Suppose Im looking for any alcohol-related products in Elk Grove. Total Wine & More is where I know Ill get what I want. They have many wines, liquors, beers, and almost anything with alcohol in stock. The store is very easy to navigate through all the different types of items. The salespeople there are also very knowledgeable and friendly.

Let’s Say This, This Location Is Awesome!!!(But, You have to keep it awesome)THIS LOCATION PRICES HIGHER THAN HENDERSON LOCATION. ALSO, DOESNT DO COMPETITIVE PRICING AS PROMISED! I HAVE 3 RECEIPTS CHARGED HIGHER FOR MERCHANDISE THAN DOTTY’S GAMING & SPIRIT!!!! DOTTY’S 24/7 CAN BE CALLED AT ANYTIME. MANAGEMENT GAVE ME LAST CALL OFF $2 AND THE PURCHASE WAS STILL HIGHER THAN DOTTY’S!!! The JOB isn’t hard. Management pathetic! Always follow up on customers price finding and mark your store down or do the work and give the customers the competition price. SIMPLE!!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed in my experience at this establishment. I came in looking for a specific item that I havent found in an other store in Elk Grove. My sister was with me who is 19 and walked in with me but as soon as I saw the sign that she couldnt be in there I had her leave because I was buying the drinks for me and not her. I got up to the register and the boy Julian said he wouldnt sell to me because I came in with someone under age I explained to him that she just got off work and we where on our way home and he said he still wouldnt sell as it was there policy. I left and took her home and came back I asked can I get those drinks you set aside and he said I would have to come back tomorrow with someone over the age of 30. Excuse me last I checked I could buy alcohol at 21. He still refused me and I said so if I call my mom and she comes in here with me I can buy it and he said yes I said ok yall really dont wanna deal with my mom but ok. The cashierJulian starts yelling at me as I am walking out and aggressively charges me saying if you come back I wont serve you I am refusing service. I am a person with high anxiety and I felt very attacked and unsettled by his aggressive manor. I hope this establishment takes into consideration who they have employed and how negatively this one employee can affect their entire business and how they treat customers. I went out to my truck and sat there alone trying to calm my anxiety and called the customer service line and I got placed on hold so I walked in the store to talk to a manager I asked the gentleman at the front if he was a manager he said yes my name is Grant, he was kind and calmly explained everything and apologized but during this time the cashier Julian kept interjecting saying Im the supervisor when I asked for a manager which I thought was very unprofessional. The manager definitely tried his best to rectify the situation but I will not be shopping at this store again as the cashier Julian made me feel very targeted as a single female shopping alone.

This is my favorite Total Wine & More store. It is not the closest to my home but I dont mind. I know I will receive exceptional customer service when visiting this store. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they all smile (underrated skill these days). However there is one associate who stood out from the rest. She works the tequila department (stocking and ordering). She gave me her business card but I lost it :(. She spotted me over viewing their tequila selection and she approached me to say they are expecting to receive Fortaleza the following day. I was surprised as only true enthusiast will know about Fortaleza so right away I knew I can feel comfortable talking to her. The following day I arrived right after opening, walked into the store and right away saw her stocking the shelf. I approached and discretely asked did it arrive and she knew what I was referring to and walked me over to the shelf with Fortaleza! Amazing.

Super easy to get a keg of beer and a tap. They had it ready before I got there and loaded it up into my car for me. Returning the keg and tap was also painless. They had a better selection of beers and keg sizes than anywhere else, and the prices were comparable. Only downside was that the keg tap did not shut off completely when not in use, so every beer poured required pumping.

Hands down best total wine. Thursday- Saturday you can enjoy spirits or wine tasting. There is a huge amount of options including several black owned brands. The store is clean, organized and the staff are friendly.

One of the best places for wild ale Ive seen in the general area and its a chain store?!?! Highly recommended, friendly staff waiting to help, an amazing selection of all kinds of drinks and cigars, I could spend a fortune in here and walk out happy.Edit: the store doesnt care about the order in which people stand in line, people will cut in front of you and be assisted because the employees are too spineless to point out that they are cutting.

I do not go here anymore with my husband because he takes FOREVER to choose but I swear if he could put a bed in there itd be his second home. He is currently in his whiskey drinking phase but hell never quit beer. This place gives him all the options he wants. Its like Toys R Us but for adults.

I came in looking for a sweet sippable tequila and one of the employees led me to Casa Maestri which didn’t disappoint at all. The price point wasn’t too high ($75) considering the quality and beautiful bottle. I’ll definitely buy this tequila again.
