Travis was Fantastic!! With this housing market, it’s been very hard to find a house you love and not get negative about the whole experience. This is our second time buying a home and Travis was so positive the whole time. Which made us have a positive experience. He always answered our questions right away and was on top of things that we needed done. Travis even had a great recommendation for our loan officer, which he ended up being just as great. Travis helped us sell our house in Palm Desert. We had moved out of the area already, so we needed lots of help getting the house in its best condition and keeping it that way during all the showings. Travis was awesome as our boots on the ground during this time, and his contractor referrals for minor work needed on the house were simply EXCELLENT - responsive, good quality and affordable! Strongly recommend Travis.

Travis was so easy to work with. He was fast to respond, understood my needs, and didnt waste my time with listings that wouldnt work for me. He was great with communication and made the whole process as easy as possible. Even when we faced problems with the seller, he stayed on top of everything and got the problem resolved as quickly as possible. I will 100% use Travis again and recommend him to all my friends.

My wife and I are so thankful to have found Travis. We live in Chicago and had to rely on his incredible knowledge of the desert. He was beyond helpful in knowing what area to go to and what area to stay away from.He was able to set us up with a local loan agent, do virtually showings, and eventually bring us to the new home we now love.Travis is not a great guy, but really fantastic at his profession. Travis Jenkins was a pleasure to work with in a difficult transaction for the purchase of a house in Indio, which we bought sight unseen. Sometimes the stars align and I truly believe that was the case when we chose to buy a home in Palm Desert. Travis Jenkins, a realtor with Windermere Homes and Estates, replied to our inquiry and found us the perfect place. Having known the Windermere brand in the Pacific Northwest, we knew we would be in capable hands. Due to COVID, we did not want to fly down to California. That did not deter Travis from finding us a home, doing expert virtual tours and negotiating the transaction. He was very responsive at every step, whether it be emails or calls at any time of the day or night. His knowledge of the local real estate market was unsurpassed, but it was the personal touch that has inspired me to write my first online review of anything.Travis goes above and beyond in customer care. An example was when we weren’t able to be there to obtain and install all new TV/internet equipment. With renters in the condo, we did not want to have interruption of service. Travis obtained all the equipment and completed the installation! We were eternally grateful.Travis is passionate about making your real estate transaction seamless and enjoyable. The listing agent also had high praise for him.I highly recommend him for any real estate purchase in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area.
