I had an excellent experience with Tow Smart Trailers, and I’d rate them 5 Stars, actually above 5 Stars. I bought a tow dolly from German & his team and it’s been good quality & perfect for my needs. I tow my Landcruiser’s with the dolly. German & his team are all honest & knowledgeable people & very helpful. If you have any questions, they are always willing to assist. I am a satisfied customer, as these guys stand by their products and keep their word-which is not always easy to find.To anyone considering purchasing any of the trailers they offer, I give my highest recommendation, you will not be disappointed. This has to be hands down the best product at the best price on the market today. I have shopped around and This is the number 1 deal. The customer service is off the charts. The owner even drove out to my location to hand deliver the tire tie downs and then loaded my new can-am for me on the rack. They stand behind the product 110% no question about that. Ask for the Deluxe Model and add the power coat to match your side by side. It really looks sharp. I am very happy with the product and customer service.Drew

I cant say enough about my new trailer! I just completed a cross country rountrip of over 5,000 miles over some terrible interstate roads and the trailer performed wonderfully. From Phoenix to Connecticut and back I experienced some periods of angst, but eventually I gained confidence that all is well. The best part of my purchase experience was the responsiveness of the guys at Towsmart by text, email and by phone. YES- they answer the phone!!

Had a great experience and got quality product from these guys. I bought a long bed 2/4 seater utv rack for my truck and it works and looks awesome. The welds are solid, the rack is sturdy, and the guys told me a date and had it ready on that date. I called mid October and they told me the first week of November. The 6” safety rails they include are a huge help for loading so you can hug the driver side rails since you’re blind on the passenger side. They also said if I have any issues in the next two years to take it to my local fabrication shop and they will foot the bill. Went and picked the product up myself from these guys and they were super helpful and personable. Would highly recommend working with these guys if you’re looking for a way to haul your SxS without spending crazy money on a trailer.

We purchased a galvanized stand up tow dolly from Tow Smart Trailers a few months back. I wanted to wait until I had tested it out before writing this review and I couldnt be happier. It was one of the few tow dollies that could fit our Sienna minivan. We towed the Sienna behind our RV for about 1,000 miles on our trip to Zion from Southern California and had no problems. Just make sure to pull up some youtube videos on tips on loading and unloading and youll save yourself some newbie mistakes.German was also very helpful not only during the buying process but if I ever had questions about things after purchasing.If youre looking for a quality product at a reasonable price I highly suggest them.

Best solution for this who don’t want to go 65 with a trailer or have to worry about parking and driving with an extra 16ft behind you. Takes about the same time to load and unload as a trailer without needing the extra space. Only advice I would give is to confirm your vehicle can carry the additional payload. Otherwise, a no brainer

Was searching for a UTV truck rack online and was bummed that the majority of shops selling UTV truck racks were in the east coast. I happen to see an add for tow smart trailer that stated free (no delivery fee) if customer picks up. Well, I did a bit of digging online and so happens to be that Tow Smart Trailers was literally about 5 miles from my house. Drove down immediately and was amazed at the first site of the UTV rack. Unfortunately, German, the shop manager told me that all of the racks were already sold. I was bummed, but not counted out. I asked German if he had any rack because I was anxious to take out my new SxS. Low and behold, they did in fact have a UTV rack that was one of their first production models, bought the rack onsite and German was very helpful with the installation process and how to keep it sturdy. I took the trailer back a week later for slight modifications after discussing a small issue with German. His shop hooked it up and I had my UTV rack within 24hrs. The overall best part is that its a small pop and son shop, but excellent craftsmanship on the UTV rack and that they are literally down the street from my house...no more east coast shopping. Rack gets lots of attention when out and about in my truck and I make sure to mention Tow Smart Trailers in Santa Fe Springs.

I bought a 3 rail motorcycle trailer from German. He explained everything and how it would ship (LTL) to Oregon. The trailer arrived when it was scheduled and I picked it up a couple of days later (too hot otherwise). Because German assembled the tires and lights, I waited longer for the forklift driver to get the trailer than to unpack it and hook up to trailer.Big shout out for upgrading to the Mamba tires too. They are sweet. The warehouse drivers were pretty interested in the trailer and how to order one too!Thank you German!

Buying and using my Tow Smart stand up tow dolly was great. German had every base covered providing me with all of the documents I needed and answers to all of my questions. The trailer was setup and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. After a quick but thorough overview of the trailer I was back on the road in less than half an hour.The trailer itself is great for towing my Kia Soul behind my 31 class A motorhome. I was in the market for a UTV rack and Tow Smart Trailers made it happen for me. I called ahead since I was driving from Bakersfield and they told me they had a rack ready for me. I arrived a little late (during their lunch hour) however German did not hesitate to help me. He showed me the rack he had and I fell in love with the gold one. I was given all the help there to load it and was shown how to load my UTV. Once home I loaded my 2021 Can Am Maverick X3 DS turbo max, I was very happy. The racks get lots of attention and makes it easy to tow other things, like my 33 RV trailer. I was very happy not only with the rack but the great customer service I received. If your in the market for a UTV rack or a trailer, this is where you need to come get yours. Thank you guys very much.

I purchased the Trinity MT3 trailer earlier this month. Even empty, pulled awesome. No bouncing around like I am used to with an empty trailer. There was an issue with the tongue jack, but they kept it, modified it, and shipped it out to me. Very easy to lift and move by myself. The guys at the shop were great. Very helpful.

Hi, I received the motorcycle trailer I ordered and love it. But I need a copy of the paperwork in order to get it registered and licensed in Washington State. I have emailed and called but nobody has called me back. I am trying to leave on a road trip to Montana and Idaho with my dirt bikes and wont be able to go if I cant get a copy of the paperwork so that I can register them. I was searching for a good car tow dolly so we could have our Prius with us once we RV to our destination. After searching for a while, I determined Tow Smart Trailers was the right place to buy one. Before the sale, they were very helpful with answering questions via phone and text, as well as when I picked the dolly up. They even sent me a good suggestion on how best to attach my bikes and dolly to the RV after the sale. They offered the complete package at a good price; I purchased the standup model with disk brakes. I havent had a chance to use it yet; but am preparing for a ~3K mile trip soon. Ill write an update when I return. So far 2 thumbs up on the dolly and getting excellent support.

Tow Smart is top notch! I ordered and received my tow dolly promptly. Upon arrival to the shop I was treated excellently, and the staff was very helpful in assisting me in connecting the tow dolly to my motor home, then loading the tow car. I have traveled six thousand miles so far with the tow dolly, and it performs perfectly! On two occasions I called Tow Smart for items that I either lost or were stolen, and German (Manager) was very helpful in assisting in getting replacement items to me. I have to tell you about a place for tow dollys in Santa Fe springs. Not only does German (the owner of company ) have a great product with several options, he I was truly a great guy wanted us to be safe plus cancelled an appointment on our behalf’s. We are new to the full time RV life and headed to Northern California from San Diego. True Tow Dolly Rock Stars! Im a first-time RV buyer and needed advice on the best way to tow my plug-in hybred car. They didnt just sell me the proper tow dolly, they explained the differences in braking systems, offered towing tips and explained the optimum hitch height at my RV for my specific car so it can be loaded and unloaded without scraping the front bumper from too high of an angle.When it was delivered, their driver was professional and knowledgeable. He took out all accessories and thoroughly showed me how everything will connect and work with my car. This is an awesome trailer! I am so glad that I stumbled across this website while looking at a competitors website. This is super easy for a single person to load and unload; I just drive right up onto the trailer and the wheel chock locks the bike in place. All I have to do is strap it down which is easy.The trailer tows very straight with zero sway whatsoever! I love the fact that I can fold it up and stand it up against the garage wall virtually taking up almost no space. The competitors almost identical trailer cost over $1,000 more so it only makes sense to keep that extra cash in your wallet!!!!!I would absolutely recommend this trailer!!!!

We love our Tow Dolly. We tow our 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid behind our 37 ft motorhome with no issue. We have received several compliments on the looks of the dolly with our motorhome. We did have an issue with our dolly at first with the brakes getting hot and smoking. German responded to my text messages right away and sent me several options to help the issue. When those issues didnt work, he drove his personal car to us with a new dolly. The trip is about a 1,000 mile round trip. Customer Service redefined. Hard to find in America today!! Thanks German. Easy purchase. Worked great. I needed a trailer to tow my 4x4 behind my motorhome once or twice a year, but I didnt need anything that would take up my when driveway. Towsmart tow dolly works great. 350 miles round trip on my first tow and not a single issue. Cheaper one time then renting a dolly twice. I plan on using it year after year. And the guys there were great, hooked me up and explained everything about it. Definitely referring them to other friends.

Shame on these guys. I drove in from out of state to pick up my trailer. They knew I was coming in early in the morning so I could drive back home. They made me wait until 10:00 am after the 1 week notice I gave them. After bringing it home I attempted to drive my Ford Transit Connect onto the trailer. My vehicle is considered a low profile vehicle. My vehicle could not go up the ramps because the trailer ramp guides stick up to high. Not allowing the front bumper apron to clear over. I contacted Tow Smart after several attempts and I received Crickets for almost a week. When German finally contacted me he was VERY short and rude as to how to fix the problem. But his fix was a maybe try it answer. Well that didnt work. His next recommendation was to contact a competitor of theirs who stated they didnt have a fix for my neither. So now Im stuck with a brand new tow dolley that I cant even use. SHAME ON THEM!!

My dolly did not come tow ready and broke the first time I used it. German refuses to even return my calls, much less ship the parts I need, as Im stranded, unable to safely tow my car. They dont even pick up the phone.I suggest you buy from a more honorable seller.

I bought a Single Rail folding Trailer. This is a great trailer for my Harley Davidson Street Glide. Its easy to use, unfolds quickly, and is low to the ground, which makes loading and unloading my 900lb Harley easy and safe and its a one person job. I live in San Diego and I called Tow Smart on a Wednesday afternoon about buying a single rail trailer. My problem was the logistics of picking one up that day and then driving to Santa Barbara the next morning. Well, German offered to deliver the trailer to San Diego that night! Wow, incredible. German said he would show up at 9:30pm and thats exactly when he arrived at my place, trailer in tow! The next morning I used the trailer to tow my bike to Santa Barbara. Towed my cvo road king behind class C motor home 4000 miles this summer using the alpha sport single rail motorcycle trailer from trailer store. Not one problem. I greased hubs at 1,500 miles. Great suspension, larger wheels than competitors, easy to load & off load. I do it with no help. And it is now folded up in my garage. Great product.

I have towed motorcycles many, many thousands of miles and did a lot of research before purchasing my tow smart dirt bike trailer. I rented my local u-haul moto trailer so often that the local store started referring to it as my trailer. The u-haul trailer is a great deal, only $15 a day, so why did I buy a tow smart?Transporting multiple bikes: without multiple wheel chocks, it’s a lot harder to secure your bikes. It’s do-able if you push the tires right against the trailer bed and go crazy with ratchet straps but it’s not ideal, and the front wheel can potentially move and the bikes can scrape against each other.Weight: u-haul moto carrier and other converted moto trailers are far heavier and you ended up consuming far more gas. The tow smart is very sturdy but much lighter than standard heavy duty all purpose trailers.Storage: you can fold this trailer up and stand it against the wall. Save a ton of space in the garage.I was very happy with my experience purchasing and the delivery process. I had inadvertently selected an incorrect delivery option and tow smart customer service was proactive about reaching out to me to get confirmation and changing my shipping method. They use a great shipper who also helped me get my trailer hooked up to my suv in the rain. Very responsive customer service overall and even threw in a free upgrade for a matching spare tire. A++

On a trip from Michigan to California and back to Michigan, I had a hub bearing failure on my rough 1990s Kar Kaddy dolly. Sourcing parts was going to take multiple days which I did not have. Repairing the dolly also would cost $300 which approached its used value, UHaul had nothing to rent, so I couldnt even get a quote to get me back to MI. Fortunately, I found Tow Smart and purchased a new dolly for just $1200 after tax and was back on the road and on schedule. The dolly made it back to Michigan without issue. We towed through some snowstorms as well. German was informative on the phone and had the new dolly ready to go when we arrived. I am very happy with my purchase at Tow Smart.

Previously left a bad review because of a misunderstanding in inventory and communication, but German reached out and totally made it right. Just picked up my new dolly, met with German, he apologized for the misunderstanding, and gave me a very thorough walkthrough of the dolly. Misunderstandings happen, but its when a company reaches out to make it right, that sets them apart from the others. I love to see small businesses succeed, and with this kind of customer service, theyre going to do great. Highly recommend. This dolly is very easy to maneuver, setup, and breakdown. We bought our Tow Smart Stand Up trailer in February and drove all the way from Nevada to get it during the start of the pandemic. Towing it back without a car on it put it through a thousand bumps and jumps. Tough! Then we drove it behind our motorhome for 5,000 miles and 10 states. Suffice it to say that it withstood all roads and kept the car safe. When towing a car, you must make sure the security chains are installed properly and the tire webbing straps are inserted correctly. Then make adjustments to the tensioners after a brief tow. Then youre safe to go without concern. The best part is the trailer can partially fit underneath the motorhome or stood up when we are camping detached. Get one! Thanks German.

The dolly broke under the weight or our Mini Cooper! Beware! Their website states 4900# towing capacity, but the brakes are only rated for 4400#. It’s stamped on top of the brake unit. They charge $95 just to pickup from their industrial unit. I had placed several calls to them to return the trailer within 7 days, but they don’t pickup once they know your number. Shady company, watch out.
