Kiara is an incredible, deeply thoughtful, talented and all-around amazing trainer! I have loved working with her since the start. She has taught me so much about fitness, properly fueling my body for exercise and my overall health. I feel so much stronger since I began working with her a year ago. No two workouts are ever alike, and they are always challenging, which keeps it fun and interesting. Kiara has a warm and caring personality and she’s a pleasure to meet with a few times a week. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been training with Kiara for over 6 months and she is fantastic. I found my way to her following acute knee/foot injuries and a nagging back injury that were persisting despite months of physical therapy. I was interested in weight training, but needed help finding a way into it that was functional, sustainable, scalable, and, most importantly, safe for my body. In her warm, grounded wisdom and perceptive attention to the body, Kiara helped me heal with corrective exercise and functional movement. From there, she guided me through growing my strength holistically to the point that now I am doing Olympic lifts! I love my training sessions with her, for the fun (seriously!) and challenge. She brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and precision to her work and I recommend her wholeheartedly!

I have been training with Kiara for 2 years now and it has been amazing. I am an avid runner and had issues with plantar facilities in my heel when I started training with Kiara, but through her stretching and coaching, I am now pain free. Kiaras workouts are both challenging and fun and get me to work muscles that I would never do on my own. I have seen really strong results and couldnt recommend Kiara more, no matter what shape you are in, give her a try and you wont regret it.

Kiara is an amazing trainer that will change your life! She looks at health and wellness holistically and adapts her recommendations to you as an individual. She has helped me build and tone muscle in my post-baby body and also really improved my knowledge of nutrition. We live part time in Hawaii and her sessions are just as impactful whether in person or over zoom. Could not recommend her enough :)

I was looking to improve my strength and found Kiara. This was the best decision as I had no idea how off I was. I had pelvic tilt that was impeding my ability to move and sapping my performance on my bike. After a few sessions I was standing taller and now after six months my measurements are outstanding.That recaps the physical, but the emotional side is just as good. Kiara pushes me on the right days and is always focused on my form. Her energy lifts me up. Many a time I have arrived tired and wanting a mellow workout, but I have always left energized! Kiara has increased my strength and mobility in under one year of training! I truly attribute much of my success to Kiaras holistic approach to physical health and wellness. On days where my energy is low (say post illness) we do work ins, and on work out days, we do a short shavasana to let the hard work sink in and remaining stress slip away.

Kiara is the absolute best and I’m so glad I found her. I’ve been training with Kiara weekly for over a year and have seen amazing results in my overall strength, balance, mobility, and energy levels. Kiara pushes me to stretch myself beyond what I think I’m capable of. She personalizes each workout to meet my individual needs and never does the same workout twice. I usually walk out feeling like I got the best workout of my life. She’s also so much fun to be around and genuinely cares about her clients. I feel like I’m working out with a good friend each time and look forward to our gym time.

I started seeing Kiara when I was pregnant and continue to see her 1 yr postpartum. She not only trains my body, but also my mind to improve my relationship towards exercising. Kiara is super knowledgeable, a great communicator, and a true expert at her craft. She works with me to tailor exercises for my home workouts and when I’m traveling. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and feel much better about my journey. I am so grateful I found Kiara and truly can’t imagine life without our weekly sessions!!

I have been lucky enough to have begun my physical training with Kiara about 2.5 years ago, doing both virtual and studio sessions. Kiara is an amazing trainer and instrumental in having my body regain strength that had slowly decreased through undergoing a few injuries. Kiaras training sessions are always fun, challenging and supportive with variation to keep each session interesting. Now I can even do a 2.5 minute plank from not doing any prior!She is truly inspirational, painstakingly making sure I keep gaining strength, getting more fit, all of this giving me a much needed creative boost that I am excited about doing challenging art works! I am looking forward to continue training under Kiara to further my fitness and strength levels. Train With Kiara is a wonderful investment in your health!

I have been training with Kiara for about 2 years now. I am so very grateful that I found her. At 36 years old, while I was in pretty good shape and fairly active, I had never lifted weights in my life!! Now I am confident enough to lift on my own and I have strength and body awareness that I never imagined would be possible!! Kiara is a joy to spend time with. On days that I struggle and have less energy, she offers support and encouragement and gently pushes my edges-always leaving me feeling better at the end of the session than when I started. On the days I am excelling and making progress, she is cheering me on and celebrating with me.
