This team did an amazing job. They had to get rid of tile throughout the kitchen, carpet, and remove all of the old baseboards. They did the demolition, installed the flooring and placed all new baseboards in a day and half. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them!

TriCounty has done it again! We have been using TriCounty for all our flooring needs and have never been disappointed. Euan was wonderful to work with and was so patient as I changed my mind several times. The Demo guys were awesome and knocked it out quickly and the flooring guys were so good! They all hustle and do really great work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

We had a very good experience with Tri County Flooring - Turlock store. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Our carpet was ordered and came quickly. The installers were nice and did a great job. We are very happy with the way the carpet looks. Thank you.

They were fantastic! Very responsive, helpful and knowledgable. I was able to get my carpet and baseboards installed 1 week after purchasing and James did a wonderful job. Euan and Robert were great to work with and well definitely using their services again for our downstairs rooms.

I regularly use TriCounty Flooring America in Turlock. (I own a Property Management Company) There staff is easy to work with, we receive estimates quickly at great prices, and AWESOME service from start to finish. Best part of it is I dont have to schedule with multiple people. I deal with Euan (who is great!) and he handles everything for me.

I enjoyed working with Euan Kennedy, who carefully explained the properties of the material we choose for our flooring needs. I must mention the installation crew: OUTSTANDING!!! I have worked with many contactors over the years, and this crew outshined them all! I couldnt be happier with the staff in every aspect of making our home into a more lovely place.

They just finished installing my wood flooring. First,let me say that Im in construction and I know what quality work should look like and these guys do amazing work. I was highly impressed with the craftsmanship and the guys in the crew were very polite. They cleaned up at the end of the work day. After they completed the job, the foreman walked with me through every room to make sure I was completely satisfied. The pricing was also very fair. I highly recommend this company

I highly recommend TriCounty Flooring America for your flooring remodel. Not only do they have the best prices around the area but their customer service and prompt installation was impressive. The installation was finished a day ahead of schedule and everyday the crew cleaned up after themselves.A big thank you to Mr. Kennedy whose communication and friendliness was welcoming and appreciated. Beautiful showroom. Great Customer Service. I had an issue with a different supplier on my vinyl plank I was trying to purchase. I visited TriCounty Flooring and spoke with Sean. He was truly amazing! He calmed me down & told me they had the exact same flooring in stock and he would match the price. In less than 24 hours the plank was delivered to my home. Even the deliver crew was amazing. Fast, friendly with a smile on their faces. I definitely recommend this flooring company. If you think you are getting a deal somewhere else, give TriCounty Flooring the opportunity to give you a quote. You wont regret it.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who are not very computer savvy!We just want to thank Tri County Flooring and Euan at the Turlock store. We were in desperate need of new flooring and were on a budget. The last time we did our flooring it was from a big box store and it took a 9 weeks to get everything completed and we still had to put our own baseboards on. Euan spent at least two hours with us going over the different options. He reminded us that we had dogs, who sometimes have accidents in the house. He showed us the product that would be the best for our needs. When they pulled up the old floors they pointed out issues with the wood underneath and suggested that we fix it. We know it was a necessary fix and would have cost us in the end if we didnt fix it before the new floors went down. Thank you to the crew for that! At the end Euan did a walk through with us and made sure that we were completely happy! We were and still are! We are grateful for the quick and professional service that we received. When the product arrived and we were scheduled it was two days in and out! We are at retirement age and it is nice to know that we have a home with beautiful floors that will last our life time!With Much Appreciation we highly recommend Tri County Flooring-Joe and Linda Jenkins from Atwater

Cayle and team were fantastic to work with and the istaller Rick was one of the best Ive ever dealt with. Rick really takes pride in his work no short cuts and personally saw to it that his install was the best it could be. Highly recommend Tri County to anybody looking to do floor covering of any sort they are a class act. The floors exceeded my expectations and look phenomenal!! Way to go Tri County

Starting with the initial consultation for a flooring replacement, Tri County Flooring, and specifically, Cayle, was punctual, polite and exceedingly effective and efficient.The pre-sale was handled entirely electronically, but Cayle also welcomed me to his showroom to physically examine and view the flooring first hand. For me though, the excellent quality images and descriptions were more than sufficient and it saved me a lot of time. And once the products were selected, Cayle took the project and ran with it. As to the very few questions I had; Cayle answered each one VERY promptly and left me knowing I had true professionals on the job.Tri County was also exceedingly adaptable. When other construction delayed the flooring installation, they very politely rescheduled with no fuss or drama. I greatly appreciated their flexibility -- all the time being mindful of my overall construction deadline. In my past, rescheduling anything in a construction project was like trying to pass an act of congress. Not so with Tri Valley!Regarding the installation, the finished product was absolutely stellar! There was not a seem or baseboard out of place and every miter cut was absolutely perfect! Not even one degree off! Additionally, installation was accomplished quickly and Tri County staff left the job site FAR cleaner than they found it. They went, very much, above and beyond!In summary, Tri County Flooring has become my flooring company. For my rental properties and my home, Ill look nowhere else.
