I had a great experience at Trident Smiles Dental. New patient exam and cleaning was smooth and painless and the staff was very friendly and professional. I picked them because I live nearby and later brought my 11 yo son who also had a good experience, even later when he needed fillings, they gave him breaks, told him what to expect and he was able to watch Netflix during the whole time on their ceiling. So glad to have found our new family dentist!

As someone that hates going to the dentist, this office has made every visit much easier. Everyone has been very kind and welcoming, making the whole process anxiety-free and lessening my stress. The exam rooms are clean, and very comfortable to be in. Not to mention the TVs on the ceiling, as well as other amenities, are just the icing on the cake. My hygienist has been very gentle, and great at making sure I feel comfortable. Overall, I have loved my experience, and recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist office that isnt terrifying. Also, they gave me a wooden toothbrush, so extra points for being environmentally conscious.

I normally think of dentist offices as mostly interchangeable, but the service here was really exceptional. I particularly appreciated being able to talk with the tech and dentist about which anesthetic I wanted, as Ive had adverse effects from one type in the past. Everyone here is extremely kind and accommodating; Ill be coming here as long as Im living in the area.Disclaimer: they offer new patients a gift card for posting an honest review, but I do stand by everything Ive said and the 5 stars I gave them.

First of all, Im Tridents patient since 2021 and they really helped me a couple of times when I had to do root canal, crown and fillings.However, this time things went really off the track. I have waited for a whole month for my appointment with Dr. Kim to extract two wisdom teeth. Trident tried to sell me sedation but I have declined that two times. I was assured that prior to the surgery we will look at the X-rays and that Dr. Kim will guide me through the extraction procedure in detail given the teeth condition. This supposed to be free consultation as it is prior to the surgery.Once I arrived at the appointed time, Dr. Kim showed me the X-rays made a year ago, the clinic didn’t even offer me to take new X-rays. Then the doctor told me that the lower tooth is crooked and its extraction would be very complicated and that I will feel very uncomfortable during the procedure. Therefore they strongly recommend that I come back another time and have the tooth extracted with sedation, otherwise we can gamble today and experience a lot of pressure, noise and unpleasant sounds. I will be very honest with you, I was a little bit on stress before the surgery, but these words just scared the shoot out of me. I have never experienced so much sociological pressure from a doctor in my life, honestly I just wanted to run away at that moment. I have cancelled the surgery.Since the doctor did not do the surgery, the clinic charged me $90 for the visit, although we just looked at the X-rays from a year ago. The doctor could have done this himself and warned me in advance to come prepared for sedation. I think that this is not professional and that this is a very stupid and cheeky attempt to make money out of nothing.On top of that, the next available appointment is in 3 weeks and I cannot make it, so realistically the extraction is now pushed back for 1.5 months. Im very upset that I have wasted 1 month and will have to waste 1.5 months more...My recommendation for everyone who would go to Trident is to be tough with them, stand on your ground and do not allow doctors to frighten you. If you are not sure about having a certain procedure, talk to several doctors to get more than one opinion.I really hope the Trident administration will read it and at least offer me a $90 compensation and apologize for this situation.

The staff of Trident Smiles Dental are all amazing specially Nicole, she helped us a lot in explaining all the questions and concerns we had every time we visit at the clinic for our appointments. Nicole also helped me in setting up an appointment with Orthodontist even though that’s beyond her duty and she carry a positive attitude all the time. Maan also did an awesome job in getting my xray done and she told the dentist right away my concern and been addressed accordingly, and Maan is very polite and approachable. Our hygienist Lee, he was very nice to us as he explained step by step the procedure that he will do and that way we will know what to expect, and being a patient that helped me a lot to lessen my anxiety, Lee is very gentle with the procedure and he won’t let you choke or drown with water😅 thanks Lee, Nicole, Maan, and the rest of the team! You guys are doing a great job! Thanks and we appreciate you!

This place really goes above and beyond!The TV on the ceiling above the chair is such a good idea. They have Netflix, and I watched an entire episode of The Witcher.They also give you a warm towel to freshen up after your appointment. I’ve been to 7 different dental clinics in my life. This clinic is by far the best. I have very weak teeth and can easily be over treated, but they make an effort to preserve as much of my teeth as possible. The doctors, assistants and front desk are extremely kind. I’m embarrassed to smile in public, but they are very accepting and make me feel comfortable enough to smile. They also have TV’s on the ceiling of every room and warm face cloths. I don’t think you’ll find another clinic that goes the lengths they do to make you smile :)

The dental teams are very professional and thorough. I just had my first visit to Trident Smile Dental and it was fantastic! The staff at the front desk were super welcoming and I felt right at home.The visit with the doctor was informative and everything was explained. Never was any shaming done about how and when flossing should be done. Dr. Bhayani was amazing with my cleaning! She was gentle and very careful, especially around sensitive areas that normally send me jumping out of the chair. I’m pleased to report that Dr. Bhayani avoided hitting all sensitive spots during my cleaning. That alone deserves an A+++++.I also needed to get a couple of fillings replaced, so I stayed for a second appointment and was rewarded nicely for that. The doctor and her assistant were so considerate, making sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure.They have a mini fridge stocked with beverages, and a massage chair too! It was like a little treat for me. I’m actually excited about my next visit!

Nothing but positive experiences having been a patient for about four years.- When I was new patient I hadnt seen a dentist in like six years. I didnt get shamed or pushed into anything I didnt want to do.- Theyre upfront and transparent about pricing so you dont get sticker shock after a procedure, that alone is huge.- Both cleaning and corrective work is super smooth. They talk you through everything, give you every opportunity to tap out if something is bothering you, and have TVs mounted to the ceiling to keep you distracted with Netflix etc. if youre nervous.- The facilities are crisp and clean.- Everyone Ive met with has been super nice.Pretty much as pleasant as it gets if you have to have someone working on your teeth with tools. ; )

Beware of the 5 star reviews here because the practice gives out Amazon gift cards in exchange for reviews.I have been coming here for the last 3 years, but I am disgusted by their greed and dishonesty. When it was still in network for Delta Dental it was fine. After moving out of the Delta Dental network they constantly had billing issues. I always pay my bills for all services in full, as agreed upon on treatment consents. I have never missed any payments in my life. Trident Smiles somehow sent me another bill 2 months after treatment saying I owe them, which does not make sense. Also, I have done tooth filling in the same tooth after biting on something hard a few years ago, but every time they fill it, the hole feels to get a bit bigger. Now they keep trying to upsell me more products that I dont need. Their routine cleaning doesnt even include fluoride anymore, which kind of defeats the purpose of the cleaning appointments.

I had an appointment booked 1 month in advance with confirmation email, which is useless because on the day of the appointment the receptionist told me she has issue with her computer and doesnt have me booked in.Furthermore they ask you to pay out of pocket even if you have insurance. Its either unprofessional or scammy to ask to pay out of pocket since they are even listed as Metlife providers.The website looks really cool and appealing but I would probably be careful with this business.

I recently got my cleaning and a couple of fillings done at Trident dental smile and I must say I am happy with my overall experience with them so far. Their customer service is pretty good. Its very easy to schedule with them (even as a new customer) and where finding appointments can take months at other places they were able to accommodate me in about a week or two on an average across my visits. Their office is welcoming and has complimentary perks like meal supplement drinks that one can use after a deep cleaning visit, a massage chair that you can use while waiting on someone. The clinic itself is equipped with modern equipment and the hygienists and doctors are friendly and made me quite comfortable across my visits. At my previous dentist (the only other dentist I ever visited) last year I was bleeding a lot throughout the treatments then. I was told that I have sensitive gums when I asked. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I didnt bleed that much throughout my treatments at Trident dental. They also offer additional perks like a $50 referral credit, $50 credit for writing a review on Google (this one), though they never asked me for a 5 star rating like my previous dentist did. And they werent quite expensive either. I had a decent MetLife dental plan that helped and my overall out of pocket expenses for myself were less than a hundred dollars for a regular cleaning and two cavity fillings. Overall, a happy new customer and I plan to visit them regularly moving forward.

Overall, the treatment was pleasant with Dr. Chou except spending so long and hard time finding a perfect crown piece made by a third party. (It is not Tridents fault for sure). This was the best experience I have ever had in a dentist office. I went for a regular teeth cleaning. From the service itself to the constant customer care and support, it was incredible. The office is very nice and has vacation places themes and pictures (from Bora Bora, Maui, etc), it has a massage chair in the lobby, and you can watch TV while they are working on your teeth which helps you relax. I was looking for a dental implant dentist near me and discovered Trident Smiles Dental. Booked an appointment with them, great ambience in the clinic. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment and frustration with the outcome, as one of the teeth she worked on now requires a more complex treatment - a crown. All of the staff, from the front desk to the doctors and assistants, have been extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Tang is so nice and honest. Every time I’ve been here things have been super smooth and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They’re great at working with you to coordinate things with your insurance which is very helpful for budgeting without being caught off-guard. I also appreciate getting to freshen up with the scented towels at the end of treatments and the option to sit back and watch Netflix while being treated.

I had a good experience at this clinic. I am usually pretty anxious about dentists mainly due to needles and the sound of the tools. The hygienists at this clinic helped to keep me calm. One of them was patting my arm so that I am distracted during applying anesthetic syringe. There was a TV overhead when you lie down at the table which was also helpful distraction. Everyone was wearing masks and doctors had face shield on. The receptionist staff were very helpful and answered all insurance questions. Overall a good experience definitely recommend this clinic, the staff is very friendly and the doctors explained issues and gave good dental care advice.

All the staff at Trident Smiles Dental is so friendly and warm. They always make me feel at ease. Theyve also made form filling out super easy by doing it online from the convenience from your phone and can be done ahead of time. I also appreciate the reminders and if I need to reschedule, they are accommodating. Somehow I feel like Im going to a spa each time I go especially with the warm face cloth they give out after each visit!

I paid invisalign plan and my doctor is doctor Chou. Shes very nice. Here they will help you to do a advise before you pay and do x ray scanning and any other treatment before invisalign. Everything is comfortable up to now.

I visited here for the first time for a cleaning. I scheduled the appointment by calling them and they sent out all the paperwork through email.Since it was my first time, I had to get x-rays done with an initial dental examination. Dr. Shibani explained to me very well about the procedure and what it entailed.The staff was professional and polite. Amazing staff! I love that they have a Saturday opened once a month and how they do open late on some days. It really helps with my scheduling and making sure I get proper care instead of taking time off for a cleaning or anything. Trident Smiles Dental has totally redefined what going to a medical practice looks like to. They have a very thoughtful practice with things like a TV on the ceiling to keep you engaged while you get work done on your teeth, a mini fridge with beverages etc. They have some of the best staff Ive ever come across, theyre all so kind and caring ! Dr Raja is amazing. She is very thorough and explained everything in terms that we all can understand. The dental hygienist Rhea is fantastic. I am not a big fan of dentist but Dr Raja and her entire staff made me feel very comfortable. I am now sending both my adult children and my wife to see her.
