I was intrigued by the new 2024 Toyota Tacoma so I stopped by to just take a look. I was looking for an orange model, but was floored by the bronze Brown/green color!After test driving the truck, I had to have it Drove away with it that day. I traded in my Subaru and they gave me fair value for my trade-in.I was treated well with a fair no nonsense sales approach by Nabeel Ahmed. I recommend calling first if interested in this truck or vehicle with any questions first, that way they are ready to show you the vehicle you are interested in.I am very happy with my new Tacoma. Oh and the snack bar there is a nice touch!

We walked through the door tired and anxious after shopping for a car for two weeks. From our first handshake with Charles (Chaz) we were treated like family. His kindness, integrity and honesty carried us to this purchase. He never passed us to another associate (one of our peeves) until purchase documents required signatures. My most recent visit went well. My history there was less than stellar (even having to get corporate involved; on a relatively basic warranty work). Reason I came back, is no other Toyota dealership in the area is open when I get out of work.Christian worked with me on my recent service, saving me a little money (positive). Am timid in developing a working relationship with the dealership based on my past experience & previous ratings.Am hopeful that my experience develops into a positive experience (time will tell).Am hopeful they return their courtesy shuttle, like what I had experienced when I owned a Honda.I understand that dealerships are independently owned (not corporate), so the owners can determine their business model & customer service. Hopefully they learn honesty & fair pricing will build their business more than trying to wringing out what lever they can out of their customers (which can dwindle if they don’t care for them…).This visit was a positive one. On March 12 I paid over $1000 for my car to be repaired.We hear a lot of bad stories about taking your car to the dealership for repairs. Well let me tell you, this is a bad story. On March 22, 10 days later I had no oil in my car. (see photo below) You would think after paying that much money they would at least make sure there is oil. I’ve come to the conclusion that these “mechanics” do the bare minimum just to get you to return. This is my second major spend with Toyota and the first time they did do the minimum and I had to return to spend more money.Let’s just say, fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, shame on you. I won’t be returning back.

Be careful with the Service Department . I stopped by to change my Headlight bulb ( I thought it’s burned off ) after 4 Hours of inspection they told me I need to pay $2200!!! For re wiring ( I HAVE 2024 4Runner brand new )I decided not to pay that and than they wanted $605 for a new headlight bulb!!I paid $200 for this stupid inspectionLong story short - I went to my electrician and all he needed to do was to plug the fuse .I paid $50BE CAREFUL

My experience with this dealer have been awful. They were all great when you buy the car. Once you sign u are on your own. Nobody wants to help you. I had problems with my car Camry and they all just ignored you. Even the manager Frankie and his boss. They don’t even know how to schedule a service appointment I was there for 45min last Friday just saw they tell me my appointment was at 7:15am not 7:15pm waist my time to send me home with nothing done to my car. What kind of service is that, I even have my text message that it was for 7:15 pm

I recently visited the San Bernardino Toyota dealership for a service, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the promises made by the dealerships president, Cliff Cummings.I arrived with an appointment and was informed by Soemy, the assistant service manager, that the service would take 2-3 hours. However, it wasnt until a staggering 5 hours later that I decided to call and inquire about the status of my vehicle. To my surprise, it was only after my call that they suddenly deemed my car ready. This raised my concerns about whether they forgot about my vehicle altogether.Upon arrival, my vehicle was driven to the pick-up area and I was dismayed to find that the front hood of my vehicle was unlatched. Discovering the unlatched hood raised serious concerns about the safety protocols followed by the dealership. Had I not noticed this oversight and driven away, it could have resulted in a catastrophic accident, jeopardizing not only my safety but also that of others on the road. Its basic expectation that a vehicle returned to a customer after service should be not only ready to go, but also safe to drive. When I questioned the Toyota employee who returned my vehicle about this safety oversight, their dismissive response and lack of concern were deeply unsettling. They simply shrugged and said they “didn’t know why” before they walked away.Furthermore, upon examining the paperwork for my vehicle, I discovered that only 0.5 man-hours were logged for the service, equivalent to a mere 30 minutes. This starkly contrasts with the 5 hours in which my vehicle was in their possession. One would assume that after such a lengthy delay, the dealership would have taken the time to complete the basics— to ensure my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and safe before returning it to me.Overall, my experience at the San Bernardino Toyota dealership was disappointing and concerning. Despite the assurances of complete satisfaction from the dealerships president, the reality fell far short.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! Customer service was all nice until you make a car purchase. We bought a 2024 tundra and put a down payment in cash but Toyota wanted to have a check on file; Carlos stated that they will not cash the check since we paid with cash BUT GUESS WHAT?!? They went ahead and cashed our check along with collecting our cash down payment! When called in to ask why our check cashed, nobody wanted to call us back or get a hold of us! Tried asking for the manager but apparently managers don’t work here. We left several messages to the finance department and Carlos who did our paperwork, but nobody wanted to fix this problem! They wanted to brush us off and stated with no apology that “someone dropped the ball” and that we will have to wait till we get a reimbursement which they had no idea what turn around date was. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! TOYOTA OF SAN BERNARDINO DO BETTER!!!

Finance over promised and did not deliver, I bought a tire, windshield (replacement) and door package (repair). Total scam, when I had an issue with my windshield turns out they only repair, I had an issue with a door ding, turns out it only covers popping out the dents. Even though I verified the door damages with Finance ahead since I had issues with the windshield already. They said they would fix and repair everything and that I would never have to worry about door dings.My service estimated time was 3-4 hours and it took 6 hours, even though I had an early appointment, I literally didn’t even have time to review the paperwork since I was rushing out to pick up my kid, I spend over $1000 and now my AC is not working properly, they didn’t even let me know where to take my vehicle to evaluate the ding on the door. A huge waste of money and time.

After haggling for hours to arrive at a vehicle price I was comfortable with the sales people kept making small changes to increase the amount of the vehicle by adding things without disclosing. After going through what I thought was the break down I was then sent to financing where I assumed they would honor the price we agreed on but they again snuck in undisclosed charges. After reviewing the contract at home I notice some changes to what we had agreed to that also weren’t undisclosed like the fact that my trade in was used to pay they interest and fees instead of bringing the vehicle price to what we agreed on. Needless to say I’ve been trying to reach the business but no one answers or returns calls.Stay away from this dealership, I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit to get my contract corrected, there is no need to screw people over when they are genuinely giving you their trust and business.

Services were completed in just over an hour which was greatly Appreciated. Service writer gave me a rundown of service performed and gave me an idea of some preventative maintenance that I should think about doing in the future. I was treated like I am not a Toyota vehicle owner. I had an oil change done there but had a frozen oil filter housing so I took it to this dealership SB Toyota because I knew they had tools to unfreeze the housing.I planned to continue to do my own oil change as usual afterSB TOYOTA but upon the first attempt to change my oil and filter after SB Toyota and come to find out they didn’t catch the frozen filter housing and didn’t even notify me that it was frozen which I already knew.I still can’t change my filter because they didn’t unfreeze it. Had a family trip planned for today to Disneyland. Needed a car that would seat at least 6 people. Put in a reservation on 4/18 for a rental vehicle that would accommodate my family. The wrong Grand Highlander was ordered for me after waiting weeks and then they found one and had to do a dealer trade and finance guy Daniel wanted to charge me 4K more. Even though it was their mistake. They don’t honor the VSPP (employee certificate/discount). At the end it was a blessing. I called Longo in El Monte, mostly everything was done by phone and with the employee certificate I was able to get my car at invoice saving me nearly 6k. I’d never buy a car from San Bernardino. Most of the interactions with sales was very unpleasant. Service however is amazing, like I said prior.

I have had my car serviced in Toyota Claremont and Toyota West Covina many times, and it was always a 4-6 hour wait. I remember one time I waited 5 hours for a simple tire rotation. Ive been a Toyota owner for a long time and always took my cars to my dealership to do service. I have a 2014 Camry that still runs great and wasnt ready for a new 1 quite yet. Problem everytime I bring my car in for service they find things they recommend I do and I used to. Now its always $500 to $800 or more to do them. This time they recommended 6 things which is change fluids & replace pads, basically. If I had it done we are talking roughly $ 5000.00. I took it in for a minor service of $ 130. Big problem its the labor not parts & fluids. Im rethinking buying Toyota or finding somewhere I can afford to have my service done. 🤔 I will add staff and everything else is good.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!Took my vehicle in for service just for a tire rotation that is still under warranty. I was pre sold an alignment before my car was even checked. How do you know my car needs an alignment before getting serviced. I declined the service yet they sneaked it in at the end still charged me for the service $140 they charged my mother without explanation whatsoever or anything or why we were being charged. There was no language barrier, you are speaking about an only Spanish speaking woman who has a Spanish speaking service advisor, yet he didn’t take the time to explain anything. Talk about getting taken advantage I call the service manager FRANK MORALES, said the paper is signed it is legal. Defending his employees by stating he had never had any issues with, the tech I think it’s funny that instead of trying to make my experience better he had to make excuses for himself and his staff. This service department does not care about you or keeping you as a returning customer so I will be taking my service elsewhere. I will also be writing to corporate about how this department schemes to get money out of you and how shady they are. Thank you FRANK MORALES for the exceptional customer service.

First time coming here, needed coolant to be topped off and brakes to be inspected which costed 170 dollars and was promised that work would be completed at 1pm. Arrived at 10:10am and did not leave the dealership until 3pm. Was left waiting approximately 5 hours to do something that normally takes 3 hours at other dealerships with oil change, inspection, and ACTUAL work done. Now, granted it would be understandable if they were busy or understaffed, but they were neither on a Monday WITH an appointment. When I went to the kiosk to ask how much longer it would take at 1:15pm I was given an estimate of 15 minutes, my car was still not ready an hour and a half past that time at 3pm. The only redeemable quality this place has to offer is their wonderful coffee station, (will include pictures below). In conclusion, abysmal prices for “labor”, inaccurate promise times, and a lack of customer service competency should make anybody weary of coming to get their vehicle serviced here.

If there was a no star that would be my 1st choice unfortunately have to put a star that said let get to it.If you want to go to the worse dealer in town your in luck this is the place to go. They are a two face dealer they will treat you really nice and friendly to get you to buy a car but be warned ⚠️ when it comes to having a issue with the vehicle they will kick you to the curb. They try to sweet talk convincing you its normal for the vehicle to do what ever it does. Honestly this place is a disgrace. Hope this review helps people look for another honest dealer.

EDIT 3-13-2024: BUYERS BEWARE. Do NOT come here!First and foremost, they will try to tack on 4-5k in dealership add-ons including things like an alarm system, and interior and exterior protections (which are poorly applied).Secondly, they do not respect repeat customers. I recommended my father come here to purchase his new RAV4 Prime, after they did me a solid and removed these additional costs, but they ended up manipulating him.I should have came with him, but I was working.They told him the same thing that they told me, when I first came in, “these cannot be removed”. Not true. They did it for me.Next, they manipulated him and told him there’s a limited incentive on RAV4 Primes on leases for $6,500. Not true, as this is an ongoing monthly deal, since last year.For the price he paid with ripoff dealership add-ons, on and SE trim, he could have got an XSE.I am so disappointed that there’s no loyalty for recommending family. And I am saddened he got ripped off this way.I hope you guys enjoy the money, and enjoy continuing to rip off your local community.I will not be back, for service or otherwise.————————Old Review:I would highly recommend Toyota of San Bernardino for all of your car buying needs. The Staff is Courteous and Professional but I have no trust in their ability to diagnose and repair a car properly. I had my hybrid towed here for hybrid system check light. They charged me almost $600 for diagnoses (will apply to work if you get it done there). They started with 2 things that I agreed to do, then came back and said its still not working, added another thing to replace, came back and said its still not working. I was already $2,000 owed to them and they now say its another part they want $2,500 for! No trust that they know how to diagnose an issue. Who can afford to keep letting them replace one part at a time and guess that it might work then be asked to pay for another part? I got out of there and towed my car to a hybrid specialist, who repaired what was actually wrong with the car for pennies on the dollar for what they would have charged. Also I dont trust that what Toyota actually replaced and charged me for needed it.

I scheduled an appointment at Toyota to have my DCM (Data Communication Module) reprogrammed due to a known issue seen on GR86 models where owners are unable to use the remote function after 1 year of purchase. The module was apparently reprogramed, however I was still unable able to use the remote function on my Toyota app. I was told to give it 24hrs but it still did not work after that. I have purchased a 1 year subscription for the remote function but am unable to use it.

Toyota of San Bernardino did an awesome job in repainting my Scion iQ. We got a recall letter from Toyota, that there was a defect on the painting. In some parts the painting peeled of. We brought the car and they told us that they would call us in a bout a month. Well, there was a misunderstanding but Charity, the manager, fixed it and Ivan took care of the appointment. Both of them are very professional. Ivan called me that the car is ready, and the result is unbelievable. It’s like a brand new car.

I purchased a certified Camry there, a in 2018. The car, and dealer, have taken excellent care of my car, and me, there. Jill, in the service department, and the possibility that you can rent this years Toyota models, is an excellent way to audition a car, before you buy. I am doing this review to aware people of this dealership. U need to be careful they are so fast to sell you a car, but when it comes that the car starts having problems nobody wants to help. I bought a Toyota Camry 2023 and has transmission problems. I took it 3 times and all they do is reset the computer and they tell me is adjusting to the driver. When it pulls is worst than an old car. I almost got in to a car accident didnt want to get the gear. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. I called Toyota and they told there individual own. This dealership owner is quick to sell you cars but when you have an issue they just want to reset the computer and the problem is fix. I am going through a lemon law the car is not safe. The manager Frank wanted me take the car he said they couldnt have it there.Is not is need to be park in the street or if I let it there I was surrender. This have been an awful experience, dont trust this dealer they dont care about the customer only there pockets.

I wouldn’t trust the Service Department at Toyota of SB.. I took my car in for a service engine light and they told me I needed to replace my engine for 10k. I asked them if they were sure this was the problem and they said yes and any further investigation into problem would be 6k. Upon further investigation, I found the problem solved for less than $400 with my trusted mechanic who I have been working with for over 20 years. He solved the issue with out replacing the engine or charging $200 just for a diagnosis. Be careful with your business and hard earned money people! Do your research and don’t let these greedy corporations take advantage of you. Such a shame
