I have only made online purchases with Toyz N Fun and my experience was awesome. I typically order Loungefly bags from major retailers and this year I decided to try to do more to support small businesses. I ordered the Chewy furry backpack and it arrived in great shape thanks to the packaging. The owner is active on Facebook, posts promos or coupons codes, and replies quickly to all questions. I receive the Star Wars scarf as a surprise gift with my order. The small gesture and care for their customers has made me a Toyz N Fun customer for life.

Purchased Scar Backpack, Scar Wallet & Peter Pan glow in the dark wallet from preorders. Amazing communication. Items shipped to me as soon as they arrived to them. If the loungefly was made of glass it wouldn’t have broken it was so well packaged. 100% would purchase again and is now my number 1 go to for loungefly and preorders.

I ordered my bag in the middle of their store relocation, Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales, and I STILL received it in the blink of an eye, packaged carefully, in pristine condition, and looking stinking adorable! Can’t wait to visit in store at their brilliant new location just down the road from Disneyland!

Shoutout to owner Nikki Lancaster for prt 1 of my many pre-orders. Everything came perfectly packaged and was wrapped with care. Delivery time was amazingly fast.I had issues with some of my orders before and she has always been super helpful in answering and solving all my problems and her response time is amazing!Just got in my Coco Papel Picado wallet and it is beautiful. It is the perfect thing to go with my Coco backpack.I also did get the 626 wallet but that is a gift for my mom so I cant open it lol but it looks amazingCant wait for the rest of my pre orders to come in from Toyz N Fun. I definitely enjoy shopping from this great small businesses!

Received my BEAUTIFUL Hello Kitty Kawaii figural backpack and a super cute free gift to boot. My merchandise had a slow start due to the holidays and COVID-19. So when I inquired, I was taken care of and updated as to the whereabouts of my package. Bag was packaged well. Thank you Toyz N Fun-you made this old lady happy! 😁👍

Order your bags elsewhere. I ordered a loungefly from them and looked forward to receiving it for months, only to found out they canceled it two months prior. I was never told that my order was canceled, I was expected to just figure it out on my own. The bag is now sold out and is selling for more than double the price on resale sites. I do not recommend ordering from them unless you want your order to be canceled with no notice.

Another giant shoutout to Nikki Lancaster @ Toyz N Fun for another amazing delivery!!She is what small businesses and great customer service are all about!I got my 3 Caberllos, Tiana and 626 mini backpacks. Again everything was packaged amazing to insure they did not get ruin and got here super fast!!I am completely in love with my Tiana bag. I am still super excited to get the rest of my orders from here!!*No pics of stitch becuz again this is a gift to my mom

I’ve ordered multiple Loungefly bags from Toyznfun. The owner is wonderful! So nice and professional but really down to earth. You can tell she truly values her customers. I even got a Star Wars scarf in my last order as a gift. You won’t go wrong ordering from Toyznfun!
