I’ve been coming here for over 8 years now so I’ve been through a few dentists and hygienists. Everyone has always been professional but for a while the only thing keeping me was the front desk staff and Melody my hygienist who is no longer there. I was actually going to start to look for a new spot. My last appointment was with Dr. Sultani, which I’ve seen before, she really takes the time to listen to your concerns and goes over your file in detail. Edgar is my new hygienist and I’m impressed! He is very knowledgeable, personable, and overall great at his job!

I cant describe how disappointed I am with my experience here. Ironically, everyone was very kind and the person who took my x-rays was excellent.However I came in with some discomfort when I would chew on anything hard on a molar on my upper right side.I told them as I had gotten a filling there 8 months prior, that I thought maybe it was something with the filling.What they told me however was shocking. They said I would probably need a root canal and maybe even root canals for the surrounding teeth.I have horrible dental anxiety so I ended up crying in my car after as I had never had anything like that before. This filling was even my first cavity, and only 8 months after a filling?So I waited a year, basically avoiding the dentists and kind of hoping to ignore my problems. Bad idea, I know.Well a few days ago, I was flossing and a piece of my tooth chipped off from it. My heart sank and I knew I couldnt ignore it any longer.I went to a new dentist, one that also specializes in sedation as I had resigned myself to needing a root canal.But could you imagine my surprise when they showed me my x-rays and told me it was actually just my filling that fell out, I didnt need a root canal or anything even approaching it, and it was most likely just a loose filling the whole time I was feeling discomfort.This dentistry is so irresponsible and tried to make me think I needed 2-3 root canals after I told them I even thought it was something to do with my filling.They only want money, which is such a shame cause I really wanted to like them.If you go here, at the least, make sure you get a second opinion, cause all they want is to make money off you.

First visit at this dental office and overall great experience! Edgar is a great dental hygienist! He takes the time to get to know you as a patient and he even explains what it is he’s doing during the cleaning. Hell even give you some extra tips on how to clean your teeth a little better at home too.

They were extremely professional, they gave me a whole breakdown of all the cost, so they were transparent about insurance and expenses that as well. The dentist was so kind and always gave me a heads up if there was going to be pain or pressure and explained everything she was doing to help me feel comfortable. Everyone in the office was so kind and smiling, and everyone asked me about how I was doing. It felt like the office staff all have very good chemistry together and it really came out in their customer service.The dental hygienist, who cleaned my teeth, was very knowledgeable about dental hygiene he taught me a lot about how our mouth works and the areas that I need to look out for plaque buildup.I have had a lot of bad experiences at the dentist in the past, and I’m so glad I found this dental practice! This place is wonderful!

Great dental office! I haven’t been in to see a dentist since I was a child and so going in after a long time was a little nerve racking. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, patient and understanding! Funny too :) I had questions before even making an appointment so I called them and had them all answered so I was prepared :) Super happy to have a great place to go to for my dental needs!

The best dental experience I’ve ever had! I’m a dental assistant myself, and never got in since 2 years ago. I know, terrible considering I work in dental field. Anyway, this was my first time here and the moment I scheduled, to the moment I showed up was amazing. Great customer service from front office staff. Dr Sultani walked me in, introduced herself and got to know me a bit more, as well as my dental history. I needed a bit more considering I hadn’t been in for 2 years, and not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable for saying that. Office manager Sarah walked in and explained tx plan, fees and all and I was surprised with how much my dental insurance covered. Honestly not too bad and so worth it. I came in expecting the worst. The Dr then started tx and was extremely gentle throughout the process and such a knowledgeable Dr! I did not feel one bit of pain the entire appt! Maryam was so nice as well and so patient. I’m so happy I came and cannot wait to come back! Definitely will be referring patients over from our office! I 100% recommend to anyone new or anyone who lives in the area!

This office has great service and is fairly quick. The location the office is in is decent, as the Towne Centre Dental Group is located in a commercialized area. Ive had plenty of bad experiences with dentists, but this dental group is great! Would definitely recommend!

They quoted me for $3000 of dental work when I have dental insurance. I went and got a second opinion and only paid $700. It turns out I only needed one crown and a night guard. But this location charges almost $700 for a nightguard.

TCD served up two of the finest tooth fillings I’ve ever had. I started off with a small portion of novocaine served in a delightful sharp needle. The main course arrived with some fresh grinding on the side. The presentation included crisp gauze wads, generous saliva suction, and a pleasant dash of UV light. I ordered fresh water to rinse it all down. Service was prompt and courteous. Five stars!

This place is very messed up...You first sign for something to agree to pay and then during your procedure the dentist keeps asking you many questions and is not very clear on what they state when working on your mouth and wants to keep charging you for many different things they find in you mouth. From now on I will say no everytime you ask me something and if you keep bugging me I will notify everyone not to visit your scam business. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY!

If you want to have your money taken from you this is the place to go! They told me and my son that we both had gum disease (he is 23) and refused to clean our teeth unless we spent the hundreds of dollars they said needed done on us. What 23 year old has gum disease?! They were never like this 2 years ago....not sure what happened. Maybe its all the new equipment they have and they need to pay the bills? Is there a honest dentist out there nowadays?

Its easy to tell that they enjoy what they are doing and providing the best care for patients is their priority. Honestly I was dreading it a bit as the deeper cleaning areas have been painful at the other dental offices I have been too. However, Edgar was great! He was by far the most gentle hygenist that I have ever had clean my teeth. Going to the dentist can be a nightmare for some but my experience has always been great, even after my teeth were not in the best shape due to a dental hiatus during COVID. Today, the excellent care of hygienist Edgar Lucero motivated me to finally leave a review. Hes great at his job, a fantastic conversationalist, relatable, and somehow makes the experience of being in the dental chair enjoyable instead of awkward. Michelle, Megan and Sarah all at the front office always greet everyone with a smile and by name. They always offer a water and let you know exactly how long until youre seen. Melody was my hygienist this last visit and what a great hygienist she is, always checking to make sure Im comfortable and letting me know exactly whats happening. Marjan came in to check on me and gave me a blanket to make sure I was comfortable. Overall if youre looking for a dental office thatll leave you with a good feeling, this is the place.

I really like this dentist office. Since moving to CA in 2020 Ive had regular 6-month visits, a root canal, crown, and wisdom tooth extraction, through it all the staff has been fantastic. In particular, Dr. Patel is approachable, knowledgeable, and thorough. Few people like the dentist, but if you have to go (and you do!) go here. Everyone is friendly and attentive, so just sit back and pretend you’re at the beach with some 2000s-2010s music. (Ignore the drilling in your mouth)

I had an amazing experience with this office. We just move to Baker Ranch, and I definitely needed a cleaning after avoiding dental office due to COVID. When I walked in I was greeted by Steffen, the operation manager. I immediately felt welcome. Shortly after, I was asked to follow them for an x-ray. The dental assistant was extremely helpful, and friendly. When I met Dr. Pandhoh he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done. He also took the time to get to know me as a patient, and relate to my everyday life. Kayla took the time to explain to me the cost, and broke down everything for me. She was very friendly. I left feeling confident that I was in great hands. My next appointment was with Nubia, the hygienist. She was extremely sweet, and made sure I was comfortable. This was truly the best experience I had at a dental office. I felt like I was part of their family and not just another patient. I definitely recommend this office.

Waited for an hour and a half just forX-rays. They wouldn’t clean my teeth because I refused the “Laser” cleaning that insurance doesn’t cover so I had to come back the next day for a deep cleaning that my insurance does cover. Not sure why dentist are becoming car salesmen by trying to sell me something I don’t need and procedures my insurance doesn’t cover!!! . I don’t understand how regular cleanings back in the day worked but now they don’t?

Had my deep cleaning and wisdom teeth extraction(all four of em) done recently. Entire staff is really helpful and process was made super convenient. For all the horror stories I have heard about wisdom tooth extraction Dr. Saman Vahedi and his staff were great and I would definitely recommend them.Also, Dental Hygienist Edgar is really experienced and expert at his work. Never have I encountered a dentist office so kind and considerate to their patients! Not only do they always always always consider my schedule when making appointments with me, but they consider my schedule when Im already in the chair! They make sure Im in and out in a timely manner OR make sure to fit me in later if I have to come back. Even better - before proceeding with any kind of treatment plan, they go through my insurance benefits with me, make sure I understand my options, and are totally no pressure about it all. This place is horrible. They will start how necessary that you should have a deep cleaning and bring a bill over $800 for only deep cleaning. As soon as I left here, I called a few other dentist and asked the cost for the same procedure and all said it’ll never pass $600 :) Do not listen to that hypocrite doctor who will try to convince you that you MUST have a deep cleaning lol. Ive been coming to Towne Centre Dental for a while now. The staff is so kind and friendly. The front office is run like a machine, but they are warm and accommodating every chance they get. Ive had cleanings, check ups, a root canal and a crown. Ive never met a crappy person here. They are all kind and wonderful. I mean it genuinely. They are the best.

Stay away from this place they overcharge for something that is free at other dental offices. My husband went for a deep cleaning and they charged him 400 for a numbing cream. Because his insurance included the laser treatment they didn’t have an excuse to charge him more money like they did to me, they came up with 400 dollars for a numbing cream. He called other dental offices and they told him that they don’t charge for that and is likely included with the procedure, one lady told him that she never heard of something like that. After hearing this He called them back just so to be told that they can charge you whatever they want for things like this .He ended up paying more money that He would have pay with out insurance. Dr. Yuen did my tooth extraction and bone grafting. She was very patient in explaining the procedure to me, and very attentive to my needs. She explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. During the procedure, as uncomfortable as it was, she made it pleasant for me. She put on my favorite music, and she was very caring and patient the entire time. I truly love the way she took care of me!

I thought the care is good. The dentist & hygienist provided diagnosis and prognosis that is consistent with explanations I have historically been given by various places in other states, commercial or academic. The service is quite friendly and the care coordinator / receptionist is insurance savvy which is a helpful. There was never wasted time; everyone works very hard while keeping cheerful and ensuring my comfort. The cost is not unusually high for the value. I recommend them.

Awesome place and I dare say one of the best dental offices in southern Orange County. I have been going to them for 5 years now. I have never felt like I have been taken advantage of and I feel they are quite reasonable. All the costs are spelled out before you even agree to a procedure and if it is not affordable they always provide me with lower cost alternatives. The have also provided services to me free of charge. They re-bonded my front tooth for free! I dont understand the negative reviews because they are by far my favorite dentist and I have been to very many in my lifetime.They have the best state of the art equipment too. They can make a crown while you wait.In addition, Elham is the best hygienist ever and she is personable and friendly.Give them a shot and you will be very pleased.BTW all of the negative reviews here are by anonymous users so you do the math.

Well.... just read the reviews (except for the fake ones) and youll see that this place is a total nightmare!. I took my son (12 years old) and they pressured my wife into $4000. 1 extraction, 3 fillings... thats it. No major work, no crowns, not braces just normal dental care $4000? Of course they performed the work the same day (pretty fast). And now 1 of the teeth they filled just broke because they drilled too deep. We will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone ever. They are interested in 1 thing: taking money from your bank account and putting it into theirs. DONT GO THERE! I gave them 1 star because Google wont post it unless you give them at least 1. If I could give them an appropriate rating it would be -10.

Not sure what all the positive reviews are all about. This place is run like a major corporation (and in fact it is run by one) and its only goal is to make money!! I have had several friends who have gone there only to be told they need major dental work. I went in for a simple cleaning thinking that they really cannot sell my on anything. My last visit was 6months ago at my previous dentist in Corona and everything was fine. Did not want to make the drive on a Saturday to Corona so I went to these guys. I was told I need 7000 dollars worth of dentistry to replace filling, crowns, you name it. I paid for my cleaning and walked out. Thanks but no thanks.

Awful customer service. Came there for dental work in February for surgery and paid over 3k up front, only to find out in April that it was never properly reported to my insurance for potential reimbursement. Whether or not insurance decides to reimburse is not the problem. The problem is they never reported it. They finally promised in April that they did, I followed up 3 times. Nothing. Not a word from insurance or them to follow up. They took my 3k and never bothered to follow through with insurance on anything. To my knowledge my insurance is still unaware of the procedure done back in February. 3k is a lot to lose especially during hard pandemic times.

Avoid this puppy mill! Its 100 percent about dollars and cents, not the patient. Ill try and keep these two truths as short as I can:Had a cap come off due to the stickiness of hard candy. Called to make an appointment to have it cemented back on, but I was told I probably had gum disease. And that advice was given to me by the person who answers the phone, not an actual dentist! To reiterate, this was after telling her exactly what had happened to cause the cap to come off.After avoiding this place for 2 years since I had no problems to merit a visit, I had a tooth crack while eating ribs. The event happened on a Sunday, and I saw their dentist on Monday. It was almost exactly 24 hours post incident. I was told he couldnt perform the extraction due to infection, so they referred the procedure out to an oral surgeon for Wednesday. When my wife contacted the oral surgeons office, my initial, $25 co-pay had been increased by some $550 for the surgeons requirement of putting me to sleep, as well as requiring me to pay for a bone graft in case I ever wanted to consider an implant. Nothing like taking advantage of someone who is in utter pain by saddling them with $525 in unwarranted requirements for a simple, one tooth extraction!Post calling Towne Centre Dental Group and telling them of said, unnecessary requirements, I was referred to another office. This oral surgeon wasnt requiring me to be put under, nor a bone graft for an implant I was never going to be interested in. The appointment was set for Thursday, but when my wife tried attaining the paperwork in advance, she was told the surgeon wouldnt come in for just 2 clients, and Id have to go elsewhere.I once again called Towne Centre Dental Group, spoke to the office manager, Bianca, and I ask her this one specific question; Is the dentist at your office licensed? Of course, she replied. I then stated, Im sure he had to have performed an extraction to receive such a license, and since my infection was over, Ill come in and have the dentist take care of the extraction. Remember, the infection was the reason given he couldnt perform the procedure on Mondays initial visit. When Towne Centre Dental then denied to perform the extraction, I asked why, and I was given a slough of excuses. Its hard to believe a licensed dentist cant perform such a basic procedure, unless, theres not enough money in it???After giving Bianca a rash of you know what, I hung up the phone. Remembering Id scheduled a follow up appointment with Towne Centre Dental Group, I called Bianca back to cancel any further activity with their puppy mill practice. Guess what, evidently my rash of you know was actually a dosage of the good old truth, and the dentist was then welling to perform my extraction.I declined having Towne Centre Dental Group perform the service. I no longer trusted the dentist, their associates, not to mention the pain on top of pain they put me through. It also gave me this opportunity to honestly tell anyone considering this sleazy practice to run the other way, and run quite quickly!

I have been going to Towne Centre Dental for over 3 years. I drive over an hour and a half for this office. I tried going to other Dentists in my area and was sadly disappointed in their facility, outdated equipment, outside contractors that do NOT take my insurance, unfriendly, unseasoned/overseasoned staff and Doctors that have no connection with their patient.Today I had an abscess, root canal procedure that was literally done in less than a 15 mins and out of the office in a little over a half hour. They were very helpful in giving me advice the problems and there priority rating. My children and I all go to Town Center Dental and have had nothing but, great experiances. Im reminded of appointments via email and a personal phone call. We are greeted at the office in a timely, friendly manner with minimal wait time. The treatments weve all recieved have been great from a knowledgeable and caring staff. I had been taking my daughter, who has a horrible fear of dentists and has spent most of her life crying just at the thought of a cleaning appointment to a specialized pediatric dental office. Ive now switched her to Town Center and she feels very comfortable and has had fillings and cleanings without a tear! In terms of the finances, Vianca, the office manager has been more than willing to work with me to set up financial arrangements that work for my budget. The priority of Vianca and the staff was my families dental well being. The financial end was secondary. I would recommend Town Center Dental to everyone! Dental care is a long term relationship and we have definately found our dental family!

Simply Avoid! Had a RCT and when the bill was generated, ONLY a partial amount went to my insurance for claim and the rest was charged directly to me. Typically the entire amount should be billed to insurance and Insurance then pays its own part and directs individual to pay off the differential amount. In this case, this facility just sent a partial amount to my insurance provider and rest was charged directly to me without my Insurances approval.
