I have had State Farm Insurance for almost a decade. If you are looking for a company that is truly there for you when you need them, this is it! Travis and his team have helped me in so many ways. They are so knowledgeable and kind. They have made my claims process smooth and have always been available right away when I needed a tow. Travis has sat down with my husband and I more than once to go over our life insurance to make sure we are set up well for our kids. He is a man of integrity who truly cares about his customers.

On the 9th of March, Saturday, my 2014 Honda Accord was stolen from in front of our home. The culprits drove the vehicle for around half a mile along the main road before crashing into a ditch. It resulted in the deployment of the airbag and extensive damage to the front end of the car. Fortunately, our insurance provider, handled our situation quickly. Upon determining that the car was irreparable, we were promptly provided with a settlement within a 12-day timeframe. Travis Foster has been my agent for almost 15 years. State farm took me when my old insurance company was giving me a hassle about our roof shortly after we bought our house. State Farm solved the problem immediately. Over the years weve been through the Carr Fire and two vehicles being totaled. I chose State Farm originally after having a bunch of experiences with insurance company and claims, out of those that I had state farm was the best and quickest response of any company.Once I chose State Farm it was pretty obvious that Travis foster was the team to go to as they have the best reputation and employees. I have had nothing but positive experiences with all of State Farm, not just with the company itself but also the individual business of Travis foster and all that he offers! I’d highly recommend him and do recommend him to anyone looking for insurance.

I wanted to do a review for them because although through the years they have been super professional, competitive with pricing and they make you feel like you are part of their family.2020 was a tough year for me. I had a couple of hair salons and when the state closed us down for the second time, Travis actually emailed me with some suggestions for improving business when we opened back up. I was so taken back by this because people just dont do those things anymore. Travis really demonstrated that he truly cares about his clients. I have been with State Farm for the past 3 years having used most of the well known insurers before. I have had a fantastic experience. Travis and his staff have been friendly and extremely helpful. The test of a great insurance agency is how they handle/treat you once you have an accident. Many insurers talk about being the lowest cost but once you need their help with a claim you struggle to get quick and easy answers and your claim takes longer than expected. When I had an accident it was taken care of right away and Travis and the team made sure I was happy.

I have been insured by State Farm (specifically Travis and his Team) for over 10-years. Recently I was in a car accident leaving me without transportation 10-miles from home on a Friday afternoon. Travis Team was able to arrange for a tow, recommend the closest and best reviewed repair shop, arrange for a rental, and got me home by dinner. The follow-up service was excellent! I was kindly educated in what to do next and my hand was held through each phase of the process to get back behind the wheel. The repair shop recommended was top notch. There are so many insurance companies that provide competitive pricing but it’s the Agent that sends your insurance experience over the top! We have been with Travis for 9 years and haven’t regretted it a bit. He is personable and incredibly methodical when it comes to finding the best insurance levels for you. He calls and checks up on you to insure you have the proper insurance for you and your loved ones. His staff is friendly and actually remember who you are and treat you like family. His integrity goes above and beyond anything I would expect from an agent. During the Carr fire (Redding), our aunt and uncle unfortunately lost their home. They were lost and didn’t know what to do next. Travis was not their agent but in between helping his own clients, made the time to help them get a hold of their agent and helped walk them through the process. Truly a stand up guy who is honest and trustworthy. He only cares about what is best for his clients. Never oversells insurance you don’t need. I started my insurance with this State Farm when I returned from living in Nevada. I was with them for awhile and then decided to switch. That was a big mistake. The other insurance company was horrible. I ended up switching back to State Farm. This office was really good about getting me the best quote and working to cover all my insurance needs such as adding my renters to my policy. I have used State Farm & specifically Travis Fossters agency for 11-12 years I believe. They’re the absolute best. They listen, advise you on your policies & make suggestions to change if you want. Travis is incredible- personable, smart, kind, compassionate, understanding & honest. And then there’s Brianne, likely the reason why I would never go anywhere else- for me- she’s been the point of contact for all the bad things (minor issues) & then if there’s a problem- Brianne hears it (Travis always follows up) but Brianne listens, she takes action, & she makes things happen. During those sad times I will never forget my phone call was met with Brianne’s- the sound of concern, empathy, of understanding in the midst of all the questions being asked. I didnt know what to expect from an insurance agent, but when my car was crushed in a snow storm in 2019, I was immediately told that I would be looked after. I have never in my life experienced such incompetent work from any professional. Originally I was misquoted 3-4 times. Then when my rates went up after I paid my bill no one called me to let me know. And they charged me for the extra that I wasnt told I had to pay when I went into the location to pay my bill. While Im paying almost $200 dollars every month Im only covered for a small amount but only for accidents and if my car is stolen.
