It was my ABSOLUTE PLEASURE working with TJ at Trinity! I went through some roadblocks trying to rent my property, but TJ found me a great renter in one and a half weeks! I was overly satisfied with the services she provided. I trust her judgement. She is knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. I will have no hesitation referring Trinity Management to anyone looking for a GREAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN VALLEJO, CA.

TJ is a rockstar and a force of nature. I switched over my property management to her late last year because the previous management company was horrible.What a difference in service and attention from TJ! She has been working tirelessly to fix the problems left behind by the previous management company.If you want a well managed property, look no further. I recommend Trinity Property Management without reservations. Five stars all the way!

TJ and team have really been a life saver. I handed my property over to them and didnt have to worry about a thing. Anything that came up, they would let me know right away but mostly handled everything themselves. I love the leadership and ownership they display. I would definitely use their services in the future.

For close to 10 years I have entrusted Trinity Property Management with my rental needs. TJ and her Team are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very well in tune with the Bay Area (and even Sacramento) rental market. Members of the Team are easily accessible, EVEN TJ who is the owner. Questions/Concerns are met head on without hesitancy. Care and compassion for the clients needs are at the forefront. Trinity management has been a great help in getting my family and I situated in a beautiful home! They made the process of moving in so easy and quick. They were very understanding and accommodating. Shanna was a huge help and great to work with. She made the whole process such a breeze. Her showings were amazing and really made us see how we could live comfortably in this new space. She kept us up to date with what was going on with the house paperwork wise and with the process of construction. Her communication was outstanding! The house is beautiful and goes beyond our expectations. Their contractors did an amazing job with sealing all windows, redoing the kitchen and any other repairs we needed to be done. All in all the company is amazing and super easy to work with.

HSR has been working with Trinity Management for years now. They are professional and easy to work with. We do many projects together. The communication with Shanna, TJ and Angela have been SUPERB! I love working with TJ for my rental properties. She is professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Her staff is equally pleasant and efficient in their own capacity. Instead of working with one single individual, I have a whole team of experts to lend me their assistance. Ive been with Trinity property Management for 3 years now. They are one of the best reality company in vallejo, they will work with you. If anything goes wrong, trust it will be fix within 24 hours. The office staff are so kind. I would never go to another property Management, less I moved out the state. Try it, u want regret It😘😘😘😘

Make sure you are actually one of there tenants. It seems like they pick and choose when they want to be involved and in problems.when I first moved in they told me they were in charge. When I needed any repairs they told me to “contact the building owner”. When things came to an end they were the ones calling me trying to make sure everything was going along. They are great people do I think they are disorganized yes.

I had nothing but great experiences with Trinity. They were highly attentive, friendly, and helpful - ESPECIALLY TJ! Shes the absolute best. Sometimes its a little difficult to get ahold of the front desk, but they usually answer by the second time I call. And the maintenance crew is wonderful! Very helpful!!

I recommend renting from Trinity Management. The office staff is very efficient and attentive to the needs of the Tennant. The owner of the company (TJ) will even follow up with the concerns that you brought to their attention to make sure that it was taken care of in a timely manner. I would rent from Trinity again.

HORRIBLE! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE RENTIN FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY. Shanna is suppose to be aOperations Manager and yet shes never available. When me and my girl came in to speak about our lease with one of the property managers, she over heard us talking and came out of her office and started talking about us to the property manager as if we werent standing there. She never made eye contact with us and basically told her employee dont help them. I SHOULD SUE THEM cause Im pretty sure they stole money from us every month, I had new late fees, that could never be explained. Wouldnt Mind late fees if I was actually late, Scam artist rip off and we will be taking legal action. We even have text messages from LaShanna Cummings Operational Manager speaking rude and unprofessional. WARNING you all now this place is NOT ran by professionals I give it a year before someone shuts them down.

This is a review of Trinity VALLEJO, apparently there is another, unrelated Trinity in SF. They were a class act, repairs were quick, any problems were quickly resolved with a phone call. The property owner where I live wanted to do an illegal rent increase and fired Trinity when they refused.

All these Reviews ARE FAKE. This company is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAM ARTIST. The people below are clearly people that this owner paid to give a good review. Here’s the reality. If you live in any property managed by them. Be prepared to never have any issues resolved, if you follow up and ask questions or want to speak with SHANNA she will never respond or follow up with you. And if by some chance you do get to speak with anyone they are completely rude. ESPECIALLY Shanna. She threatened us several times when we complained about issues in our apartment. Saying “YOU COULD MOVE” instead of fixing the issues that were never fixed prior to us moving in. And the owner of this train wreck company is no better. She has NO professionalism whatsoever. I came in to pay my rent with my child. This woman was cussing up a storm in front of my child. Terrible place of business. Don’t get me started on the late accumulated late fees that came out of nowhere . They need to be closed down.

This was the first reality place that gave me a chance and gave me and my children a home. Shanna was completely understanding of my situations and helped me give my kids a home. Id rent from them in a heart beat. Her and the gentleman that works there always answered any questions I had. Walked me through each process of paperwork. And I am very sad that my family situation changed so I had to leave my apartment, but Shanna was very understanding and helped me in yet again another difficult time by making the leaving portion easy and less stressful.

These guys are the least bit professional.... I scheduled an appointment for a showing on sunday and cancelled on me via text message and didnt have the decency to call. After rescheduling the appointment for the following day, they left me waiting for 30 minutes outside with no response or call back. What ever theyre running is not legit.
