Traci is an awesome agent! She knows the market, is detailed=oriented and does everything just right. She is easy to work with and is always only a phone call or text message away. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with her. After settlement, Traci didnt just disappear. She kept in touch with us to see if there was anything she could do to help us settle in. Since we live almost two hours from our newly purchased Palm Desert home, we were grateful for her and her husband Jasons help. My husband and I were relocating to another state and were looking for an agent to help sell our home in Indio.We planned on interviewing 3 agents, and so we sent inquiries. Traci responded within minutes! We met with her the following day, and felt a sense of ease with her… like we had known each other a long time. She presented to us her plan on how she would market our home. The trust we felt was immediate; we canceled the other interviews and went with Traci. We decided that it was important for us to have an agent who is very responsive, passionate about her work, and is someone whom we are very comfortable with.Later that evening, Traci did her research and sent us comparables, notes on each property, and suggested list price of our property (which was beyond what we considered based on the usual internet research, yet still very much rooted in reality).Our timeline:Week 0 - interviewed TraciWeek 1 - home photos taken (the photos were so amazing; we wanted to buy our own home! Lol!)Week 1.5 - home was listedWeek 2 - accepted a really solid offer (above asking), and went into escrow!Week 4 - officially sold!Traci made it really easy for us! She had our backs through the entire selling process, and made the experience stress-free (the only source of stress came from packing all our stuff because the house sold so fast!).Traci is efficient, organized, strategic, and still very caring and warm. What a wonderful combination— a testament to her extensive experience, dedication to her profession, and innate kindness.

What I like most about Traci is she is energetic, professional, honest and openly tells you pros and cons. You feel like you are working with a friend. She wants you to be satisfied and we were in purchasing our home in PGA West. Traci worked so hard for us, was always available and we found our perfect home in 2 weeks. She goes above and beyond after the sale giving you contacts, a book to keep all of your documents organized and even brought shipments into the garage when we weren’t home! I loved working with Traci!

I discovered Traci by searching for realtors online and reading reviews. After seeing so many great reviews for her, I gave her a call and the reviews didnt let me down. So now its my turn.My wife and I couldnt be happier with the experience we had with Traci. All boxes checked. Kind, honest, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Shes the total package. You really get a realtor and a friend.Selling or buying a home is always a stressful thing. Hiring Traci makes that stress seem a lot more bearable. Shell absolutely be the first person I call if I ever need a realtor in the future. Do yourself a favor, end your search with this review and hire her.

We have worked with Traci twice now in selling and buying homes. I have never met a more energetic, client focused realtor, who thinks of everything and would do anything for her clients. She responds to every text and email quickly, and she is truly happy for you getting exactly what you want. We could not be more pleased with her service, and beyond that if we every buy and sell again in her area, we will be going right back to her again.

I have to say Traci is amazing!! I use to be a realtor and I have very high expectations. She is smart, on top of it, communicates promptly. The list of the good stuff goes on. We also felt protected, and that our concerns were always addressed. She really does go above and beyond! We loved her services so much we referred a family member and they are closing on their home next week! I highly recommend Traci for all your real estate needs.

I want to start off by saying that working with Traci Sadler was a blessing in disguise. After my mom passed away suddenly, we needed to sell her property. I live in Upstate New York and have never lived in the Palm Desert area. I found Tracis information by researching other houses in the area and came across one of her listings. As soon as I called her - we clicked. I loved her enthusiasm and her willingness to hear our story and to help. Since I was not familiar with the market nor the area, I had to put a lot of trust in her experience and knowledge. It was evident that her expertise, listening skills, negotiation skills and attention to all details were outstanding as she was able to get my moms house sold quickly for us. She gave undivided attention every time we communicated. It was hard being so many miles away and in different time zones and not being able to assist first hand.Tracis explanation and guidance through the process from start to finish gave us the comfort and confidence that we needed as we proceeded. Traci was available for questions when they arose via phone and over text / email and always gave adequate time when needed. What ever was needed - Traci offered her assistance without hesitation.Her ability to know the market and get to know the client is what makes Traci special. Our father passed away at the end of March, during the height of the Covid lockdown, not from the virus by the way, and my brother and I were having to deal with the sale of his Palm Desert home during that mess as he had a reverse mortgage that required payment. We contacted several agents in the area, Traci among them. Traci was prompt in her proposal and offered a virtual staging of the home that the other agents did not. She was more aggressive on pricing than the other agents and more gentle in telling us the hard truths of what we had to do to get the house ready for sale. Miraculously, we received an all-cash offer within a week of going on the market. Traci helped us negotiate through the twists and turns of the escrow and limited the amount of money that we needed to spend and the risk we were facing to satisfy the buyers concerns that emerged during inspections. Thankfully, her husband also helped to take care of items that we had missed, as we were two hours from the property. She was always professional, knowledgeable and cheerful during a difficult time. The sale closed successfully within about 30 days! Wow! I recommend Traci for any of your real estate needs.

Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had with Traci Sadler, we had other agents come to our home. We found as soon as Traci entered and let us show her our home, we knew we had the right agent. She was positive, right on point with any suggestions and walked us through the entire process. She did what she said she would do. Hard work, communication and her networking were outstanding. She did such a wonderful job all during the Covid time and working with-in all the restrictions, safe, sound and healthy environment.
