Tracy deserves a big shout out for transforming my unique situation into a successful purchase of my dream home. I never thought in a million years that my dream of owning a home would come true, but here I am, moving from an expensive rental to a house that my children and I absolutely love, all within my budget. Tracy understood my goals and made it all come together perfectly, so now Im set for whats next. Tracy is the best, seriously! Tracy was fantastic to work with on a refinance. I had so many questions and Tracy answered each one in a way that I could understand the process and the options that were available. I needed this to happen quickly and Tracy did that for me. The process was so easy and quick that I can hardly believe that my new loan is in place!

I feel we were extremely lucky to get in contact with Tracy. For the past 2-3 years, during this crazy market, she has helped us in every way. If I had a question, she would respond quickly. Even if we were not ready to buy, she helped us see what we could afford. She helped us find the best loan and fought hard to get us the best rates! We were new to the west coast and Tracy was recommended to us. Little that we knew California real estate market is nothing like new york. Tracy helped us through the process every step of the way. She was very responsive and we never had to wait to get a response from her. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer generic questions and run the numbers immediately. There were no surprises in the process. She was also constantly following up with other parties to make sure there are no delays. My coworker is closing on a house a 4 days later than I and my interest rate is much better than hers.

Tracy was the best loan officer we have ever worked with. She accomplished so much, I know our loan was challenging but she got through each step and did so in a timely manner. She kept excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. That is the sign of someone who cares. We highly recommend her for anyone looking to finance a home.

Tracy was great! She worked hard, efficiently and promptly during our whole experience! She even worked late at night with me during some of my only free time since I work 12 hour shifts in the hospital.My first time buying a home and a loan this large was scary but Tracy eased the way, explained things and showed patience when I wanted to better understand anything. I 100% recommend Tracy!

Tracy is the best! She helped us with a refi on a property and a new loan on another and both went extremely well. The rates were awesome! Tracy and her team work hard to get the deals done quickly so if you need something done fast she’ll get it done! She was always available to speak with us and answer all of our questions. Tracy is amazing. She was friendly, communicative, and guided my girlfriend and I through the loan process every step of the way. What was most impressive is that she was able to navigate through my difficult income situation - I do many individual one-off jobs, and have multiple W-2s w/ many production companies, with pay that includes guaranteed OT calculated for my day rates (I work in the movie / commercial industry). This did not rattle Tracy as she totally crushed it handling the paperwork and getting the rate and proper loan that I desired. Overall definitely recommend her for any loan needs, and I will be coming back for the ReFi!

Tracy was such a blessing to work with! She came in $1,000 under her original quote, got us to docs in 21 days and reduced our payment by $257.65 a month. I still can’t believe we will be saving over $91K in interest. Amazing!It was refreshing to work with Tracy because she was transparent about how the process worked and how much she would charge in fees. She didn’t hide anything. She took the time to educate us about how a refinance works and remained responsive through the entire process.Update 10/13/20This is now our second time working with Tracy.
