Larry is an incredible personal trainer. Ive been with Larry for about 6 years now and I am in the best shape of my life thanks to him. He goes above and beyond for each client to personalize workouts and to make sure you are getting the results you want. Being a college athlete, I have strict goals and performance standards I have to achieve and I honestly don’t think I could have done it without Larry. He is extremely dedicated to his work and makes time for every individual client. Nothing but respect for Larry and I would highly recommend his services to anybody that is serious about achieving their fitness goals.

Larry has been my trainer for more than 10 years and I see many other trainers every time I work out with him and there is no doubt Larry is about the best available. He as worked on different goals for me at different times. Weight loss worked great and he has helped maintain the goal weight I set. Muscle mass and strength training goals have also been achieved. He also focusses on developing better habits and routines. Great to work with and a nice person too.

Larry Cook is a terrific trainer. He has the ability to ask the right questions in order to glean exactly what I needed in a training session. He is an expert in kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology along with different training methodologies. Larry comes to each training session with a personalized program just for me, that being said he can also modify that session if I am injured. He has worked with me to be able to continue to train while healing previous injuries. Larry listens and communicates exactly what is needed to make my performance the best it can be. He motivates and inspires me to continue my training. He works with me daily to achieve my nutrition and dieting goals. He also understands that we are all human and that we need to enjoy living while working towards being healthy and strong. He wants only the best for all of his clients. I feel lucky to have found such an amazing trainer.

Larry is a master at what he does. If you follow Larrys custom tailored diet plan, and put in some hard work, you will get results! Your diet is 80% of the game, so I find it very helpful that Larry takes the time to help you figure out what works best for you! I have been training with Larry for years now, and have made improvements and gains in many ways. I am stronger, have more muscle mass, and eat much better than I used to. Larry cares about his clients, and loves what he does. If you arent getting the results youre after, he will make sure to change up whatever is necessary to get you where you want to be. Whatever your fitness goals are (losing weight, getting cut, bulking up, etc.), Larry will personalize a workout and nutrition plan to help you reach them. Hes very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and injuries and I guarantee youll learn something new each session. In addition, Larry has a great personality and can make you laugh even when hes pushing you to the limit. Im a former Division I athlete and he helped me get into the best shape of my life. I highly recommend anyone looking for a high quality trainer to give Larry a call.

This is hands down the best experience Ive had with a trainer. Unlike other trainers, Larry made sure I got results. He made sure I ate the right foods, got the right supplements and was on top of me with my weight. Hes a really humble and sweet guy and is extremely easy to bond with. I have been working out with Larry for almost 2 years. I have had trainers before but he is the only one I felt had a true mastery of his craft. His Knowledge of exercise and nutrition is beyond impressive. Previous to meeting Larry I would have considered myself advanced in the gym with 10 + years of experience, but even so, I learned far more with Larry in a relatively short amount of time than I had a decade before. Larry is all about the form, not the amount of weight. He breaks down the exercises into small movements while making sure posture and form are perfect to maximize effectiveness. Hell kick your butt with half amount of weight you think you can do. The toughest part for me out of everything was nutrition. If I can give one key piece of advice it would be.. Follow every bit of instruction he gives to a T. Dont think you can cheat a little here.. a little there.. and still get the results. It will literally sabotage all the effort you put to your workouts. I could go on and on about exercise and diet.. but the best thing I got out of my time with Larry was a friend.

I trained with Larry for about a year, and within that year he truly tranformed my body, workout ethic and nutritional habits. Larry is friendly, he always kept me focused and pushed me when I needed a little extra focus. I checked my weight and nutrition with him regularily, and he was ALWAYS available to help me with my nutrition questions/concerns. Larry worked around my injuries (& schedule) and still managed to get (me) results, even with modifications. I have been seeing Larry for roughly a year now and I cant overemphasize how great it has been for me and the level of results Ive been able to see. Larry has a great deal of knowledge not only when it comes to training, but he also knows a ton about nutrition. I think at any given time he is always the nerdiest person in the gym- his knowledge of physiology and nutrition is very extensive. I tend to ask a ton of questions about our workouts and he always has the answers. He is extremely easy to get along with and its obvious how much he really cares about his clients. He caters to your specific needs and works with tenacity to help you reach your goals. Im about to move to a different state and although Im sad I wont get to see larry anymore he will still be working with me to develop routines. A truly fantastic trainer- I highly recommend him.

Training with Larry is not like any other trainer Ive worked with. He knows exactly what hes talking about, makes the time go fast while putting you through your routine and because of his extensive knowledge and understanding of how your body works gives easy to follow intelligent suggestion about how to get the best results for YOU, for your body type and your fitness goals. Ive had trainers that became my friend and allowed an hour in the gym to be 50% chit chat. Larry IS my friend, yet he succeeds at getting me to do the work and get the full benefits of our gym time together.
