It’s amazing that these guys, all 3 of them, still have clients signing up. Even more amazing to see the ratings here are anything more than 3 stars. I could only assume that the ratings are thanks to the SEO contractor they hire who who seems to know what he’s doing. They’re method and technology is extremely outdated (ask to see their “proprietary project management system” for a first class seat to the 90s. I feel bad for their employees who have to work within their software systems. Apparently their hardware is even sticky, because again, their equipment is so old. They seem to have a sales pitch formula down for client retention which seems to be the only thing keeping them going. The issue comes down to the company running so lean that they aren’t able to actually address all of the bottlenecks in a timely fashion or provide the service that a modern company requires. They’re trying to sell modern solutions but take a look at the CEO level- you’ll only find stale ideas.
