He was very meticulous in making sure I had everything in good working order before he finished (and the annual rate is reasonable). I would recommend Towtle Tech to anyone looking for a reliable technician to work on computer, tablet, laptop, smart phone or any digital device whenever there is a problem requiring maintenance or just when needing questions answered.

2022-09-19 18:41:51We have been working with him since 2016. He fixed the problem along with tuning and cleaning up the computer. We took out a contract for annual maintenance and have never looked back. We renew our contract every year. At first it was just Sue’s computer and now it covers both of our computers, our iPhone and our iPad plus an occasional tune-up on an old computer. Over the years we have had various issues, some critical, some minor, but Mark has always been super responsive and fixed the problem. We highly recommend Towtle Tech.
