The entire team at Toyota of Redlands is amazing! The process was seamless, the treatment from the staff was top notch. The desire to not just get me into a car, but a car I wanted, they did with the nicest attitudes. Thank you Gabriel, you were the best! Employees were a reflection of their leadership in their Manager Mark! I cannot recommend this dealership more! Five stars isn’t enough! Also a huge thank you to Zachary who did all the finance paperwork, and explained everything efficiently and timely! I think it’s a theme there were plenty of customers all with smiles in conversations with sales teams and I left for the first time at a car dealership smiling not under pressure and it felt like red carpet treatment!

I really appreciate the customer service here. I had to bring my 4 and 3 year old with me while I was purchasing a vehicle. Paul Cogan, the finance manager, gave my little one a toy truck to play with while we were there. And let him keep it! Only thing I could complain about is the feeling of being rushed. I knew what I wanted but I wasnt given any other options which would be nice to compare. Update: we had to return the next day because I was having issues with my bank and my loan. Right when we got in we were greeted. I had my 2 kiddos with me again and this time a young lady came over and gave them a box of crayons and coloring pages. They were so happy and it kept them busy for a while. I was having a hard time getting what I wanted and needed some help. Well I talked to Mr. Paul Cogan about it and he said that he would take care of it to make it all work out like I needed it to. And this man came thru on his word. I am so happy that it worked out the way it did and I was able to get the car that I wanted for the price and rate that I needed! Thank you toyota. Pleasure doing business with you.

Neil Solis is the man! I gave Neil a list of things I wanted on my new car, he found it. He made the experience a 10 out of 10. His help didnt stop after the sale. Trekked far from home to Toyota of Redlands and got the perfect SUV - Grand Highlander Hybrid - Max Limited from Mr. Brandon Horton. Despite the distance, we would definitely purchase again from Brandon and this dealership.I had been searching multiple dealerships in a 200+ radius, and with the mix of Alexis confirming the vehicle availability/connecting me with Brandon quickly and Brandon’s responsiveness via phone & text (I was really busy at work and appreciated how he was fine with different formats of communicating) with my questions, I placed a deposit/ reserved for the car I ultimately purchased. Brandon is great to work with- he is professional and courteous while being informative throughout the test drive and process. His approach was straight forward, and balanced which allowed me to feel comfortable and eager to proceed. I work a ton on the weekdays and am also a mom of 2 toddlers, so it’s really really hard to get any free time to let alone car shop, so I appreciated the efficient in/out of the purchase process with Brandon Horton and also finance manager David Blanco as I had to get home to my kids. I plan to recommend folks to Brandon looking for a Toyota. It’s worth the drive over and beat the shopping experiences I have had at my local Orange County dealerships.

This review goes out to the Toyota Dealership, their service Patrick McDonald, Toyota Corporate and their Mechanic-Cesar. I brought my truck in when the engine turned on, the dealership ran a diagnostic and found multiple issues. Patrick got in touch with me and informed me it was cracked cylinder head valve, head gasket. He was thorough of having Cesar run through some tests and informed me the issue. The repairs were completed. Patrick was continuously updating me with my truck, he was courteous and professional. He got in touch with Toyota Corporate assisted with their assistance. Patrick and Cesar did a stellar job and runs as if I first bought my 2018 Tacoma as it was new! I am very pleased and they gave it a great wash. Thankful for Mr Patrick McDonald and Cesar for their great customer service and repairing my truck.

This was my first time buying a new car. I did a lot of research but still had a lot of questions. I called ahead of time and was greeted at the door. Drove in a 15 year old car with 250k miles (toyota of course). Was treated with respect and enthusiasm despite that. Brandon, our sales associate was amazing. He was helpful, honest, and didnt put undue pressure on us. He gave us the options and let us make the choice.We walked away at our budget with exactly what we wanted. They helped us with every step of the way. Finance gave us plenty of financing options. The service called 4 days later to schedule our add on the same week.Overall a great experience.

3 stars for an unusually long oil change.This was my first time servicing my car at Redlands Toyota. I drove into the service bay at 4:30 pm for an oil change. I dropped off the car and waited in the comfy lounge area. Closing time came around (6pm) but the oil change was still not finished. I discussed the issue with the staff, who were very nice, and they checked up on the car. The car was finally finished at 6:40pm. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes after closing for a simple oil change. My total time to wait for the oil change was just over 2 hours. I was hoping for a slight discount for the inconvenience but I guess my time/satisfaction was not as valuable to them as their commission.In summary, 2 stars off for an unreasonably long oil change, 3 stars for the friendly staff, nice lounge areas, and for not scratching my car like how the next closest Toyota dealership did lol.

Speaking with the representatives was a great experience. As a first time car buyer, I was anxious some salesman would swoop out of the shadows and overwhelm me with options and cars out of my price range.That did not happen at all! Brandon helped me finance my car and he was so understanding. He didn’t try to push other cars on me or up sell me anything. My family and I were looking around for a SUV this was our last stop Toyota of Redlands Niel got us in a vehicle just to ask for it back 7 days later or more money down. Wish it would have been a no from the start it would have been less of a let down! Its disappointing to knows what that you can give them cash sign and close leave with the illusion of having a new vehicle not knowing there is a possibility of them being able to back down from the deal that was originally agreed on very unfortunate things should be extra clear before signing the agreement

My husband and I went because we wanted to buy out the lease on our car, simple and easy we thought! However, not so easy with them! We were there for over 2 hours for a simple half hour transaction. Had us fill out a credit application even though we informed them we were not going to finance it through them and had already made other arrangements.They then tried to charge us exorbitant fees for a simple transaction and paying off the lease .Will be contacting Corporate to file a complaint

My wife and I have been looking for a new 2022 Toyota Siena hybrid for a couple months. We tried to find one in our city but just couldn’t find it. I had given up on the buying process and my wife said I’m gonna call Toyota of Redlands.It was really our last shot effort. She ended up talking to Oscar and with an hour we had a deposit on a brand-new Toyota Sienna. We had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered but that was fine. Had a really good buying experience while getting a car from this dealership. Typically hate going to dealerships, but everyone I interacted with here were down to earth and exceptionally helpful. Specifically, appreciated working with Craig who was honest and straight to the point with a lot of things and Ray who helped with the financing at the end. Moreover, the pressure exerted by the manager to acquiesce to this demand only added to my sense of unease.After purchasing the car, I took the proactive step of reaching out to the general manager in writing, expressing my concerns and seeking resolution. While the promise of receiving the floor mats in three weeks time was offered as a concession, it felt more like a petty attempt to pacify me rather than a genuine effort to rectify the situation.It is difficult for me to comprehend why a dealership with a readily available supply of floor mats in their parts department would choose to punish customers by withholding them for an extended period. My request for resolution was made with kindness and respect, yet I am disheartened by the need to document this negative experience.In contrast, I have previously had positive interactions with Toyota of San Bernardino, a neighboring store of Toyota of Redlands, where the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. It is my sincere hope that Toyota of Redlands will reconsider their approach and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future. After all, a simple gesture of goodwill, such as providing the floor mats without hesitation, could have avoided this unfortunate situation altogether.

I had bought a car here and after 3 months the door panel started having this terrible clicking I brought it in 3 times and ALWAYS bring it home and NOTHING was fixed this company is the worst company to purchase cars from. I have never hated a company so much if I knew i would have this problem for a year and a half and this company would do a terrible job fixing it aka NOT FIXING it I would have bought a Honda. These people dont care they dont care if you have any problems or if you leave satisfied they couldnt care less. Its sad I loved my car but now I hate driving in it because of that terrible clicking and what do I need to bring it in 4, or 5 more times?! To get it back still NOT FIXED this is the worst company to buy cars from PLEASE GET A HONDA dont make the mistake I made.

I researched the vehicle I was interested in, we in, inspected it, test drove it and purchased it. Our representative, Nancy, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I was really surprised that when I drove my used vehicle off the lot….they had not filled the gas tank. It was below 1/4, so we called and they said they never fill a used car tank. The did give me a 1/4 tank of gas after I asked. I’ve never bought a car, new or used, and been told they don’t fill the tank when purchasing a Car from a lot. That was the only complaint I had. Everything else was great.

CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE!!!! This will be my last Toyota. They expect you to leave the CA warning sticker on the interior of the driver window. First, what idiot thought it would be a great idea to put a highly adhesive sticker on the interior glass where factory tint/film is installed. Upon removal of this hideous warning sticker the film/tint partially came off the window. The dealer is blaming an outside force to this damage and in turn blaming me for removing the sticker. They want me to pay out of pocket for this. I am so glad that the incentives were great that I am in the process of turning vehicle to TESLA for a far SUPERIOR product at a slightly higher cost. While the sales process was smooth along with the professionalism of Jimmy the sales guy, I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO REDLAND OF TOYOTA!!!! NOT EVEN FOR FREE SERVICE!!!

Our experience at Toyota Redlands was nothing but stellar. The salesmen were very eager to please but were very laidback and not overbearing or deceptive. The financial managers feel like normal human beings. God blessed us and answered our prayers with a beautiful RAV4 from here and had us cross paths with another faithful believer in our primary salesman (James Ayittey). Danny Maldonado explained all of our paperwork with brevity, and we signed our documents with confidence and God in our hearts. The entire process was painless and concise. We highly recommend Toyota of Redlands even if you had to drive ~2 hours like we did!Edit/Update: We had taken in our RAV4 for its first complimentary service and a few mild concerns: mainly malfunctioning seatbelts as only one of them was fully functional, the rest did not ratchet/lock at all when extended or pulled out all the way, and one of them completely came undone from its housing randomly. The technicians and supervisors then informed us of inconvenient and disturbing news. The car we purchased, despite being Certified Pre-Owned, was deemed unsafe for any use due to a very deceptive previous owner splicing into the safety systems of the car in order to bypass the main computer into thinking the airbags and seatbelts were perfectly fine. They suspected it was in an unreported accident and was repaired enough to pass the ~200 point inspection process to be deemed Certified Pre-Owned.The vehicle we purchased was bought back in full and we were offered an aggressive discount in order to make up for what could have been my familys death from an accident in a vehicle whose safety systems were altered and *DID-NOT-WORK*. This aggressive discount was unfortunately only slightly above invoice price on new vehicles (asking for invoice price can be offered to anyone whos persistent enough to fight for it).For someone who lives 2 hours away, honorably served in the Marine Corps, and has a service-connected disability compounded with what could have been lives lost in an accident: I would hope the discount would be more than just ~$1,000 off MSRP.I thank God for keeping me and my family safe during our use of the vehicle.Please be aware of the Certified Pre-Owned fleet of vehicles on their lot.

My wife and I bought our dream truck on the last day of the year 2021. A 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD 4 X 4 in the Lunar Rock color. Now were taking almost daily drives in it.mostly local right now. My wife and dog Brody both love it. My wife has Alzheimers and daily car rides keeps her happy, only now we can get a little off road and see some different things. Toyota of Redlands was very helpful in making this happen and we sure appreciate it. The checkout was smooth and the kind man handling all the paperwork recommended some good things to add on which we did, the Cilajet took that color to whole new level and a really good investment. This will be our dealership for years to come.

Quick, friendly service on my new Corolla. One of the best showrooms and waiting areasin any dealership I have ever been to. I had a Honda for 18 years and no dealership or service area was ever as nice as this Toyota dealership. We got our minivan after waiting for six months. Brandon and Benjamin were really nice, professional, and patient during the whole process. They didnt rush us into making decisions; instead, they tried their best to help us get the car we wanted. I’ve always had a good experience when I go but today my experience wasn’t good at all they wanted to charge me $25 because they said my tire had a nail but I knew that wasn’t correct so I took it to two different tire shops and they both said that my tires were in great conditions they also wanted to charge me $70 for a air filter that they said was dirty but when I took it to get checked it was also good not sure if they just wanted to charge me because it was my last free appointment. Also my appointment was at 8:45 I didn’t leave until 11:50. Not the best experience.

It has been a nightmare dealing with the Parts Department (online order). After waiting two weeks for my parts to arrive, I was told they were on back order. Not sure why that was not relayed to me before I purchased. After chasing new expected delivery dates each week, I gave up and asked for a refund. Its been over two weeks, I still dont have my money and nobody will return my calls or emails. Unhelpful, confused, incompetent is putting it nicely. I’ve been waiting 2 years to get a Highlander Hybrid for the right price. I received an email from Toyota of Redlands on Friday, June 30. I saw a highlander hybrid on the ad so I called right away. The girl that answered had Brandon, from fleet call me. He gave me some numbers but I didn’t feel comfortable with those payments. I wasn’t going to come in but Oscar called me the next afternoon. We worked out some numbers that I was somewhat okay with. So at 530 pm, I drove to the dealership. I met with Oscar, we took a test drive and I liked the car so we went inside to run through some numbers. After some negotiation, we got to a monthly price I was okay with. So we sealed the deal.I feel like the price was right and what they gave me for my trade was fair. I sent some friends over there to look at cars.

This is my go-to dealership. I despise the riverside location and when I had Honda, I would get serviced in riverside since I bought it there. However one day on my way home I realized that Honda didnt latch my glove box correctly. I tried to but didnt want to damage it. I called Loma Linda and they fixed it. Your wondering why I mentioned Honda, well.. when I got Toyota I got it at riverside since they were the only ones in the state to have the car I wanted.. I called any place that had a Toyota in their city. Boston was my last. Then I dreaded calling Riverside and wow they had it. Anyway, I bought it, and drove over to Redlands to ask if I could get it serviced there.. they said absolutely. You might have known this, I didnt. however, I am glad I do now. EVERY service has been 5 star. Do I like the price and deals of the tires no, do I have to go somewhere else, unfortunately yes. However, I enjoy coming here so much that my husband and sister in law now come to this location. I give it 3.5 because some of the small stuff isnt taken care of and I have to pay extra and the tires are overly expensive. Regardless, service is a 5, just wish they had better deals. :)Oct 2023– my review still stands and service is a 5! Just the deals and things they offer kinda still the same. 800 for tires..but I can get the same ones somewhere else for 450! Service is great deals are eh!

To my surprise I had a wonderful experience! Excellent customer service! I had several questions and Brandon H was happy and patient with all of my questions. I really appreciated that he was calm and presented the different options available. He was kind enough to even tell me to think about it, I didnt have to make a decision right there and then! A+++ For Redlands Toyota.UPDATE: As of January 7th 2022.So a few months after the purchase of the truck, I found out the top roof moulding strip was missing after the first heavy rains of the year, so i turned to the pictures that they took of us the day we purchased the truck and long behold clear as day you could see the moulding missing which obviously showed we purchased the truck with it missing..I contacted Robert Diaz Which is the Manager of the Used Car Sales Dept. Asking if they would install it he agreed I made the appointment and took it in, when it was ready for pick up they asked me I had to pay $50 I was like but Robert Diaz said we were good oblivious we werent, turns out I had to pay a deductible which I wasnt happy about after confronting Robert Diaz he was firm that I had to pay it. Long story short even after all what Ive said ...Inspect absolutely EVERYTHING on your car even the smallest little thing and put it on the Due Bill because obviously I should have climbed on top of the truck and make sure all rubber moulding was intact and should have crawled under the truck and make sure all shocks and rubber mounts and every boot and nut and bolt was in tact or you are out of luck. Smh! Just sucks that over $50 they are willing to loose my future business, so I guess Ill be going to Toyota of San Bernardino when I trade in my Tacoma for the new TRD Sport. But ill end this one a good note my Service Advisor Tanner made up for the bad service Robert Diaz gave me he gave me a voucher for a free engine detail and free vip wash. Needless to say Robert Diaz missed out on my business. Over $50 smh! I hope Toyota of Redlands takes note this and talk to him. BOTTOM LINE IS: INSPECT YOUR TRUCK/CAR COMPLETELY OR YOU ARE ASSEED OUT!! smh!!

09-08-2021today I called to request a price for a maintenance issue this dreadful and poorly built car is facing, only to be placed on hold and then transfer to an advisor voicemail. I left a message to three hours ago actually more like four hours ago and I still havent heard back from these service advice person. I am so very sorry I purchase this gremlin of a car.I had on a Honda previously and that car has taken all the pain that I have put that car through and still running strong. So I thought that Japanese engineering from Toyota will at least match the quality of Honda. Oh boy, was I ever wrong. And to make things worse, the dealership has a really bad customer service. I wonder if Im gonna get a call back at all.if you want my advice about buying a Toyota car from this dealership or any other, go buy yourself a Yugo! The experience I had while looking for a new vehicle wasnt what I expected. I had a specific model, specs, and color I was looking for. Staff was nice but seemed to lack the dedication and passion to work with their customers to meet their needs. Ultimately, they didnt have the vehicle I was looking for. That happens and it is understandable. I expected the staff to dedicate the time to build a customer relationship and work together to find what I was looking for. Instead, I was simply told its hard to find and was blown off when I asked them for help via email after the visit.It took a five minute internet search to find the vehicle I was looking for down in Orange County and purchased it one week later. I completely understand why more people purchase vehicles online. My suggestion is to look at their inventory online. If they dont have what you are looking for, dont bother attempting to seek help from them. You will be disappointed.

Long story, but on 6/5/2023 while driving thru Redlands CA home to Arizona on the I-10, I experienced both flat tires at the same time on the passenger side of my 4Runner. I pulled off the freeway, and in checking my phone found that Toyota of Redlands was just 7/10 mile away. With the tires still half full I was able to slowly drive there. As soon as I pulled onto their property, everyone I came in contact with couldnt have been more friendly, efficient, and attentive. The first guy came up and asked what I needed and had me pull into the bay. A few minutes later, the service advisor Pat McDonald came, got details from me, walked around my car, even checked under the hood for anything obvious, and explained they would check all tires, including the spare if needed. During the bit of time I was waiting for them to come get the car, someone else came over to talk to me & check if I needed anything. Pat came back took me into the building and the beautiful customer waiting area, pointing out the coffee, water etc. A bit later he came back with pictures showing nails in both flat tires, which unfortunately were positioned such that the tires legally could not be repaired. Not what I was expecting, especially having tires with very good treads, but stuff happens. Very fortunately for me, they happened to have the two tires in stock that I needed, so the two new tires were installed in the rear, and the two existing tires were in the front. I was there for about 2.5 hours total and still able to make it home late that evening. I am so appreciative to everyone I came in contact with at Toyota of Redlands for their efficiency, attention, and friendliness. To a person who was hundreds of miles from home, and friends or family in either direction, that was a huge deal!

The only thing that I can leave on this review that Derek was not customer service efficient. After several hours waiting in the lobby I decided to call and the operator was nice enough to check what the status was on the vehicle that I took in for maintenance and she said you know what your car been ready for 45 minutes already. So I took the receipt to the lobby and Derek helped me and he didn’t even bother saying anything other than well. I still have the invoice here I said yes that’s not the point you didn’t even bother looking for me or calling me and that’s fine. I have the receipt in there. I go to go pick up my vehicle. I reached out to the service manager by the name of Todd, left him a message, and he was nice enough to return my call and he apologized for what had happened and the reason why I called was so it can be brought up to the employees attention, so this doesn’t happen to another customer.

The reason why they never sell you products you don’t need. Very rare in this day and age. Took my vehicle in today for what I believed a leaking shock absorber after my wife hit large pot hole . Initial inspection they thought also. About 3 hours later I was informed by Mario an amazing Service advisor that the shocks were fine and alignment was good and she somehow got some oil splashed on shock and wheel well.
