We had an inspection done last week and we are still waiting for the contracted employee that did the inspection to sign an attestation form to complete our inspection. I have reached out to trend source on 5 occasions and left message (nobody picks the phone up ever) and havent gotten a response from them or the contracted inspector so now we are literally sitting around twiddling our thumbs,

Had an inspection order for a car dealership waited 5 days with no response from this company. I recommend using another inspection company!!!

Its way too much work for very little pay. For instance, you have to drive to a location (gas prices ridiculous right now 🙄), take a bunch of photos, take an extensive survey, all of which takes over and hour+....just to get paid $8. Thats well below the minimum wage here in CA. Not worth the time, gas, or energy.

If there was an option for no stars that would be my rating. I went all over town for this company let alone all these test and certifications that must be taken in exchange for being paid in beans because their pay rate is so low. Did three assignments and got paid ten dollars. People make more than that panhandling. Not to mention all the gas wasted. Waste of my time. You are better off finding work at 711 or some fast food place. Unless you have absolutely nothing to do and want to waste your time and money on the possibility of being paid, I suggest go do something else. I am extremely dissatisfied with this greedy company.

I rarely need to contact support but, in the past, they have been very helpful. This last time, however, I was onsite and in need of immediate assistance. Instead of the usually high level of service, this time I was run in circles and did not get the information I needed.I believe this was a one time event and I will remain dependent on support when I need assistance.TrendSource is one the best companies I contract with, and recommend them for everyone.

I have worked for Trendsource since 2012. They are an excellent company, always respectful and always honorable. Im very happy to be working with them. They always pay me and I have never had any problems. I like the staff, very much too!

I signed up as an agent, years ago. ThenThey called me, asking me to completeagent investigationsI did four, completing them according to scheduleUploaded photos & paperwork with required verbiage then a week later was told it was late and I wouldn’t get paid.Don’t trust this unethical company:
