But after the first visit with the need for another part and further delay for repair, my worst fears began to become a reality. Triton managed to turn things around with an expedited part delivery and only charged me for the compressor although they replaced the inverter and motherboard initially. They accepted they were wrong and made it right. Responsibility; A rare trait in an organisation these days. Highly recommend.

I have a 3 year old Whirlpool Freezer which started making a humming noise for a week. I booked Triton after reading the great reviews. The repairman, VEET, could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Of course, it stopped humming 5 mins before he arrived, but he waited 30 mins for it to restart. He then diagnosed the problem as the compressor but said that is very expensive to fix, far more than a new freezer. When I went to pay him, he refused saying that he was not going to charge when it couldnt be fixed (it was not a performance issue, just a small irritating noise). I could not be more impressed and will call them ASAP for all appliance needs. A+++ job!

I filled out the request form online and received a call back within 15 minutes. I asked for an estimate on the part and the receptionist called me back as promised after she did some research. Vlad (the owner) showed up on time as promised and came within the 1st half hour of the 2 hour window given. I did not know he was the owner at the time. He was professional and fixed my Samsung dryer within the hour. I was very impressed and would definitely use this company again if needed. Prior to contacting Triton, I had reached out to at least 3 other companies. They either quoted me too much or would not answer my questions honestly. Triton did not pressure me to use them and was very kind in answering all my questions on the phone prior to booking an appointment. Highly recommend!!!

I took a chance on a new business with consistently happy reviews and contacted them over the weekend. They had 2-hr windows on either Monday or Tuesday and scheduled the visit with no hassle. Vlad arrived early for our appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem with our dryer and actually had the part with him to fix it without a second visit! He was professional, courteous, and wore his mask. Id call him again next time I have appliance issues. Thanks!

Triton was great! I was able to make an appointment within a half hour of inquiring and Vlad showed up early before our two hour work window. Fixed the problem in a jiffy and it’s like we have a new oven. Will definitely use Triton again.

Summary:- My personal opinion is that they behave in an unprofessional manner: Alex lied to me about his intentions, ghosted me when I tried to call, and had me wait for an appointment they never intended to keep- I also personally question their technical abilities: breaking parts to make incorrect parts fit feels more like a hack job than a repair and my machine is certainly not behaving as it was before the incident.- Very long wait times, despite promised time frames (37 days)My washer/dryer unit broke in mid-November; through my American Home Shield (AHS) insurance, Triton was assigned the repair and was able to come within a day or two. The diagnosis was a broken transmission and I was told that it would take “a few days” for the part to be ordered and ready to be put into place.A week and a half later, I called AHS and learned that Triton had not filed any reports in order to even begin the process of ordering the part.It was almost four weeks later that the second visit happened. After about two hours of the servicemen working, without any communication from them, I was asked for a garbage bag… and informed that my machine was “too old” so they weren’t able to get “the right transmission” and that in order to “make the new transmission fit” they had broken seven other parts. I really wish that they had asked me before literally breaking my machine to pieces!At this point, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the entire “repair” and asked AHS to transfer the work order to another vendor. This could only be done if Triton requested it; after talking with Alex, the manager at Triton, he promised me that he would submit the request.I later found out that he did not request a change in vendor (so broke his promise to me), but instead simply called AHS to complain that I didn’t trust them. At this point, he also stopped answering phone calls from me and did not return any messages when I asked the receptionist to have him call me.When the replacement parts came in, the receptionist scheduled an appointment for them to be installed. I had not heard from AHS at that point, so I thought I had better just go ahead with the repair. After waiting all day and hearing absolutely nothing (the poor receptionist was also completely in the dark as to what was going on), Alex finally informed me that the appointment had been “in error” and they had never intended to come!Note that this was 37 days after the washer had broken — so even in the best case scenario of me having not requested a different vendor, the repair would have taken over a month (despite the initial promise of “a few days”).In the end, I was not able to change vendors and they did complete the “repair.” I am still terrified because it feels like a “hack job” rather than a repair. The washing machine although for the moment functional, sounds absolutely horrible — much worse than it ever did before.

They were super fast in getting my dishwasher fixed, which included ordering a replacement part. Super friendly communication and fast response times. The technician Vlad was also super friendly, diagnosed the issue within minutes and got the actual repair done in less than 30min. Thank you!
