My Taco broke down in front of the dealership while I was picking up my brother. Luckily there was a recall for exactly the part that broke. The service and moving of my vehicle was free of charge. I was not given the sales talk or charged unnecessarily. 5/5 stars

This dealership is definitely one of the better dealerships in the LA area. They’re a smaller dealership than others in the area, but they work with you to give you a good deal and they treat their customers fairly. Because of that, Toyota Glendora kept their word on selling me a brand new 45th anniversary Toyota Supra at MSRP! I worked with Vincent and Tony and they made what I thought would be impossible happen. Now, my wife and I are proud owners of a beautiful sports car of our dreams after trying to get one elsewhere. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking to get into a Toyota! 👍🏽

Not satisfied as I asked the customer rep to have the drivers side edge of the door checked as it is my third time requesting this to be repaired . Upon returning to pick up my rav 4 I noticed it is the same condition I left it . I also want to add that I was told my tire had a nail on the side wall and therefore it was recommended that I needed to buy one. Come to find out the reality of it, this was not true . My service rep Gee was excellent and very helpful BUT the wait was way too long. I waited just short of 3 hours and then found there were lots that needed done. I would have liked to start on a couple things but that would have added at least an hour and I was not going to wait longer. Something needs to be done about this! I had a reservation at 9 and it was a few minutes shy of 12 when I heard anything at all!

Rodrigo understands customer service time & time again. Your phone operator needs to understand when calling in for car to be serviced, you don’t transfer a call to service you forward call to appointment desk. Your operator along with a minimum of 3 employees thee entire time waiting for car to be serviced were just hanging out laughing & telling their stories isn’t a good first impression, when it comes to customer service. After experiencing Pasadenas Toyota dealership, I found this one to be legit (with employees who are more family oriented). Coming over here and seeing the amount of car owners waiting for their cars to be serviced says a lot about this location. They are good and easy to communicate with. They dont pressure you into buying their service package, yet they will still charge just as much as any other dealership will charge you for any repair. But when it comes to experience with dealerships and mechanics, this location got some of the best people to work with you. I just got my car back after a Diagnostic test, and it was only $195 out the door. I come here because I got a sense that there are professionals who can diagnose your car when you cant figure out what the problem may be and you have the option to either take their advise or seek help elsewhere. I hope this review helps the person who might be dealing with a car issue and does not know where to go to get the best care. Thank you.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. We have purchased 5 cars from this dealership because of their service department. I had an appointment and I was promised my routine maintenance service would be done in two hours, so I waited. At two and half hours I had to call. I was told it was up next. I was told by the service writer that it was late. No apology for the lateness. It took almost 4 hours to finish. I have been going to Toyota of Glendora for more than 20 years. I’m done with them!

I have had great service the few times that I have been here, but today was not one of them. I previously purchased a prepaid maintenance package and it came with oil changes and tire rotations. Today, I brought my truck in for maintenance and was asked if I would like an oil change done and I said I would like whatever needs to be done for 40,000 miles. When I took my truck in at 35,000 miles they were supposed to just rotate the tires, but ended up doing an oil change. Toyota has a maintenance plan and by doing the unnecessary oil change it has thrown off the plan. This brought up confusion for the service guy and seemed very unsure if I needed an oil change or not. I asked to speak to a manager and was told Brandon is busy and would call me back and I never got a call back. However I was sent an email asking if they would like me to replace the front brakes for $500. You might have got that brake sell if you would have took the time to call me back and just thrown in the oil change. I don’t ever respond to these surveys and rarely complain, but this was very poor customer service.

I had my vehicle serviced for the first time at this location yesterday. I tried to use the Oil Filter & Change coupon listed on the site for 59.95 with the additional 10.00 off from hours 1-3 pm. I went in at 2:30 pm. The service representative said that the price is only for vehicles with appointments AFTER my car was already taken in. After looking at the disclaimer on the website coupon, I do not see any mention of appointment-only requirements. I was charged full price at 68 plus tax. Dont market a coupon if you dont intend to honor that price.

I brought my car in for my 60,000 mile check and to have my brakes done. I had an appointment @ 7:30 AM and didn’t leave until 1:40 PM. Besides what I wanted done, I added on another service because the advisor said it shouldn’t add much more time. Everything should be done around 11. I was mainly upset because they never sent me a status of what was going on and how long it was going to be. I was there for over 6 hours! I was waiting because I didn’t have a ride and they noted that on the estimate. I requested a status through text with no response until I sent a 2nd text. I asked the cashier desk for a status and she said I need to go outside the building and speak to the Service Advisor but when I told her I was there since 7:30 AM. she was able to contact him by phone and ask for a status.. I don’t know why she didn’t do that to begin with. No one was waiting in line for her to help. It took another 1 -1/2 after the time they said it would be done with no status update. I think they need to look into customer service there. They used to be good before but I don’t know what happened.

Twice now, After I have brought my vehicle in, the next day my car has stopped working and after calling AAA, the technicians both shared that the screws were not tightened as the reasoning for my car not working. The lazy efforts of this place. Not to mention, the disorganized staff. After getting my car repainted as a recall due to my paint chipping, the brake fluid cap was missing, and after speaking to the managers there, they said they will not cover the cap even though it was missing after my car being serviced. It was more of the concept and yet they felt they were not entitled to making things right. One of the managers was completely gaslighting me the entire time and trying to act like I had taken the car elsewhere. I will NEVER buy a car here or receive any type of service with this place ever again.

Love that they text pics and updates. But if a different cell number is given, they can’t seem to use it. I work nights and give them my husband’s cell and explicit instructions to call and text that number but they only ever text my cell. My husband dropped off the car and gave his cell but they never used it. They also almost refused to let him pick up the car even though he dropped it off and paid. But they do a good job with their service..

Brought my vehicle to get serviced drove it for four days when driving my brake light turned on as my traction light, come to find out the brake fluid cap was not put back on when serviced, I returned to the maintenance department left my vehicle all to get a call that I had a break fluid leak with a very high price to fix. Picked up my vehicle still did not get an explanation on to what happened they focused more on the new problem got a second opinion nothing was wrong with my brakes just the fluid cap caused the brake light to go off I had to pay for the break fluid to be replaced. I feel like something shady happened there I will not be returning.

I have had my Toyotas serviced exclusively by the Glendora shop for many years and have always given strong recommendations to others because of the highest level of service Glendora Toyota gave. However after today will no longer do so. In previous years, the employees seemed genuinely interested in my vehicle and were always on top of what needed to be done, subsequently giving recommendations for needed service and reviewing with me such recommendations. I used to not even schedule an appointment in earlier years because I knew the service center would still take me in and get me taken care of and in a reasonable amount of time. I noticed a drop off in attentiveness the last time I had my vehicle serviced, but thought it was just an off day. This time, I again went ahead and set up a service appointment for specifically 1) oil change 2) tire rotation and pressure check, 3) air filter and 4) multipoint inspection. After driving into the service check in, I was passed off twice to different employees and when asked how I could be helped, I mentioned the reason I was there and also asked them to check into why my tire pressure gauge on the dash was always on, or at least came on after previous visits. I thought perhaps a sensor was malfunctioning. I also asked the agent to let me know if there were any additional items needing to be addressed. To make a long story shorter, it took 3 hours to have only the oil changed and supposedly the tires rotated. There was no recommendations to me concerning the tire pressure gauge light, anything found during the multipoint inspection, no air filter recommendations or changes, and to be perfectly honest, I came away feeling that only the oil was changed and perhaps the tires were rotated. Simply, at no time was there any follow up to my initial concerns. It shouldnt take 3 hours to change oil and to rotate tires. I drove 90 minutes from Apple Valley and 2 hours to get back to Apple Valley and came away disappointed in the overall experience. Going forward, I will be using a different service provider to service my RAV4 and regret that the highest level of service that I had grown to love no longer exists. Your employees were never impolite or rude, but they dont have the same level of care and attention to service I had known for many years and makes more sense to save the drive time and cost of travel for the same level of service.Respectfully

I absolutely hate going to the dealer. Gender plays a HUGE roll here. I have complained about my breaks numerous amounts of times, still having issues. Ive left reviews on their company site. The more recent issue i now have is my air conditioner is vibrating the car and a screetching sound which means its about to go out and summer is around the corner. They told me it has to happen in front of them in order to adress any concerns so i recorded it happening, no sir they wouldnt even look or listen to it. Customer service is not to par as having them contacting me to resolve anything. Their goal is to have the warranty expire since Im not having to pay now, so then after the expiration date Im more than certain that the calls will start rolling in to cash me out on repairs that shouldve been done while under warranty. This upsets me tremendously. Side note DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING!!

Usually, it is a typical transaction… I make an appointment or I just show up to get an oil change. They do the work and I receive a call to let me know my car is done and ready for pick up. Yesterday, I checked my car in, was told it would be completed in two hours. They completed the oil change BUT never called to tell me it was ready for pick up. I show up before closing and I was told that the cashier was closed and I would have to come back the next day to pay and pick up my car because he had no way of printing my receipt. What?!? The person assisting me was not helpful and was just fine leaving me stranded with no way home! Never again! I like getting my oil change at the dealership to keep track and be aware of recalls but I will never again go to this location.

I went in for my routine 10,000 mile maintenance and everything was fine with that. However the service representative asked me if I was having any issues with my car and was concerned about amything. I mentioned that my windows would slip even when I’d have them go all the way up and that my luggage rack was rattling. After coming here for over 6 years, they told me that they do NOT do non-routine maintenance on Saturdays because that would back up the workload. I had an appointment and only come to this location which I told them. They want me to come during the week which I can’t because of my work schedule which I also shared. I got, “I am sorry”. That does not cut it. I’m not valued enough for them to be loyal to me so it’s now time for me to go elsewhere?

The only complaint I have after buying my car from here and servicing it here for the last 3 years, is the amount of time it takes with appointments. I waited nearly 3 hours for a single tire to be changed once and for an oil change youre looking at at least 1 hour. AT LEAST. But other than that, I usually always have the service member Rodrigo or Joe. Ive been a total Karen pretty much every time to Rodrigo because of the time it takes and because I come right after getting off work (work overnight) so Im exhausted and just irritated after waiting an extended amount of time and with my RA it starts to hurt after sitting so long. But I shouldnt take it out on him. Even then he is always polite and gives good customer service and patience. Really good guys working here.

The way car buying is meant to be. I worked with Chris Yacoub and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chris helped me with reserving a new Toyota Sienna the day his dealership got their allocation and kept me updated on the entire process from the date it went into production to the day it was delivered. At a time where majority of dealers are doing dealer markups or including dealership add ons, Toyota of Glendora did not and offered the vehicle at MSRP without haggling. The entire transaction was smooth and efficient. Finance team also does not pressure you in purchasing additional policies and was even able to find a bank to match my credit unions auto loan rate. Highly recommend and will purchase further cars from this dealership in the future

I specifically asked the guy at the island to ONLY change my oil, and do nothing else, but half way through, I get a text with a list of recommendations for my car, thinking this is part of my second free oil change, so I authorized it.I was charged $153 dollars. This Toyota dealership told my wife that our daughters car had a gushing oil leak and would lead to catastrophic damage. That’s funny because we’ve never put a quart of oil in it and where she parks is bone dry. I called them up and said do not touch the car. I went down there there was barely a damp Area around the timing case. It’s a very long story I won’t give you all the boring details but they told my wife it would be almost $4000 to seal up the leak. It’s a 2006 Toyota Tacoma with 100,000 miles on it. The guy was super rude. I came in to get my service check and there was a nail in my tire. He told me that when I came in. So when I went to pick it up, I went to the office to check in and see if there was anything else wrong with it. I went up to him and said I’m here to pick up my car, so there’s a hole in my left tire? And he said “what about it” very rudely. I was shocked by the way he was speaking and didn’t want to help me at all. We strongly advise against anyone buying or leasing a car from Glendora Toyota because we had a very unpleasant and terrifying experience there; they are extremely dishonest. We have been loyal customers of Toyota, leasing cars or buying used Toyotas for years. We have a lease expiring in July and wanted to buy it, so we scheduled an appointment for March 28 at Glendora Toyota. Initially, we were assisted by a sales agent named Betto, although we are not certain about the name. He was friendly, and the car-buying process seemed pleasant. During the purchase, he informed us about the price of our car, taxes, and calculated additional costs for GAP and Warranty, which we clearly told him we did not need. We just wanted to buy our used car. However, there was a slight incident where we changed our minds about buying a new car just before signing the contract. After discussing it at home, we decided to stick with the used car and rescheduled the signing for March 31, Sunday.When we returned on the appointed day, Betto wasnt there to assist us; instead, a sales agent named Jeff took over. He assured us that everything would be the same as before, just a re-verification of insurance. We proceeded, but then it turned into a nightmare. Jeff took us to the finance department, where we were greeted by a lady named Sophia. Despite repeatedly emphasizing that we did not want any additional charges like GAP or Warranty, she never mentioned the $799 Ultimar warranty during the entire signing process. We requested to see every detail and amount of the loan and payments before signing, but that didnt happen either; we only received a USB drive with the contract details after signing. When we checked the USB at home, we realized we had been charged an additional $799 for the warranty! It was deceitful! We immediately informed them that we didnt want it, but isnt this deception?We called the dealership to cancel this item, but the front desk informed us that Sophia wouldnt be available until nine oclock on Sunday. After work, we rushed to the dealership to cancel, but the sales manager told us Sophia had already left for the day. Isnt this outrageous? Is this not evading responsibility? She knew she was deceiving us by not informing us of this item and tricking us into signing. We are deeply saddened by this experience. We have a family to support, and we are not wealthy or affluent. To be treated this way is despicable. We strongly advise everyone to avoid buying a car from Glendora Toyota; they will undoubtedly add numerous items to your contract without your knowledge to make money!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Update:Today, I revisited this branch, and we were greeted with the same warm smile from the staff. However, there was a different person assisting us in the loan department this time. We also appreciate Francisco for handling our case, and all additional $799 warranty charges have been waived. We presume the lady from yesterday might not want to see us again because she knows what she did.In conclusion, I have adjusted the rating to four stars. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to another mechanic if possible. They will also over charge you for diagnostics. They took my car and keys without consulting with me first, and I had to flag down someone to help me and tell them what service I wanted. I took my car in for a 20,000 mile maintenance. I was told a wheel alignment was suggested for $149. I agreed to this. When I went to pick up my car I was presented with a bill of over $200. I’m not even going to give them one star.For a be a dealership and trusting them with your high priced purchase vehicle. I took my car for service and they returned it with black boot marks on both light grey front floor mats. Also I requested to repair my humidity sensor and all they did was tuck the wiring back into the headliner. Ghetto service. Tried to contact service manager and the customer service manager 5 times playing phone tag instead of giving a good time to reach them. As I did.This is my first review ever. And it’s this bad to have to do this and you can’t even post their review without giving them at least one star

My experiences with the people and the workmanship at this dealership have been overwhelmingly positive. While waiting for several hours for the work on my car the service manager and Stephanie both, having noticed that I have a hard time walking, offered to give me a ride to get something to eat and bring me back. That was one of the nicest most considerate acts of kindness I have experienced by any business. I don’t know if that is standard procedure or not but it was very much appreciated and I think the owners of this dealership are very lucky to have them there.Stephanie informed me why the work I had done somewhere else wasn’t working and what needed to be done to correct it. Overall I feel this is a very well run company and I have no problem recommending them.

I was advised needed two rear tires. Came up urgent on multi-point inspection report. Comparing pricess decided to take elsewhere. Other facility inspected vehicle and determined all four tires above tread minimum and there was no need to replace. Not sure on discrepancy but definitely suspicious.

I would give more stars but Corporate company uses automated “service” to reach customers (text message) but no actual human voice to communicate exactly what’s going with your car to explain details and why “services were recommended”. Human touch customer service was 50% lacking. Service was done quick but no one came to explain warranty on service.. had to look for someone to get information.

I had a rough start at Toyota of Glendora when they sold me a car with a battery that didn’t work properly but Peter, one of the salesmen, is so amazing. He made sure to advocate for me in getting Toyota to fix the issue. They took the car they sold me back and traded it with a similar used car. It was bumpy but I couldn’t do it with out Peter! He’s amazing so if you need a Toyota definitely go to peter

This Toyota center always answers the phone, and I was extremely grateful at the time since I needed service asap, unfortunately I was led to believe that they would be able to assist me as soon as possible with an appointment. I order parts which were suppose to arrive the next day I was notified 5 days later they had arrived. I was quoted a way lesser price than what I paid for. I will say that they also took longer than expected, I check in ant 9:30am and they told me it would be 2-3 hrs, my vehicle was ready at 1:30pm, they didn’t have a rental or ride service to give like they use to before so I coordinated my own pick up arrangements. They are very accommodating and again answer the phone promptly. I had an emergency and was unable to pick up my car, I called and paid over the phone and arranged for someone to pick up my car. Other than that the staff was friendly, answered my questions and were accommodating.

The moment I drove up to auto service, I was greeted by David Millan, who was friendly, respectful, and understanding my need for urgent car repair.He was very professional and after a detailed diagnosis of the engine, he explained to me what was needed to be repaired in order for me to get back on the road on the specific day that I mentioned to him. He said he couldnt promise to meet that day, but would work very hard to have the car ready on that date. Like a champ! He came through, and my car was ready on the day, I needed it. Im very grateful for David and his mechanic, Jaime, for their professional car service. I would recommend Glendora Toyota to family, friends, and neighbors.

(VERY DETAILED AND HONEST REVIEW)If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. From the various cars I’ve purchased from other dealerships, I’ve never had an experience this unpleasant. My credit was ran twice (which is weird because not in my 9 years of experience of financing vehicles has that ever happened). For those of you who are unaware, each hard inquiry deducts about 5 points from your credit. Then, we were given numbers based off of the vehicle we “wanted”, gave a deposit to “secure” the vehicle we wanted. Stated we can pickup the very next day. Called the next day and they stated they had sold the one we had ran numbers on and gave a deposit for. 1st red flag. Then they tried to sell us a vehicle of the same name and brand but more basic FOR THE SAME PRICE. 2nd red flag. Then Tony (the manager) stated he found the one we originally wanted but the asking price was more than what we had first agreed on. 3rd red flag. When we FIRST ran numbers on the vehicle they required a co-signer for a lower money factor rate (interest), so we provided a cosigner and agreed on a money factor rate of 0.0025. After they ran both our credits for the SECOND time without our consent, they decided to give us a higher money factor rate. When we asked Tony why they changed it, he said they didn’t change it and that we had already agreed on it quote “I did not go out and buy this $70k vehicle just so you guys can back out you guys already agreed!” (Tony’s words). Yes we agreed to the numbers we were first given, not the ones they made on their own the second time they ran our credit. 4th red flag. Silvia (the finance manager) took it upon herself to put my sister as the primary and me as a co-signer. Which I was never asked or notified of this until after my sister had already digitally signed from her home. Keep in mind my sister who was supposed to be my cosigner thought I was aware of this change, so of course she signed without asking me. And I must add, I clearly let Tony know we would not sign anything until AFTER seeing the vehicle to reassure we were getting the vehicle we wanted prior to signing. We arrived at the dealership at 6pm without realizing they had my sister already sign at 3pm. Which I clearly asked them not to do. 5th red flag. Whilst looking over the contract I was taking my time and looking over the documents, Silvia looked annoyed. It is evident that all they care about is sales. They do not care about their customers nor their customer’s experience. By far the WORST experience I’ve come across in my years of dealing with dealerships. Very unprofessional. I would recommend everyone to steer away from this place and go elsewhere. When purchasing a vehicle you want a dealership that actually wants to help you and not screw you over. I promise you will get much better service LITERALLY anywhere else!!
