Jim, Andrew, and the entire team at Trifecta are magical tech wizards! We moved into a new office with needed to set up everything from scratch. The Trifecta team helped us figure out where to start and supported us every step of the way until we opened our doors. All of our IT is set up neatly and efficiently -- plus we have the peace of mind to know that ALL our data is backed up securely in case anything were to happen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Trifecta has been our IT company for several years now. We are a law office and we cannot afford to be down or compromised for any period of time. I cannot tell you how many times Trifecta has rescued us, including,among other things, 2 ransomware attacks. We have an extended service plan with Trifecta and it is worth every dollar we spend. With the number of professionals and staff we have there are issues that arise frequently and Trifectas response time is second to none. With the way we are set up, Trifecta can remedy most crises remotely but when we need on-site assistance, they are there. Trifecta is an integral part of the success we enjoy and we are extremely grateful for all that they have done for us and continue to do for us. We trust Trifecta with all of our computer/network/remote station, etc. needs. Trifectas level of professionalism is off the charts fantastic.

Everyone at Trifecta is friendly and really helpful. No matter who answers the phone they are always eager to help. At the moment they are looking for ways to integrate the different programs we are using in the office and with their knowledge and experience they are making this transition easier for us. They have been assisting us for the last 2 years and since then we dont worry about things not working right and we can focus and doing our jobs. We have been working with Jim and his staff for years! They have helped us keep all our systems running smoothly (and we really need that) and have saved us thousands of dollars (no exaggeration) on equipment purchases. They not only keep our rather involved computer system trouble free, but even got our security system hardware including the back up battery installed and operating at a real cost savings when it needed to be replaced. They also went the extra mile to install the viewing ap on my phone. I would highly recommend them for business and home equipment, service, and support.

Trifecta IT has helped our little company a lot, we started a monthly plan with them 2 years ago and it has been such a relief to not worry about viruses, or have to use out-dated microsoft programs. Our business owner is a cheap-o and we used to struggle daily with computer issues. Thanks to Trifecta we are in good hands!

Jim, Steven, Carlos and Abe have been miracle workers for the business I work for. Always accessible and always able to solve any issue s we have.We have made some changes with our computer systems and they come on-site and also work remotely to troubleshoot any problems we have. And they dont stop working on it until its resolved!!! They are the BEST!
