I was paying way too much at Farmer’s for bare minimum insurance. After seeing so many commercials I decided to call State Farm. I’m so glad I did! I spoke with Diana Sinclair. Diana was able to lower my monthly rate as well as give me more than two times the amount of coverage I had with Farmer’s. She was fast, friendly, and very empathetic! 10/10 service! Trek took over my account after my previous State Farm Agent had retired in 2019. His office has always gone the extra distance to ensure my insurance needs have been met. TJ Williams whom I have dealt with many times was very helpful in obtaining the new vehicle Insurance I required for a new vehicle purchase today. Assisting her with getting me the quote I needed was her counterpart Alicia. I am very impressed with there level of commitment to their customers. Nearly one year ago I signed with Trek Sinclair State Farm insurance. TJ Williams handled my account....To this day continues to get back to me quite quickly with any little question. TJ has made me feel like I was her only client. She had to work with a 21 day close on a home I purchased, and never was there a shadow of a doubt that she would be prompt, reliable, and trustworthy to get back to my mortgage lender. She is extremely, extremely responsive she is delightful....awesome, an amazing communicator! She has always gone above and beyond!!!... recommend 110%!!

Wrap it up, your search for all your insurance needs ends here. This branch, like Michael Jordan, is the greatest of all time and cannot be topped.While everyone at this branch handles business like no other, TJ holds a special spot in my roster. Sometimes I hit her with a 5 item list and she has them in my inbox before the phone call is over.This is a perfect example of hiring good people. And treating them right. Very helpful and personal approach. We were able to save over $1000 over our current insurance and we now have better protection. No pressure sales, Trek and his staff are just helpful and supportive. They are quick to answer any questions or concerns.I had State Farm a number of years ago and switched to a different agency when I got remarried. My past experiences with State Farm were good and I had no problems when I had to make a claim. My wifes insurance at the time was less expensive, so we went with hers.Our insurance rates with the other company increased dramatically, even though we have never made any claims. Our property insurance on the old company doubled. We checked out State Farm and we were able to get better insurance for about $1000 less than the other company.Trek was very helpful throughout all of the process. We are very happy to have made the switch!

We moved all of our policies to Trek becuase Jerry Dizon, our original agent, whom we loved and are very grateful for and miss dearly, sold his practice to Peter Schiro, who was terrible. Trek used to work for Jerry and we remembered him being involved in some of our claims previously and figured he would be better than Pete, so we moved all of our policies. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Trek finds it difficult to perfom his job when there is an actual need from his clients. I have to cll in every week to follow up on things he is supposed to be keeping me updated on. I recently called him to find out what is going on with my sons car (it was stolen back in February and nothing has been resolved yet and the whole situation has been a nightmare of incompetence on the part of State Farm) and he told me he would check in with clais and see what was going on and get right back to me...that was two days ago. I called today to speak with him and he tried to get me to start the whole process over with one of his employees. Im done with Trek and with State Farm. Apparently, its not about the company, but who you get in the company because our experience with Jerry Dizon was incredible

We just switched over to State Farm and not even a week later our roof started leaking, hot water heater burst, living room flooded, etc. It was a Monday of all Mondays….I am so grateful that I was able to contact Trek and speak to him about what our policy would cover right away. But if you miss the days of personable and friendly customer service tailored to your own needs, whether it be through email or by phone, give Trek a call. He and his staff can answer all your questions immediately because they actually know the answers. My old agent retired, so I had to find a new one, and was dreading losing such a great agent, but my experience with Trek and his team has been nothing short of awesome.

Id like to start off by saying that insurance in general is a stressful and when calling around to get a quote its gets overwhelming to the point where I cant deal with anything. However, Alicia was amazing. My auto quote was higher than what I wanted to be and I had to turn that down. However we had a conversation about life insurance and how I can set that up. She made it really easy, straight forward. It was a done deal within 25 minutes or so. She was super kind and super attentive. Definitely recommend this branch.

Well I had to wait five long years for State Farm to even except me as I think that is there policy for house insurance or maybe the fact that I lived up north in fire country but I’ve gotta tell you that while waiting the five years I was paying some other place $275 bucks a month just for my house and now I’m with State Farm and paying the exact same $285.16 per month but for full coverage of my Harley as I doubled the blue book price of it and my house that has the same footage and my Mini coupe full coverage and finally my Ford 4X4 f150 ins required by law. Yes all three vehicles and my house as it’s only $97 per month as opposed to $275 so wait the five years if needed because after that you just can’t beat their prices!!!!!Patrick
