My disabled son has been a patient of Dr. Kim for approximately 13 years. We think Dr. Kim is a wonderful doctor: knowledgeable and highly competent, while also responsive to his patients needs and concerns. The staff is great except for the billing department which is difficult to deal with.

Dr. Shakantula Patil is absolutely amazing! She always makes sure my grandmother is comfortable during appointments, and takes her time with her patients. Dr. Patil also calls to follow up on any questions/concerns my grandmother might have. She definitely meets all of our needs! Moreover, everyone in the scheduling office is very nice and helpful.

If I could do no stars I would. Facility lied about cost of surgery, then when the true cost of surgery was made available they charge you 250$ to cancel, so you pay surgery cost or cancellation fee. Crooked tri-valley and crooked golden triangle. Shady practices this is why Americans hate the health care system.

I had a fall this week and shattered my knee. The office was accommodating allowing me to have a computer visit rather than coming to the office.Dr De La Salas had already reviewed my ER notes and X-rays prior to my appointment and started my ortho referral. I appreciate her recognizing the urgency of my situation and being on top of it. She was very thorough and efficient. Great experience during a difficult time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Helen Tran for about 2 years now. She is knowledgeable, caring, and takes her job as a provider seriously. During this last 2 years she has been there and has continued to help provide me with the best care possible. Additionally, the online patient portal has been invaluable. The staff returns my messages in a timely manner and without that would probably not be able to keep track of all that’s gone on the last 2 years. I value Dr. Tran’s opinion, her expertise, and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Dr. Tran, Alana (her medical assistant), and the rest of the staff for what you do!Your satisfied customer;)

New to the group, Ive been seeing Dr. DE Alas Alas. My two most recent visit has been smooth. About 5 mins to the lobby, staff take you in right away and about 5 mins the doctor comes in to see you in your room. Not a long of a wait time, shes very thorough and doesnt seem to be rushing, addresses all your concerned.

First time here and I absolutely loved it. My Dr was amazing. She was very attentive. She was on the role and helping me in every way. The medical assistant could be a little more friendly but hey everyone has different personalities. However I was overall happy.

I have had the pleasure of being cared for by some of the highest ranked and respected Doctors in Orange County and Los Angeles California. Dr. Kims knowledge, caring, and manner ranks him right up there with the best! We did not lose medical care or confidence in our Doctor because we moved away from the metropolitan hubs!

I’ve been coming here after every pregnancy and it hasn’t failed me yet. Jessica was really helpful with explaining the different supplements they have and she was very nice and accommodating. After two weeks I’m already down 10lbs and I feel very motivated. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been going to Trivalley medical group since 2016. I’ve had excellent care from several of the doctors, Victor Nguyen for years, Debralynn Zickafoose, PA Joe is awesome, NP Green and currently seeing Mercedes De Las Alas (Dr D) all have given me great care at all times and Dr D is just amazing, down to earth and very thorough..so another great choice..It’s good to know they all have my past visits in front of them, no matter which one I see. No Urgent care needed they will find a great Dr, PA or NP that can see you if you get sick and need to see someone. It’s a great group.

Beware the billing department of this Tri Valley medical group is absolutely horrible.!!The doctor is a very good doctor but beware that the doctor might be in your network with your PPO, but the Tri Valley Medical Group is not.I kept getting charge co-pay additional fees after I paid the co-pay on every visit then I get bills in the mail and I have to chase down credit card statements. Nobody will let you see the doctor without paying your co-pay first they did the six times. Keep all of your credit card receipts or whatever you use to make your payment. They told me with Blue Shield I was in network now I find out they are not in network. Therefore you will receive additional bills like I just did for $107 when they made another mistake seventh time. Make sure upfront you do your due diligence or you’ll be sorry. Never trust this office

They truly are all excellent Doctors, Nurses and staff members that work at Tri Valley Medical. We have never had a problem with any one there. They are all top notch professionals willing to do what ever it takes to help out the patients. There motto must be patients first, because it works. Absolutely love this clinic compared to others!! I look forward to going in once a week to see my progress. The atmosphere is clean and the staff is incredibly helpful! Lack of quality care and communication. The last straw was an appointment they gave me at the wrong address and when I arrived at the right one 20 minutes late they refused to see me even though my last visit I waited for 45 minutes on them in the waiting room! Very selfish way of doing business so I moved on!

I have had the opportunity to see several Drs at this clinic and I can’t say how thankful I am for the staff and Drs responding to any questions or appts needed for my care. They have given me the option to either have an in office or telemedicine appt. The online portal is an excellent way to contact staff with questions, concerns, letters or forms required. There was only one NP that dismissed my needs or concern and that’s the reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star.

Office is very efficient and wait times for appts are short. The staff is very kind and understanding and never have had any issues at all. I see a NP, Leann Green and she is very attentive and truly wants to help you with anything you may be suffering from or just a normal recommended wellness visit. I highly recommend this office!

Dr Helen Tran and her staff are always compassionate, informative and supportive. I have been a patient for almost 2 years . My most recent visit was for a hospital follow up, Dr Tran was lovely as always . She is 100 % present during her exams, she does not rush and she makes sure you have a clear understanding reg your plan of care, and meds before you leave . Not to mention she is just a beautiful soul ! I have read a few neg reviews reg wait time . Please try and understand this is not a restaurant, this is not a hotel . This is healthcare, unexpected situations arise with sick pts . Being understanding and patient is so important, with the patient loads the physicians are doing their best to give you the best attentive care possible . I will highly recommend Tri Valley Medical Group !

Horrible first time visit! I was told via telephone when scheduling my appointment (that alone was a nightmare speaking to an elderly woman who seemed to be incompetent) that my appointment was scheduled for 11:30am and to arrive by 11:15am. I arrived @11:17am, signed in (I was asked if I had all ppwk filled out, which highly confused me being how I was not given any ppwk prior to checking in) and waited for 15mins prior to being called to the front desk only to be told that I would need to reschedule. Both the front desk clerk/receptionist was rude and the elderly woman who handles the scheduling for the office. I could have been filling out the new patient ppwk while I sat and waited for 15mins prior to being called back up to the front desk - Unfortunately, I wasnt able to experience seeing Dr. Tran because she refused to see me and insisted that I reschedule my appointment. The front desk staff all the way around seems to be uneducated, rude and incapable of completing task in a professional mannerism. Also, bathrooms were less than sanitary. Not a good look for a medical facility.

Worst customer service! After 6 faxes, plus 2 more a few weeks ago, no one was able to help. Was given 3 fax numbers spoke to Gloria, Marina, Gina, Fabiola, and Maria...all incompetent and rude. Going back home with extreme tooth ache because they couldnt do their job and clear me to see my Dentist. Horrible!!

I have been regular patient... for 4 years... Now, must wait hours to get a phone call thru the automated (undefined filtered) phone mechanical regulator... GO TO... and after 10 minutes recycle thru the automated phone... reply ... until you reach.... You have to call back...Quality of service ... mostly pill pushers... if some previous doctor has prescribed a pill, they will renew... if you are over 65...a senior... less service and its norm for your age... do not expect any follow-up... and mostly go see some other clinic miles away, and get some tests there...
