⭐️HIGHLY RECOMMEND⭐️I have been a long time member with the Trish Bowe State Farm Agency. They have been beyond helpful in all the ups and downs of my car troubles. Such friendly and helpful staff! Recently just spoke with Bobbi A. Moriel. She got back to me promptly was very kind, patient and helped me save some money!! The perfect ratings are not fake. Trish and Vincent didnt need to help me but they did, and quickly and professionally. I own a house in Will Rogers where my insurer terminated the insurance due to fire danger. Trish advised that State Farm would not insure it and indeed no one would. Vincent then helped me get a reasonable policy from the state government California Fair Plan. Just signed up. I was a new customer, no prior business, but they jumped on it as I were a lifelong customer. Thanks Trish and Vincent for saving the day.

I am writing this review to commend the great expertise of my auto and home insurance agent, Trish Bowe at State Farm Insurance-Trish Bowe Agent in the Pacific Palisades. For 25 years she has been my agent for my auto and home insurance policies. They were written with much care and concern for my specific needs. I am a school teacher in Los Angeles and use my car back and forth to work. Trish has made sure I am completely covered and my home is also well insured. Having them bundled, Trish has given me a very competitive price.I recently was in an accident and State Farm was very supportive of my needs. Trish Bowe personally saw to it that I had the perfect rental car at a very cheap price. OK read this story ... So I had been with Trish and Vincent for years but moved away briefly and picked up insurance at another State Farm outta state. So I run into this HUGE title issue for my car which still registered in CA. No one could help me fix this issue, CA DMV could not help, my new State Farm Rep could not help, the previous lien holder could not help #deadend. So I called Trish and I thought as the phone was ringing why would they help me? I am not even with them anymore So Bobbi answers the phone and I am trying to get ahold of Vincent, he is not there and she kindly asked if she could help me, reluctant to tell her as I knew Vincent better I did then explain to her my situation. She eagerly took my problem and wrestled it down to the ground somehow with the CA DMV. She got on the phone and waited to help me! Then she called my out of state agent and got her going to submit documents, she educated her on what to do to help. Low and behold it was fixed, title in my hand 3 days later. Look people you just dont get this anymore, this is like 1950s classy customer service when people went to sock hops and drank root-beer floats, carved Joanie loves Chachi in a tree or maybe a Saturday nigth rumble at Pali Park? You get it, they are the best, I love them so much for helping me and all I can say is I will be back in Palisades next month and taking the entire team out for some Cafe Vida on me! :) Oh those CA omelets for breakfast.

Over 30 years ago, I was given Trish Bowes name to call for home owners insurance and from there the relationship became all-inclusive with all of our insurance under her roof and her guidance. She is distinctly good at assessing insurance needs as it relates to all aspects of our lives and that recently extended to the needs of our oldest son and a new car he bought.Trish is also distinctly and uniquely helpful when a truly devastating need comes along--like a recent kitchen fire we had in the summer of 2019.State Farm, under the Claims division, was good in the initial phase of discovery but was managed poorly in the next phase. Agents are not involved with Claims, however since my trust and faith are solely placed with Trish, as the face of the State Farm brand, I turned to her for help.And, heres where I can say, if you know Trish for 30 years or 3 months, you need to know that at State Farm, she is a senior member of their team with a track record of great respect within the company; and therefore, unlike most Agents, can access anyone within the organization to work on your behalf. No matter that there is a clear distinction between Agents (sales) and Claims, she can cross boundaries on your behalf, raising your interests above and beyond the company, in cases that merit it. Ours did and she helped to make changes for the rest of our Claim to move forward quickly, fluidly, and beyond happily!This to me is an Agent at work for you--from assessing our needs as a Client in designing the right kind of insurance to protect us and the extraordinary visibility and distinction she has within the company. We heard nightmare stories of other companies inability to resolve fire claims successfully; but with a call to Trish to help us in a critical situation, she was there and had access--above and beyond. That is what we want in an Agent and a company so big; yet flexible enough to respond to individuals needs! Truly!
